About: My family loves to run around and play games with furry friends, and there’s always time to snuggle up on the couch. I only take one dog at a time, which allows me to offer focused care to your pet. I have taken care of family and friends’ pets for over 20 years, and would love to help out your family! I am a teacher, and have very flexible summer hours. I can accommodate whatever you need during June-August. During the school, year I am available in the afternoons. I have a fenced-in backyard in a neighborhood with lots of walking paths. I do not have any pets of my own, so we can devote all of our attention to your furry friend!

About: I’ve cared for everything from tiny bottle-fed kittens and puppies to vocal Australian Shepherds, senior pets, my diabetic cat (including administering insulin), chickens, reptiles, and even a tarantula back in my school days. From young pets to wise seniors, I’m steady, patient, and love adapting to each personality—and special needs are no problem at all. It fits into my daily routine. I take care of two cats, an 18 month old girl named Pepa. Very vocal, demanding, and playful. I also take care of my diabetic cat sikes. He is a thirteen year old ragdoll. Administering his insulin shots 12 hours apart and feeding him 3 times a day. I work from 8:30-5:15 pm M-F as I work an office job. After and before that I’m typically at home. I’m more than willing to meet you and your pet family before you decide to work with me. I want to make sure that you feel confident in my abilities and trust me with your loved ones. Due to my senior cat I am unable to care for your pets at my home. Although I am down for just about anything else. I respect the owners not just through the care of their pets, but the care of their homes. I’ll take the trash out, turn the lights on and off, and smile to your neighbors.

About: I’ve cared for animals my entire life, including dogs, cats, and horses. I previously worked as an equine veterinary technician and am comfortable with pets of all sizes and personalities. Growing up I did a lot of farm sitting and so I am used to juggling quite a few animals at a time. I currently have two cats, a dog, and a horse, so I understand how important it is to provide safe, loving, and dependable care. Because I work from home, I have the flexibility to accommodate different schedules and give pets the time and attention they deserve. Whether it’s a long walk, sticking to a feeding routine, or simply providing companionship, I’m able to be dependable and responsive. Spending time with animals is something I genuinely enjoy, and caring for them is a natural part of my everyday life. My goal is to make your pet feel comfortable, safe, and stress-free in their own environment. I am an extremely reliable person who has experience farm sitting and being extremely attentive to animals needs.

About: I have pet sat my whole life. I was the neighborhood dog watcher growing up and I never stopped. Most recently I dog sat for a family in blowing rock, by the time I was done with college, I had watched 5 other families pets on their street! I also grew up always having many animals. We have had horses, cats, dogs, bunnies and fish. My favorite pet sitting gig was out in harmony NC. I stayed a week on their farm and took care of this families 7 dogs and 5 horses! It was a dream. I have experience with youngins as well as looking after senior animals of all kind. I give very attentive care and lots and lots of love to each and every pet:) and I look forward to taking care of yours! This is currently my main gig at the moment, so my only schedule I work around is pet sitting. I have just moved back home from college and am looking for so extra cash while I look for a corporate job:) I care for the pets with a warm greeting and cuddles if they enjoy being pet. I do talk to them as well ahaha. I follow any and all instructions on feeding procedures and make sure they are going to the bathroom enough. Exercise is very important. Going for walks and playing. I will play with them until they are wore out! I truly love their company as much as they enjoy mine:)

About: I’ve cared for pets for decades! I’ve cared for cats, dogs, reptiles, fish, rats, bunnies, and more! I’ve cared for all ages and needs levels of dogs and cats. I’ve cared for anxious pets who won’t eat and laid-back let’s who just want cuddles! All animals welcome! Over the summer in free quite a bit! I will have a few things planned here or there but I’m super flexible. During the school year, evenings and weekends are best. I live in an apartment so having your pets in my home will be more difficult but not impossible. I would prefer your home because the pets will be more comfortable and relaxed! Providing the best environment for your pets is my priority.

About: I am a dog lover and empath with 2 rescue pitbulls of my own. They’re favorite cousin is a chihuahua. I’ve loved and taken care of large and small dogs for most of my life. I’m a home-body. I work from home and so my availability is very flexible and basically spend majority of my day and week with my pets..I’m happy to make time for yours. I signed up for Rover to get out of the house and get some extra exercise - What could be more motivating than meeting and hanging out with more furbabies I’m very sensitive to pet’s mood and natural anxieties and so I don’t take unnecessary risks. Any boarded pets would have their own private bedroom and will be kept separate even for potty breaks in my fenced yard.

About: Years ago, my mother and I owned a boarding kennel and I was a professional groomer. Now I am semi-retired and loving spending time with furry friends! I am familiar with all breeds and love them all! We have always had a pet in our home and would love to provide care while you have to be away. I currently work outside the home for a partial day on Mondays. Other than errands and appointments, I am home all day to interact with your fur baby! Should an emergency come up, I am available. All our furry guests are treated like family. We have a large fenced in yard with no steps for the older fur babies. We own a cat that pretty much keeps to herself. We are good with pets of all ages and understand they all need different levels of care. We are empty nesters, so have the time and energy to keep up with any needs your pet may have. With the exception of Mondays, someone is home all day to provide personal care and supervision for your pet. Mondays Alice works outside the home for a partial day and pets would need to be left alone for 4-6 hours, or she would need to be able to bring your pet (only one) to work with her. Both Alice and Don love animals and provide a nurturing and loving environment for your pet in their home with regular potty breaks in their fenced in back yard.

About: I've taken care of others pets for many years and will love them and care for them as if they were my own! I have a four year old spoiled rotten mini dachshund named Winnie, a black cat named Sweetie and a leapard gecko! My neighborhood also has a private pond and walking trail so if your baby loves to go for walks then this is the place for them. I am currently a stay at home mom with three older children that are in school the majority of the day. I will be home to love and care for your pet and give them all the attention they deserve without distractions I have a fenced in backyard with a loving dog of my own to keep your pet company! I only take on 2 to 3 dogs at a time so I can accommodate any specific requests needed for your fur baby such as crating, specific dietary requests, ect. I also have lots of ramps and stairs for smaller dogs and a gate that blocks my staircase leading upstairs.

“Alyssa was amazing with my cats. I have a kitten and a 4 yr old cat and she took great care of both of them. I had to go for one whole week and I was very stressed about leaving my cats for that long but fortunately Alyssa is so good in taking care, they both were happy and relaxed when we came back. She played with both of them in every visit and I think that’s why they were very relaxed. If you are looking for someone who isn’t just there to feed them but also play and do more if necessary she is the one. Also forgot to mention she watered my plants also so they survived the heatwave! Will definitely keep booking her in future when I need to. Highly recommended!”
