“Laura was amazing with our golden! He had the best time with her! She sent us updates and pictures throughout his time with her. He enjoyed his walks with her and playing with her golden! We will definitely be using her again. I’m so thankful to have found someone who we can trust our big boy with!”

“Lilia was excellent! I knew that my Bella was cared for and considered throughout her stay. I was kept informed daily of Bella’s progress, from her eating habits to her daily walks. It was a great experience and I didn’t worry about her the entire time I was traveling. I am extremely grateful to them for being great caregivers to her.”

“Tonya is a great host! From setting up a meet and greet, to coordinating drop off and pick up times, she was very flexible and prompt in her responses! I felt very comfortable leaving my pup with her, and I knew he would be treated like a part of the family during his stay! Tonya also sent picture updates, which was very appreciated!”

“Sandra is absolutely wonderful! She is so accommodating and makes the entire process stress-free. She always sends thoughtful updates and adorable photos, which gives us so much peace of mind while we’re away. You can truly tell she loves our dog like her own, and that means everything to us. We feel so lucky to have found her!”

“As our first Rover experience, we felt we really hit the jackpot! Carol was so friendly and kind, and genuinely excited to spend a few days with our dog Milo. She didn’t blink an eye when Milo was unexpectedly prescribed medications he needed to be on during his stay with her. Milo was happy and tired when we picked him up. I couldn’t recommend Carol more!”

“You can just tell Nick and Sara truly love dogs. The were so kind, flexible and very easy to work with. We got plenty of updates of our dog and he absolutely loved them. I would recommend them to anyone. We will definitely be booking with them again!”

“It was so comforting to know that Brooke and Mark had my dog Sabora during my trip out of state. I received "Good Morning" pictures of Sabora each day along with adorable videos of them on walks. In addition, my dog became close friends with their dog Dobie and even cuddled together on Sabora's dog bed! I will always ask Brooke and Mark to watch Sabora.”

“Very good experience. I had never board Luna before. Or any of my dogs. Julia was great very knowledgeable, nice , and communicated with me the whole time. Luna loved Dixie as well. Thank you so much !”

“Lauren was wonderful. I got daily updates on our girl and that meant the world. I had to extend for a day and she was more than happy to accommodate my change in plans. Will definitely have her watch Rosie in the future.”

“Sarah was truly wonderful with our energetic Great Dane, and we will definitely be using her again. Our boy can be excitable and somewhat anxious, which didn’t seem to phase her at all. After sensing my own anxiety about leaving him somewhere new, she checked in frequently while we were away to let me know he was doing great. It was clear from the pictures and videos that our boy was getting lots of love and attention from the entire family, which made our vacation all the more enjoyable. She even took the initiative to wrap his leg when he begun licking at a sore. I would highly recommend Sarah.”

“I believe this is the third time Joshua and Audrey have watched Teddy and it's been a perfect experience every time. They send frequent check in photos, take Teddy for hikes, and it's really nice they have a fenced in backyard for the dogs to run around. I wouldn't hesitate to book with them again.”

“Yevheniia was wonderful with our pug! From the beginning we had a meet and greet just to make sure it was a good fit and she was so sweet and accommodating and made sure our pug was comfortable even just for the short visit. Then for the actual stay of two nights, Yevheniia sent us pictures and regular detailed updates about how our pug was doing. When our pug was unsettled in her crate at night missing her parents, Yevheniia even took it upon herself to let her out and sleep with her at night to make sure she was comfortable! Yevheniia was very attentive and kind and knowledgeable about dogs, and she did very well with our pug's complicated eating routine and medications for her eyes and allergies. Yevheniia also has a beautiful pet friendly home with plenty of space and a back yard. We were so confident that Yevheniia was taking good care of our pug the whole time. Overall, I wish I could give more stars, what a great experience! We will definitely be booking with Yevheniia again! :)”

“Nathalie is just wonderful- S’mores adores her and the whole family… she has excellent communication, photos and makes sure everything is 100%. We love our stays with her!!!”

“Excellent! I have a clingy vizsla and Jess made sure Lily was well loved during her stay. Jess also sent us little updates each day, which was really nice to receive. I highly recommend her as a dog sitter!”

“Elaine and Chip are so kind and accommodating! They were able to watch our dog Mingo on short notice, and have been wonderful to him. We will definitely be reaching out to them for our next trip!!”

“Shelley is the sweetest dog sitter I have ever met. Rocko was well taken care of and he had the best time with her! Excellent communication and a constant flow of pictures, which I absolutely loved. Rocko will be back!”

“I really appreciate Joselyn’s efforts to keep me updated throughout the process. She was wonderful and I would highly recommend her. Thank you for being so awesome! Hiro was sad to leave too. ❤️”

“Ann and her family is amazing! I am thankful we found them and they were available during the holiday weekend. They went above and beyond for my big boy Chuck making him a part of their family. My favorite highlight was the 4th of July pup treats she made for the three dogs. Ann sent updates and lovely pics which put me at ease during my vacation. They were very accommodating and took great care of Chuck. 10/10 I recommend! Chuck will definitely be going back to their family.”

“Katherine was amazing with my dog! She kept me updated with photos and messages the whole time, and my pup clearly had a great time. You can tell she really loves dogs — mine was happy and totally comfortable when I got back. Everything was super easy and stress‑free. I’ll definitely be booking with Katheeine again!”

“Brent was amazing with our dog Barry!! Our little guy is super anxious and it takes someone with a lot of patience and experience to handle him and Brent definitely was that person! Would recommend him over and over again! Best dog sitter we have come across and so glad we found him 🙏🏻🙌🏻”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Fort Mill
I recently moved to North Carolina and I am very protective over my fur babies. Anja was so nice and professional. I instantly liked her when I met her at the meet and greet we had. She kept me updated and shared pictures of their stay with her without me even asking and I loved that. I would definitely book her again and highly recommend her to others. Great experience!

We could not be happier with the care that Shadow received during his week long stay with April and her family. It was so comforting to receive daily photos and videos, which completely put our minds at ease while we were away. It was truly a family effort-her son took Shadow for daily walks, and her own dogs were fantastic playmates. Shadow came home happy, beautifully cared for and completely tuckered out from so much fun. We highly recommend her services and would absolutely book again!

Megan was absolutely wonderful with Luna! This was our family's first time being away from our fur baby, so we were naturally a little nervous. Megan made the entire experience so much easier by providing regular updates and sending us pictures, which gave us so much peace of mind. Luna was clearly well cared for, happy, and loved while we were away. We couldn't have asked for a better first experience with a dog sitter. Megan did an amazing job, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone trustworthy and caring to watch their pet!

Caylee and her partner were so amazing! They gave me detailed updates/photos/videos of Mae everyday. It gave me such peace of mind that my dog felt like she was on vacation as well at their house with tons of love attention and playtime! Would recommend her to everyone I know 🫶🐶

We were so lucky we found Robin. From our initial meet n greet we knew it would be a great fit for Candy. We were able to take our vacation knowing she was being well taken care of. Robin gave us updates. I felt at ease that I didn’t need to check in all the time or worry. Candy was happy to be picked up, but she misses her time spent with Robin and her dogs.

Mauricio did an excellent job of taking care of my puppy! He sent pictures, kept us updated and was flexible with pick up and drop off times. Mauricio and family were also very kind. I can tell Cocoa received a lot of love during her stay! We will definitely use Mauricio again in the future!

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
