About: I’ve had dogs my entire life. I love taking care of all animals and would love the opportunity to assist with yours. I look forward to talking soon. I work a 8-5 PM in the office, so I am only available to assist with your animals outside of this time frame. So basically, i’m available after 5 PM on weekdays and most anytime on the weekends. As previously stated, I have over 30 years of experience, taking care of animals. I’m very responsible and always do my best to ensure the animal is comfortable, well fed, and taken care of.

About: Hi! I'm Nicole and I was born and raised in the Charlotte area and went to Weddington for middle and high school. I left for school at NC State and NC Central to study nutrition and dietetics, and then moved to Nashville before returning to Charlotte (my favorite place to live actually!). I have been caring for pets of all sizes for years -- my parents have a 10 pounds Boston Terrier, and my fiance and I have a 100lb yellow lab and a 60 pound Aussie/Pomeranian. About: I’ve cared for animals my entire life, including dogs, cats, and horses. I previously worked as an equine veterinary technician and am comfortable with pets of all sizes and personalities. Growing up I did a lot of farm sitting and so I am used to juggling quite a few animals at a time. I currently have two cats, a dog, and a horse, so I understand how important it is to provide safe, loving, and dependable care. Because I work from home, I have the flexibility to accommodate different schedules and give pets the time and attention they deserve. Laura was quick to respond and she came out to meet my fur baby and we had a good discussion to cover what was to be expected. Kai is usually nervous at first but Laura grew on him. She provided updates with every drop in which I appreciated. I would recommend Laura.
Jennifer is a great sitter! She takes the time to learn the personalities of my 3 kitties and reports on their behavior during visits. So far all 3 have definitely warmed up to her and enjoy the attention she gives on visits. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
