My family has been a part of a Golden Retriever rescue foundation for years so we've always had goldens running around. I've been pet sitting since I was a kid, including but not limited to dogs, cats, hamsters, guinea pigs, turtles, lizards, and plants. I've had virtually no problems with the pets that I've been with other than the occasional scratch during play time. I've always been the first to want to take care of an animal when any one of my friends or family gives me the opportunity. I hope that we can connect and I can meet you and your pets soon! My schedule is very flexible when it comes to petsitting. I work short days in the office so your pet will never be alone too long! I don't have too many plans outside of work and if I do, I'll make sure that the pet comes first! I will follow your instructions to a T. Emily was incredible for our first visit with my senior pup! He kind of is a tricky guy with a lot of moving pieces health wise and she was amazingly adaptable and so sweet each step of the way. I feel like we kept changing plans based on his needs and her flexibly meant the world to us while I was out of state helping a sick family member. She kept me updated each step of the way and even took our pup on a walk with his stroller to get some mental stimulation when he really needed it. So so so grateful for her help and definitely recommend her!
We had a great experience with Enzo during drop-in visits for 2 large, high-energy dogs. Managing one energetic dog is a challenge - managing 2 at the same time deserves a medal. Enzo was reliable, communicative, and clearly comfortable handling 2 big dogs with 2 big personalities. I appreciated the updates and photos during the visits, which gave me peace of mind while away. Would absolutely book again and highly recommend to anyone with energetic dogs who need someone patient, responsible, and unfazed by a little canine insanity.
