“Katherine did a wonderful job caring for my dog, Sherlock. From the start, she was warm, reliable, and clearly experienced. She made sure Sherlock had plenty of playtime, gave him lots of love and attention, and was always gentle and kind. She also took great care in making sure he was safe, comfortable, and well-fed throughout the check-in. I felt completely at ease knowing he was in such capable hands. I would absolutely use her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring pet sitter.”

She made us so comfortable leaving our fur babies with her - she came to our home to meet them before we left, was so accommodating of the changes in our schedule, and our girls were SO happy and well taken care of when we were gone (it was clear when we got home). Thank you, Bria! ❤️”

6. Taryn K.
About: I have been around dogs of all sizes and breeds since I was born. I am comfortable with anything from a Shih-Tzu to an Anatolian Shepherd! Giant breed dogs and herding breeds have always held a special place in my heart! I worked at a large farm for 5 years where I gained experience caring for boarding dogs and working livestock guardians. I have a small farm of my own, volunteer in wildlife rehab, and do animal rescue, so if you have other animals in the home I've got them covered as well! Over the last couple years, my family and I have built a small 501c3 rescue to pull animals, specifically focusing on animals that need extra care, such as bottle litters, senior dogs, and dogs with behavioral issues. I currently work for a dog trainer during the school year in Wilmington, and a dog daycare at home in Waxhaw. I have 9 dogs at home, and my personal dog is at college with me. We go on lots of hiking and beach adventures, and I want to give other dogs those opportunities as well! I love photography and will do my best to get high quality pictures for you of your babies enjoying their walks! I'm currently in college and working Thursday nights. However, my classes are spread out to where I could do walks or drop ins in the morning, afternoon, and night. I am also a huge night owl so I don't mind if your furry friends need late-night visits! I am happy to do whatever your pet needs to feel safe and secure while you are gone! I totally get having high maintenance pets with specific needs, and I will do my best to keep their routine perfect and limit stress. Since I have worked at a daycare and had my own special needs pets, I am confident in my ability to administer medication.

7. Jessica S.

8. Valentina B.

9. Brittany H.
About: Hi my name is Brittany I’m 33 and a mom to 3 kids, cats, and 3 dogs. As a Fur mom myself, I know that you can worry about your pets getting proper care while you’re away from them. I’ll be happy to pet, feed, walk, bathe, velocity dry, trim nails, and love on your animals during my time with them. I’ve previously worked in a pet boutique, a couple dog kennels,Petsmart grooming, as well as in a company that manufactures dog collar, leashes and harness. So I know a lot about quality products and how to make sure your dog is safe and secure while in my care. I’m not afraid to give oral meds if needed. I will do my best to keep your dog happy while they’re with me. I’m available during the week and possibly weekends if needed. I’m currently waiting to get enrolled in a certification class to work in mental health. I would prefer to only provide care in my clients home as it is the place where your pets will feel the most comfortable. I can bring my own nail trimming supplies, brushes and dryer for a bath, as well as shampoo and conditioner. If you would like to have your dogs teeth brush please provide and dog friendly toothbrush and toothpaste. If you provide treats and toys I’m happy to play and reward your dog as well.

10. Diana C.
About: Hey there, I’m Diana! I’ve been caring for dogs since 2018 and it’s something I’ve always been passionate about. I began pet sitting during college and have continued ever since, building years of hands-on experience with small and medium-sized dogs. I treat every pup like family, offering calm, consistent, and loving care that helps them feel safe and right at home. I took a short break from Rover but I’m back now and excited to welcome new pups into my life. I’m currently pregnant and home full-time, which gives me the perfect opportunity to do what I love while also staying active. Dog sitting has always filled a special place in my heart. It’s honestly what keeps me from adopting five more dogs of my own! At home, I have a sweet 4-pound toy poodle who loves the company of other small dogs. If your pup will be staying with me, I always want to make sure they get along well with her so everyone feels comfortable and safe. If you’re looking for someone reliable, nurturing, and experienced to care for your pup, I’d love the chance to help. Your dog will be in a safe, happy home where they’re treated like family. I’m home full-time, so I’m available for flexible pet care throughout the day, including walks, daycare, and overnight stays. My routine revolves around providing consistent, attentive care, and I can adjust based on your pup’s needs. Whether it’s a quick drop-in or longer stays, I’m here to ensure your dog is well cared for and loved. I live in a townhome in a quiet, friendly neighborhood with plenty of space for walks. My 2-year-old, 4lb toy poodle is an absolute sweetheart and loves keeping your babies company. She’s playful and enjoys having new friends around. I create a calm, cozy environment for pets to feel at home. For their safety, I can crate dogs if needed when I step out. I prioritize comfort and trust, making sure your dog feels loved and secure throughout their stay.

12. Eileen E.

“Very pleased with Eileen’s service! We had to go out of town for a wedding and had no one to watch our dog colt while we were gone. I found Eileen online and she and colt hit it off instantly. She was on time to the scheduled visits and our dog really enjoyed her company while we were gone. Will definitely use her services again!”

13. Karen E.
“I can’t recommend Karen enough as a pet sitter! She’s one of the most thoughtful, attentive people I know—not just with animals, but with people too. Karen thrives on making everyone feel cared for, and that totally extends to every pet she meets. She’s had dogs her entire life and is so naturally in tune with them and she really loves my five cats. They’re usually slow to warm up to people, but they took to her right away. As a mom, she’s used to balancing a household, managing different personalities, and staying calm and patient through it all. I’d trust her with any animal, any time. She notices the small things most people miss and honestly just cares more than most. Your pets will feel safe, loved, and seen in her care.”

19. Heather S.
“This was the best experience my dog and I have had with boarding. Heather is the best. She cares for all the dogs like they were her own. I’ll never take my fur baby anywhere else .competitive prices with more love for the animals in her care then anyone else scale of 1-5 I give her a 6!”
