“Thank you beyond words, Step & Bradley are beyond amazing. I needed a last minute drop in ( with in 5 hours request sent at 5:30am) Step and Bradley responded quickly and saved the day. Book them dependable and flexible and my fur babies love them from the 1st meeting.”

“We just started working with Jamie and will definitely use her services again. We had to leave town unexpectedly for a family member in hospice. She eased our minds during a very difficult time. She was very reliable, our kitties loved her and she has a great personality and knows customer service. So thankful to have found her.”

“Kyla is heaven sent! I was in a tough situation trying to get my dog comfortable and situated under our circumstances, and Kyla was very patient and caring when it came to getting to know Macho and allowing him to get us to her. He loves her now, and I can definitely see that she genuinely cares about him as well. We appreciate Kyla oh so much! If you’re thinking about booking her.. think no more.”

“Avery was amazing! She took such great care of our girls while we were away and was super sweet, patient, and reliable. She handled giving medication with no issues at all and kept us updated with photos which helped us being away from them. We’d absolutely book her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and responsible sitter!!”

“Jillian is so sweet and attentive! I’ve been a repeat customer for some time now, and my dogs absolutely love her. I truly appreciate all the updates and the wonderful care she provides. I highly recommend her and will definitely be booking with her again soon! 🐾❤️”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was about the age of 14. My cousin had 2 older Dachshunds (one was blind), and a Pomeranian. I have experience walking, feeding, brushing and playing with dogs. I also am flexible with accommodating older dogs medical needs, whether that be picking them up due to a back injury or making sure they don’t run into sharp objects if they have visual impairments. I believe all dogs no matter the size, age or breed should be given the right care and attention that they deserve. I want to gather as much experience taking care of as many breeds as possible, I plan to be a foster dog mom in the future. I currently have full availability for the summer except when I am on vacation. I love taking care of pets and am available throughout the week and weekends and will be able to take your fur babies for lots of playtime outside. I enjoy walking and spending time in nature with pets. I love walking outside and am used to living in residential spaces. I have no issues with wiping your dogs paws with a wet wipe or paper towel if they get too dirty from walking outside.

About: I have been an animal lover my entire life, with extensive experience caring for everything from dogs and cats to various exotic pets. Alongside a lifetime of personal pet ownership, I bring 3 years of professional kennel experience and 6 years of pet sitting for family and friends. I am highly comfortable administering medications (oral pills and topical treatments) and have experience working with all ages, sizes, and temperaments. I look forward to treating your fur baby like my own! I currently work part-time, which gives me plenty of free time and a highly flexible schedule to love, walk, and care for your pets. Because of my routine, I specialize in: Early morning check-ins Mid-day walks and visits Evening drop-in visits Overnight pet sitting (includes drops ins every 6+ hours) To see my specific openings, please check out my Rover Calendar. Every visit or stay is fully customized to your pet’s exact needs. My standard routine includes attentive potty breaks, feeding and fresh water, and engaging enrichment/playtime. I am also fully equipped to maintain a clean environment, including scooping litter boxes, misting cages, and safely administering prescribed oral or topical medications. To ensure we're the perfect fit for each other, I require a brief, complimentary meet and greet before finalizing any bookings. This gives us a chance to go over routines and allows me to meet your precious fur babies! ❤️ Please let me know what days work best for you.
“Reagan was amazing. This whole experience having a pet sitter through Rover and choosing Reagan to come take care of our babies was so worry free. Our pets absolutely loved her and she gave excellent updates on them while we were gone. We will definitely be booking Reagan again!”

“Stephanie has been doing a great job taking care of Ghost a seven year old Great Pyrenees, She has been taking him out in the afternoon to potty and walk around. She has brought in packages left outside. She has been very reliable. I highly recommend her to take care of your pet.”

