About: I have over 10 years of professional and personal experience caring for animals, including dogs, cats, fish, hamsters, and ferrets. I’m comfortable with puppies, senior pets, high energy dogs, large dogs, and pets that need a little extra patience. I can also follow established routines, provide basic dog medication, and reinforce basic training cues. I focus on keeping pets safe, comfortable, and cared for while their people are away. I’m available for drop-in visits Monday through Friday in the afternoons, with availability from early morning through the afternoon on weekends. I prefer a consistent schedule when possible, but I can be flexible depending on your pet’s routine and care needs. I follow each pet’s normal routine and the owner’s care instructions closely. I pay attention to doors, gates, leashes, and other safety concerns, and I keep pets leashed or securely contained as appropriate. I’m comfortable with crates when they’re part of the pet’s normal routine. After each visit, I’ll send a photo and a short update so you know how your pet is doing.

About: I have taken care of dogs and cats my entire life! I really enjoy being able to give the animals an opportunity to be active and play! I’m looking to transition from my full-time job to part-time. I would be available Monday-Thursday but am out of town for holidays in November and December. I have a fenced in dog park next door to my apartment. I bring my dog there everyday and she has never had a problem. I am comfortable taking pets out, walking them, hanging out with them, and crating them if needed.

About: I previously cat/dog and house sat while living in NYC and Los Angeles, and now North/South Carolina. I walked the dogs several times daily, prepared special meals as directed and kept them company. With cats, I made sure their litter boxes were clean and they had their meals and medications. Up until recently, I had threesenior dogs, a chi-weenie and a dachshund. The dachshund had back trouble so I took her to the acupuncturist and chiropractor, she also had chronic UTI so she was on medications. One of my dogs had seizures, so I had special diets and medications for her. I would love to meet you & your pet! I am beginning a new working schedule October 2026 and will be working outside the home. Will work with you for the best schedule for you and your pet. I can walk your pet around your neighborhood. I like to make sure that they have some reflective tapes/leash in case we're out at night.

I have a certification in dog training, have taken a first aid class, and have experience with all kinds of pups! Dogs are my full-time job, which means your pup gets all of my time and attention! I have large comfy kennel spaces for each of my guests but if your pup happens to be social and non-destructive I would allow them to free-roam!

My first dog was a Great Dane, and ever since then I have had a soft spot in my heart for big dogs (that think they're lap dogs). Then I had a Chug (Chihuahua/Pug). I expertise in tummy rubs, and running off built up energy. Just being around dogs, playing with them, and walking them makes me happy! About: I’ve taken care of my 3 cats, 1 dog, and 3 snakes for a while now. I always make sure to make time for them, and show them love no matter what type of animal. I work part time at a retirement home in Matthews, NC. I’ve worked there for over a year now, but I always make time for my pets no matter what. On Sundays, Tuesdays and Fridays, I work from 10AM-6:30PM, BUT I can still drop in before or after work on those days as well. I keep all of my animals safe at all times. No open doors, no dangerous foods, and especially no sharp objects around them. When they’re safe, i’m happy.

About: I’m the owner of Barnyard Pet Retreat. I do dog/cat boarding out of my own home. It’s my full time job so I’ll be with them at all times. I have multiple dogs of my own and I am home full time. So, your fur babies will be monitored and loved at all times! I have a great potty routine that my dogs are currently on. I have anywhere from small dogs to big dogs in my household so your fur baby will have a lot of company. I can cage your dogs if needed or my own for your fur baby’s comfort.
