“Fallon was great with my cat Priscilla. She responded promptly and was there right when I needed her. She is an amazing sitter and I will definitely be using her again. Thank you so much for taking care of my baby girl.”

About: I have had animals all my life, dogs, cats, rodents, and birds. I'm experienced with younger and older animals as well as giving medicines and other. I'm currently a college student and don't work so I have plenty of time to play with pups / kitties and come by for feedings and other. When pet sitting I typically will go by 2 to 3 times a day for feeding and play. I'm always careful around animals especially when they don't know me, I know some can take some time to warm up! I can do walks, play in house, or a backyard if allowed, and other general care.
“Kaylee was great! She is very communicative and respectful! My one fur baby was obsessed with her! My other one warms up slowly so she hid most of the time, but Kaylee was patient and let her have her space which I appreciated!!”

“Katie & the Cats 🎵 she has been the most incredible step mom for my 5 babies while we were gone. She took care of everything we asked and more, was so thoughtful introducing herself to each baby, and got great pictures each day. I felt the most at peace I ever have leaving for a week and I’m planning on booking with her again already. Tell yo kids, tell yo wife, tell everybody Katie is the BEST!”

“While I was on my honeymoon, Justin did more than a phenomenal job. My husband and I have never used rover before and have a ton of cats (6 inside and 10+ strays we feed). Justin kept me up to date everyday with great photos, told me how they were doing and made sure they ate and we're fine without us haha. If I could ever only recommend one person, it would be Justin. He is absolutely fantastic and if you're looking for someone to take care of your animal while you are gone, Justin is your guy.”

About: I’ve pet sat for my neighbors and family members for a few years. I used to pet sit for my aunt a lot and I loved it but she moved away, so I can’t pet sit for her anymore. I had so much fun, and I love spending time and caring for every animal. I look forward to meeting your amazing pets, and watching over them for you! I’m currently unemployed and have plenty of free time to check in and care for your pets. Im free the whole 7 days of the week :) I have 5 furry babies myself, 2 big dog fenced in the backyard and 3 kitties in the house, I also have 3 hermit crabs that I take care of. I have plenty of experience with all kinds of pets even a pig :)
“Excellent! Communication was great, and I always felt confident that my dogs were getting the attention and care they needed. He went above and beyond by even fixing my door handle while I was away. I came home to happy dogs. I highly recommend him and will definitely book with him again!”

“Christina did a great job with my 2 cats, I highly recommend her especially if you have rescues who are a bit skiddish. My cats started warming up to her on the 2nd day. Thank you Christina”

About: My name is Conner and I’m a college student at Winthrop University and a lifelong animal lover! caring for animals has always been a big part of my life, whether that meant helping my mom rescue and care for stray cats or looking after family pets over the years. More recently, I’ve been helping take care of my girlfriend’s dog, who has an autoimmune disease and requires extra attention, patience, and consistency with medications and daily routines. I’m a firm believer that every pet deserves personalized care and should be treated with as much love as I would give my own. Whether your pet needs a walk to burn off some energy, a drop-in-visit while you're away, or someone dependable to keep them company in the comfort of their own home, in your guy!! I’m currently a full time college student so I’m free all summer and I would be very flexible around my school schedule in the Fall and Spring! I am very confident in my ability to make friends with every pet! I’m very active and love a nice long walk but I’m also happy to chill on the couch or floor if you have a more laid back pet!

About: Animals have been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember. Growing up, my family always had dogs of all shapes and sizes, and I quickly became the person friends and family could count on whenever their pets needed some extra love and care. I now have 15+ years of pet-sitting experience and have cared for a wide variety of animals, including dogs, cats, rodents, fish, reptiles, and more. I’m comfortable caring for pets of all ages and personalities, including senior and special-needs pets. In 2020, I adopted two kittens from the York County Humane Society, officially turning me into a cat lady! I absolutely love getting to know each pet’s unique personality and making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their people are away. My goal is to give you peace of mind knowing your pets are in caring and dependable hands. I’m used to maintaining consistent feeding schedules, keeping track of portions and medications when needed, and making sure pets get plenty of attention and enrichment throughout the day. I’m also happy to provide regular updates and photos so you can feel confident that your pets are happy, cared for, and in good hands.
“I wish I could leave more than 5 stars! I booked Heidi when the person I had first booked canceled shortly before my trip and she was the FIRST person to respond. I simply can't say enough about how perfect she was for both me and my cat Toby. Away on a 3-day business trip, Heidi did everything I asked of her (and I left a 2-page document lol). Her communication after each visit was phenomenal—no reason to ask her any questions because she was 100% communicative, telling me everything she did and everything Toby did (and didn't do), starting right from how he greeted her at the door. Heidi took 7 sweet pics at each visit that complemented her communication. And to my delight and surprise, when I got home, I found a lovely thank-you card from her and a gift of 2 cat toys for Toby! From now on, I will go right to Heidi to rebook. Toby was clearly well cared for at each 30-min visit. AND Heidi's per-visit rate was competitive and affordable as well! Perfect experience!”

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
