About: I’ve had dogs my entire life and have always made sure they were taken care of. I’ve taken care of a total of 5 litters of golden retriever puppies. I have an 80 pound husky mix who is 3 years old. I walk him about 3-5 miles daily and love the occasional hikes and parks! I’m currently working part time, so I have plenty of time to watch your lovely pups. I am available most days every week including weekends! I have a friendly dog who loves to play and have the company of others. There’s a small dog park in my townhouse complex. I have an extra large dog crate if it is needed.

We have been using Lisa for vacation check-ins for about a year now and she is so wonderful!! She is our go-to every time we’re out of town. We have quite a feisty cat, but Lisa still takes such good care of him. We always feel good knowing she is checking up on him while we’re gone.
This was my first time using Rover app and my experience could not have been better. Victoria is wonderful, she has a lot of prior experience handling dogs and puppies. When I met her during our meet and greet, her knowledge and experience made me really comfortable leaving my 10 week old puppy with her while we were gone for about three hours. This was the first time me and my husband left our puppy alone with someone else since we got the pup and he did great! Victoria followed all our instructions and even went above and beyond to teach our puppy some commands and make sure he does not have any accidents while she was in the house. She also took care of our six-year-old dog and sent us regular updates with pictures! I would definitely recommend Victoria and would love to have her back to take care of our pups.
This is the second time we’ve booked Carson, this time just for some drop-in visits for our diabetic cat over a weekend trip, and she outdid herself yet again! It’s critical that he has enough food in his system to receive his insulin injection to prevent his blood sugar from getting too low, so when he decided to go on a hunger strike out of retaliation of us leaving town (🙄) she stayed at our house longer than originally agreed upon and tried several different methods to get him to eat and eventually was successful. This just goes to show she clearly cares so incredibly much about the welfare of the animals under her care, as if they’re her own! We will definitely continue rebooking with Carson anytime she’s available!!
Avery was amazing! She took such great care of our girls while we were away and was super sweet, patient, and reliable. She handled giving medication with no issues at all and kept us updated with photos which helped us being away from them. We’d absolutely book her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and responsible sitter!!

sitters on Rover set their own , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
