About: I have taken care of animals my whole life. Growing up we always had dogs/cats/fish. I am very active and love going on walks/runs. I'd be happy to have your pup tag along. I am familiar with puppies all the way to hospice senior dogs. More recently, we had to let our 14.5 years old bulldog go due to kidney failure. I am experienced in routines, meds, special harnesses, & subcutaneous fluid IVs. I like to live an active lifestyle outside of my 8-5 job. While with your pups, we can go on numerous “snifaris” - play fetch or keep away in a fenced yard - or even just snuggle on thr couch & watch tv! I currently don't have any pets. I live in a 3-story townhome with a minimal yard with no fence - but plenty of common areas and leashed walking space.

About: I’ve loved and taken care of dogs since my childhood. During my high school years, I was at home full-time with our dog, a Westie named Duncan, so I was responsible for feeding and walking him, letting him outside, and playing with him. Since then, I have gained additional experience with house sitting and in-home visits by taking care of friends' and neighbors' dogs. Dogs are such a joy and when I take care of them, I’m committed to making sure they feel happy and loved. I’m currently working full-time hours via two part-time jobs, one being for a church and the other at Jimmy John’s. I have flexible availability outside of my work schedule, and I am able to request breaks so I can stop by to check on your dog. It’s relatively easy for me to adjust my schedule and make time to check on your pets as needed. For in-home visits and care, I promise to be extremely careful and respectful regarding your home. I will do exactly what is required to take care of your pets. I have experience following a schedule for meal time and potty breaks, so I can adhere to any routine you keep for your pets.

About: I’m new to rover, but I’m anything but new to pet care! I grew up taking care of all sorts of animals — goats, ferrets, guinea pigs, lizards, you name it! And in the last ten years, I’ve unintentionally built up quite a resume with pet sitting just because of my passionate love for animals. I am many pet owners’ go-to for pet sitting because they trust me to take care of their fur babies in the exact way they would, so you can trust me too:) My husband currently provides the only source of income for us, so my goal with Rover is to turn my pet sitting hobby into a little bit of extra income for us. You can also trust me to never take on more pets than I can handle just for the sake of the money, because my main objective is to provide excellent care above all else! We have one medium-sized dog, but he stays with “grandma and grandpa” while I am pet sitting unless of course you request for your pet to have some company!
About: Hi! I'm Nicole and I was born and raised in the Charlotte area and went to Weddington for middle and high school. I left for school at NC State and NC Central to study nutrition and dietetics, and then moved to Nashville before returning to Charlotte (my favorite place to live actually!). I have been caring for pets of all sizes for years -- my parents have a 10 pounds Boston Terrier, and my fiance and I have a 100lb yellow lab and a 60 pound Aussie/Pomeranian. About: For as long as I can remember I’ve enjoyed the company of animals over that of people. And after too many years in corporate America (tech recruiting) I’m looking to work with pets and enjoy life again. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
