About: We are both big animal lovers and have been taking care of our own pets since we were kids. We moved to Indian Trail from Denver, CO in 2025 and would love to get to know pets in the area! We currently have Cleo, a calico kitty who is a sassy princess, and Georgie, a shepherd mix puppy who LOVES making new friends. Erica has always begged friends and family to pet sit for them, and we would love to extend that joy and love to your furry family members as well! Teddy has never met an animal he didn’t like 😸 Our last dog Zeke was an extremely anxious boy for the 13 years we had him, so we have plenty of experience comforting anxious pets. Teddy previously worked at an emergency vet/kennel business, and has a lot of experience with all kinds of dog breeds and animal behaviors. We both have experience with oral and topical medication administration, and Teddy has injection experience. We would love to welcome your pet into our family and treat them as our own ♥️ Teddy works remotely and Erica is currently thriving as a stay-at-home puppy/kitty mom, so we are always home and someone will always be attentive to your pets. Occasionally one of us may be out of town during a booking request, but we will communicate that to you prior to booking in case you prefer two people. We have a fenced backyard for safe playtime and easy bathroom access. Your animals are welcome to sleep wherever they want in the house- we don’t mind dogs on the bed, couch, or in their crate if that’s where they’re most comfortable! We have several water stations throughout the house that get changed every day. We have plenty of cozy rooms in the house, so your pet can have alone time if needed. Our neighborhood is quiet and walkable.

About: I am a total dog lover! My husband and I rescued our dog Roscoe almost 6 years ago. He is one of the most spoiled dogs I know and is a huge mama’s boy. We enjoy hiking together, and going on walks and for runs along the local greenways in Charlotte and in the neighborhood. He enjoys having other dogs to play with and we pet sit for a few friends and neighbors when they go on vacation, having their dog come and spend time in our home. They always get excited when I pick them up and go home tired from all our walks and outdoor play in our fenced in yard. I send pictures and updates daily. We love spending time playing with other dogs, especially Roscoe! I’m a special education teacher and my husband works in the restaurant business, so he’s home most days and I’m home after school and evenings. I have a fenced in yard and a friendly, playful dog to keep your fur baby active. We are happy to crate your dog when we are not here/at night if this is what they’re used to. Otherwise, we block the stairs off when we need to leave with Roscoe upstairs and your pet downstairs.

About: I’ve been caring for pets for over 15 years, including my own dogs, cats, hamsters, gerbils, turtles, and more. Friends, family, and neighbors have always relied on me to walk, feed, board, and love their pets as if they were my own. What sets me apart is my attention to detail and my commitment to giving each pet a tailored experience. I pay close attention not just to their needs but also to their unique personalities and preferences whether that means a long walk, playtime, or extra snuggles. I’m comfortable with everything from puppy energy to senior care and make sure every pet feels safe, cared for, and happy while you’re away. I work from home and have an open schedule, so pet care is part of my daily routine. I let dogs play in my fenced yard, take them on neighborhood walks, and provide plenty of attention, feeding, and playtime throughout the day. My own Goldendoodle also loves having furry friends around to keep her company. I have a safe, fenced backyard and live in a pet-friendly neighborhood that’s great for walks. My 30-pound Goldendoodle is gentle and loves every dog she meets. Pets in my care are never left alone for long, and I can crate if needed. My husband and children also enjoy helping, so your pet will always have love, company, and supervision. UNLESS you require your dog to not be around other dogs. I can accommodate that as well.

About: I’ve had dogs since I was a child, so caring for them comes naturally to me. I’m patient, loving, attentive, and very responsible. I have experience caring for dogs of all sizes, ages, and breeds, including dogs with different medical conditions that require extra attention and care. I’m home full-time, which allows me to give pets plenty of love, companionship, playtime, walks, and gentle belly rubs to help them feel safe and comfortable just like at home. I truly enjoy spending quality time with dogs and making sure they feel happy and relaxed while in my care. I do not use crates. Dogs in my home are treated like family. I also have a small dog of my own who is very calm, friendly, and well-socialized. Because of this, I can only accept dogs that are friendly and comfortable around other dogs. I’m home full-time, so pet care is part of my daily routine. I’m available all day to provide supervision, frequent potty breaks, meals, playtime, walks, and plenty of love and attention. Pets are safe and comfortable in my home. I have a fully fenced backyard and supervise them at all times. My house is spacious, and the neighborhood is quiet, secure, and full of green areas for walks and play.

About: We’ve taken care of our friends dogs and have a little guy of our own (Shih tzu). He is a wonderful and loving little guy. One of us works remote permanently, we are able to take them outside as much as they need and they will be attended to at all times. At least one of us will always be home. We have a fenced yard and a little guy of our own who’s 2 years old now. He loves to go for walks and play and he loves other dogs.

“I had a great experience with LeNai. She was thorough during the intake, giving me a full tour and taking the time to get to know my dogs and their individual quirks. Rocko can be an anxious dog, but she took it in stride and was very patient with him. She gradually introduced him to other dogs safely and calmly, and was able to pick up on behavioral cues very well. She sent many photos and videos throughout the day to let me know they were doing well. I will most definitely use her services again.”

I only take one dog at a time, which allows me to offer focused care to your pet. I have taken care of family and friends’ pets for over 20 years, and would love to help out your family! I am a teacher, and have very flexible summer hours. I can accommodate whatever you need during June-August. During the school, year I am available every afternoon after 3pm. I have a fenced-in backyard in a neighborhood with lots of walking paths. I do not have any pets of my own, so we can devote all of our attention to your furry friend!
