About: We are both big animal lovers and have been taking care of our own pets since we were kids. We moved to Indian Trail from Denver, CO in 2025 and would love to get to know pets in the area! We currently have Cleo, a calico kitty who is a sassy princess, and Georgie, a shepherd mix puppy who LOVES making new friends. Erica has always begged friends and family to pet sit for them, and we would love to extend that joy and love to your furry family members as well! Teddy has never met an animal he didn’t like 😸 Our last dog Zeke was an extremely anxious boy for the 13 years we had him, so we have plenty of experience comforting anxious pets. Teddy previously worked at an emergency vet/kennel business, and has a lot of experience with all kinds of dog breeds and animal behaviors. We both have experience with oral and topical medication administration, and Teddy has injection experience. We would love to welcome your pet into our family and treat them as our own ♥️ Teddy works remotely and Erica is currently thriving as a stay-at-home puppy/kitty mom, so we are always home and someone will always be attentive to your pets. Occasionally one of us may be out of town during a booking request, but we will communicate that to you prior to booking in case you prefer two people. We have a fenced backyard for safe playtime and easy bathroom access. Your animals are welcome to sleep wherever they want in the house- we don’t mind dogs on the bed, couch, or in their crate if that’s where they’re most comfortable! We have several water stations throughout the house that get changed every day. We have plenty of cozy rooms in the house, so your pet can have alone time if needed. Our neighborhood is quiet and walkable.

About: I have been around animals my entire life and grew up caring for dogs, cats, hamsters, and even reptiles. Over the past five years, my family has had a full house of pets, including one dog, two cats, guinea pigs, hamsters, and a chameleon, so I’m very comfortable with a variety of animals and their unique needs. In 2021, I completed training to have my golden retriever certified as a therapy dog. After becoming licensed, she worked alongside me in public schools, where she provided comfort and support to students. That experience strengthened my skills in handling, training, and understanding animals while ensuring they feel safe, calm, and well cared for. Pet care fits easily into my daily routine because I work from home, which allows me to give animals plenty of attention throughout the day. I’m able to provide regular potty breaks, feeding, playtime, and check-ins to make sure pets are comfortable and well cared for. Since I’m home most of the time, pets are rarely left alone and can enjoy a calm, consistent environment. Caring for animals is already part of my daily life with our own pets, so adding additional pet care feels like a natural extension of our routine. My home is very pet-friendly and used to having animals around. I have a family of five with three kids ages 11–16 who all love animals and are respectful of their personalities and space. Since I already have pets in our home, I understand the importance of maintaining routines, providing regular feeding times, potty breaks, playtime, and plenty of attention. When caring for pets in my home, I focus on making them feel safe and comfortable, just like part of the family. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I follow the pet’s normal routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and any special instructions the owner provides. My goal is always to make sure pets feel relaxed, well cared for, and loved while their owners are away.

