“Bozena was a great sitter for the time she had Nemo with the inclusion of constant photo updates. Bozena welcomed us into her home where Nemo was going to have plenty of company with the kids being around. The fact that Bozena was able to take care of some other dogs while Nemo was there also added to his stay. Nemo also seemed to have a great time in her yard prancing around as he wished. He exerted so much energy during his stay that once we got home he slept the whole afternoon. She may be a bit far out to some folks, but I definitely recommend Bozena if available.”

About: I had dogs growing up and got our own rescue dog 6 years ago. I prefer older dogs who like a quiet home. I understand dogs that every dog has their own quirks and embrace that. About: I am retired, have trained and shown dogs for over fifty years, live in a condo with one sheltie and one cat. I like to sit ONE dog at a time so it can have special one on one attention. Special arrangements can be made with two dogs that are from the same family. My floors are tile and I sterilize them between visits. I do NOT have a fenced yard but we have a 20 x 80 fenced dog run right outside my back door and we walk every two to three hours and once during the night. Since I am retired, I can be with your dog 24/7 with small exceptions. The dogs are allowed on the furniture and in the bed. I do insist that dogs be house trained and crate trained since we feed in crates or crate them if I have to be away. If you want personal care and attention for your dog, we would love to supply that service. We do NOT do meet and greets. We find that those brief encounters simply put stress on my dogs and yours. I take about an hour when a dog has arrived to acclimate him safely and comfortably. I only care for small dogs, under 30 pounds, and no puppies. Since I am retired, my schedule is pretty much staying around the house. There are no children and things are pretty quiet most of the time. About: I am a total dog lover! My husband and I rescued our dog Roscoe almost 6 years ago. He is one of the most spoiled dogs I know and is a huge mama’s boy. We enjoy hiking together, and going on walks and for runs along the local greenways in Charlotte and in the neighborhood. He enjoys having other dogs to play with and we pet sit for a few friends and neighbors when they go on vacation, having their dog come and spend time in our home. Al pasar de los años cuando conocí a mi esposo, el ya tenía un perro, era un poodle llamado Blacky el se convirtió rápidamente en mi bebe el no tenía muchos habitos de entrenamiento y con el pasar del tiempo le fui enseñando cosas básicas, como sentarse, dar la pata y caminar al lado sin que saliera corriendo sin leash, el falleció hace un par de años, su perdida fue muy dura de verdad. About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was about the age of 14. My cousin had 2 older Dachshunds (one was blind), and a Pomeranian. I have experience walking, feeding, brushing and playing with dogs. I also am flexible with accommodating older dogs medical needs, whether that be picking them up due to a back injury or making sure they don’t run into sharp objects if they have visual impairments. I believe all dogs no matter the size, age or breed should be given the right care and attention that they deserve. Some of the dogs I have taken care of have had medical needs, so I am able to give dogs medication if needed. I have taken care of big and small dogs. I have experience with caring for pets in a safe and loving environment. I make sure they have fresh water, food, and plenty of attention while keeping their space clean and secure.