About: I grew up with having a dog around the house, so I have always loved being around pets. The last two summers I have pet sat for families while they were on vacation. Some of the dogs I have taken care of have had medical needs, so I am able to give dogs medication if needed. I have taken care of big and small dogs. I look forward to working and taking care of your pet! During the summer I have more availability outside of when I am on vacation. For house sitting services, I am happy to provide overnight care for your pet. There will be times I will leave the home to run errands, go to work, family time and etc. But I will make sure that your pet’s routine is kept in tact and that they get all the snuggles and love they need. I am a full time teacher so once the school year starts my availability will change. I will not be able to provide pet care in my home. But I can provide pet care in a clients home. I am able to provide walks, feed your pet, provide snuggles, and medication if needed. I will ensure the client home stays clean if I am booked for overnight pet care. If it is too hot outside I may limit the time for the walk. I will also bring a water bottle with a bowl to make sure your dog does not overheat.
“Tania was so helpful to us. She instantly bonded with our Freya. She provided some pets, a chance for a quick walk, and a bathroom opportunity while we were working. We will be so happy for her to help again in the future.”

About: I have been raised with a pet by side. When I have born we had two brittany spaniels that have since passed on. In 8th grade, after they passed, we adopted another puppy brittany. A year later, we adopted another, to have our current pair of brittanys. So I have experience raising puppies as well. I play with them outdoors and indoors, brush them, clean up their poop, bath them, feed them, and train them. They also get taken on walks at the local forest preserve for stimulation. I have experience in caring for fish and snakes. Between dogs, I had my cat to keep me company. She is solely my cat, so she got the same attention as the dogs, plus I bought her toys, treats, litter, and food. Outside of my dogs I have pet sit goldens labs, goldendoodles, springer spaniels, and many other breeds. As in my headline, I don't think any animal is low maintenance. That just means the pet isn't getting the care it deserves. I had my cat at my dorm first semester, and I fed her breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I made sure to play with twice a day and we played birds on the tv for stimulation as well. I had a weekly schedule to brush her twice a week, and clean the litter box every Sunday and Wednesday. At home I would alternate playing with my dogs, training, and brushing them whenever possible. I can play indoors and outdoors. I can take the animal for walks. Clean up any potential messes, such as muddy dogs or if a cat has a hairball. I can accompany senior pets that need help eating. I can brush the animal. And feed them, and do basic training.

About: My husband and I have raised our golden retriever since he was a puppy into adulthood. We watch our family and friends pets for days or week at a time usually in our home, but can come by your own if needed. I have experience with ages from puppy to elderly and the details that come along with that (no instruction list is too big!). As long as they are all okay with staying in the home with our very pet friendly dog. I am also able to come to others houses for babysitting, walking or anything that may be needed away from our home if I am able to. I currently work a hybrid schedule and go into the office Tuesdays and Thursdays but my husband is home on the days that I am in office and vise versa. We can be home on the weekends as long as we have notice in advance. We usually treat pets like family in our home and a friend to our dog, Bogey. He loves both dogs and cats no matter the size or age. We are organized, active and respectful of a pet or clients boundaries.
About: Hey everyone! I am a huge animal lover. I have always had a dog in my home whether it be a family dog or my personal dog. Currently, I have two big, high energy dogs of my own a golden retriever and a husky! I love animals and understand needing to feel like your pet is safe and loved while you’re away! I will treat your furry friends just as I would my own 🩵 I am currently on summer break for work and have open availability for scheduling! Doggy daycare is now available me for the summer to book! I have a fenced in yard and two friendly, high energy dogs as well as a one year old son who loves dogs. My dogs are good with other dogs and children as well. They enjoy playing and running around together! I also have a large crate available for us if your animal is used to being crated. We do walk and lots of play time outside in our backyard.
“Claire was a life saver for our cat Crabcake! He had a medical scare the night before we went on a 10 day trip and she offered to take him to her house to care for him instead of simply checking in on him! She took amazing care of him and got him to eat again using pumpkin (which I would never have thought to try). We will definitely be using Claire again anytime we travel!!”

“Summer was great. She was able to come do a meet and greet very quickly. Our normal sitter was unable to sit for us and recommended Summer. I appreciated her working us into her schedule. She came and met the girls and took notes as we talked. She came at the designated times and took several pictures so I could see the girls were happy. Thank you Summer!”

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone.
