“Heather always goes above and beyond to take care of our sweet pup, but even more so today when we ended up with flight delays. When we thought we would not make our connecting flight home, I reached out to Heather to see if she could add another visit. She did not even hesitate to help! So grateful for her! Thank you!”

“This was the first time we had left Olive at home . Jeff put a plan together and stuck to it. Three feedings a day and two walks every day. Also medication twice a day. Thanks Jeff we will definitely do this again.”

I’ll carefully follow your instructions for feeding, fresh water, medications (if needed), walks, litter box or yard cleanup, and playtime. I also understand that many pets simply enjoy companionship, so I’ll make sure they receive plenty of attention, affection, and reassurance while you’re away. I’ll treat your home with the utmost respect, keeping it clean, secure, and exactly as you left it. Throughout each visit or stay, I’ll send regular updates and photos so you can relax knowing your pet is safe, happy, and well cared for.
“She has been incredible with my special needs and senior cats! I have had sitters over the years as I travel for due to being applied attendant, and I can’t stress enough how much my cats love her. She takes her time to allow my cats to warm up to her. She is also able to administer medication to both of my cats. One has kidney disease and one has IBD… so both are on different medications as well as different foods. She has done amazing with both and provides a lot of updates with lots of videos and photos! Highly recommend’”

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