Rocko can be an anxious dog, but she took it in stride and was very patient with him. About: Amo a las mascotas sobretodo los perros, sé que no son niños pero los trato tal cual respetuosa y cuidadora, me he criado con una mascota en casa desde mi infancia, mi primera mascota era un Rottweiler llamada Danger, ella era una belleza de perro, era grande e imponente, mi hermano y yo la entrenamos al punto que salía a caminar sin leash en la calle, acataba todas las ordenes que le dabamos, era muy inteligente. Al pasar de los años cuando conocí a mi esposo, el ya tenía un perro, era un poodle llamado Blacky el se convirtió rápidamente en mi bebe el no tenía muchos habitos de entrenamiento y con el pasar del tiempo le fui enseñando cosas básicas, como sentarse, dar la pata y caminar al lado sin que saliera corriendo sin leash, el falleció hace un par de años, su perdida fue muy dura de verdad. Y no hemos tenido más perros por los momentos, pero amigos y vecinos me han dado sus perros con lo ojos cerrados porque saben que los cuido muy bien, soy muy respetuosa y cariñosa, lo más importantes es que siempre busco de enseñarle algún truco, en mis fotos podrán ver algunos perros que he tenido cuidando varios dias, tengo a Toby que aparece en mi foto de perfil parecido a mi perro Blacky a Mila una cachorra hermosa, y luna una viejita hermosa. me gusta jugar con ellos y darle mucho amor. 🐕‍🦺Tener una mascota es mucha responsabilidad amor y paciencia. Estoy comenzando en esta app Rover formalmente y me gustaría cuidar a tu peludito. 🤗🐶 Actualmente trabajo por mi cuenta y estoy la gran parte de las veces en casa. About: I am a total dog lover! My husband and I rescued our dog Roscoe almost 6 years ago. He is one of the most spoiled dogs I know and is a huge mama’s boy. We enjoy hiking together, and going on walks and for runs along the local greenways in Charlotte and in the neighborhood. He enjoys having other dogs to play with and we pet sit for a few friends and neighbors when they go on vacation, having their dog come and spend time in our home. They always get excited when I pick them up and go home tired from all our walks and outdoor play in our fenced in yard. I send pictures and updates daily. We love spending time playing with other dogs, especially Roscoe! I’m a special education teacher and my husband works in the restaurant business, so he’s home most days and I’m home after school and evenings. I have a fenced in yard and a friendly, playful dog to keep your fur baby active. We are happy to crate your dog when we are not here/at night if this is what they’re used to. Otherwise, we block the stairs off when we need to leave with Roscoe upstairs and your pet downstairs.

About: I’m new to rover, but I’m anything but new to pet care! I grew up taking care of all sorts of animals — goats, ferrets, guinea pigs, lizards, you name it! And in the last ten years, I’ve unintentionally built up quite a resume with pet sitting just because of my passionate love for animals. I am many pet owners’ go-to for pet sitting because they trust me to take care of their fur babies in the exact way they would, so you can trust me too:) My husband currently provides the only source of income for us, so my goal with Rover is to turn my pet sitting hobby into a little bit of extra income for us. Since I have no other job, I am free as a bird with an open and flexible schedule! I can easily adapt to your schedule and your pets’ needs:) I can easily provide whatever is needed for your pet. Your pet can run freely inside or be crated to your preference. The only thing I can’t provide is a fenced in yard, but our yard is huge and far from neighbors, and I have a totally free schedule to walk and entertain your pet however much you’d like. If I am coming to your home, you can trust me to follow whatever directions you have. You can also trust me to never take on more pets than I can handle just for the sake of the money, because my main objective is to provide excellent care above all else! We have one medium-sized dog, but he stays with “grandma and grandpa” while I am pet sitting unless of course you request for your pet to have some company!

I can administer all medications. I pride myself in going above and beyond. I send photo texts with every visit detailing activities. My care extends to your home and includes but is not limited to watering house plants, bringing mail in, and taking out garbage. But my primary duty is insuring your pet enjoys their time with me! If you've reached my profile but you're out of my mileage range please just ask! I can travel for a small gas surcharge. *OVERNIGHT VISITS!* Going forward overnight visits will be 12 hour overnight stays (example 9pm- 9 am). Included in the overnight rate are two potty breaks. Potty breaks are typically dinner time on the first day and lunch time on the second day or whatever you think bests suits your pets schedule. At this time I can only accommodate overnight visits on the weekends. I'm sorry if this is an inconvenience. Let's talk about your needs and see if we can come to an arrangement that works! I am a stay-at-home mom to two teens who just don't need me like they used to! My pups and cats adore me but they don't mind my sharing time with other fur-babies! I am active and love being out and about! I have very happy clients and I'm ready to grow my client base. I have a part time job at a gym that leaves me with plenty of pet care time! Pet sitting in my home requires a pet meet and greet to be sure your pup is compatible with my two dogs and one cat. It is my preference to care for pets in their own natural home environment. I offer one free meet and greet to go over all the household rules and pet routines with my new clients. Pet visits in your home are at least 30 minutes and includes a potty break, meal or treat, walk or playtime, LOVE to pet and photo text to human client, and any household care that might be needed. Household care includes cleaning up after/ brushing pet, watering plants, taking in garbage, turning lights in house on or off as requested, bringing mail in and of course communication with the pet/ home owner.
