I grew up in a home full of dogs, and for the past 15 years I've been caring for pets of all shapes and sizes. We booked Ava for our 2 Siamese cats and could not have been more pleased with her service. She took such good care of the kitties and played with them every visit. One of my kitties requires medicine and Ava made sure he got his meds every day. My cats are peculiar with strangers, but they warmed up to Ava very fast. She watched our cats for a full week while we were out of the country, and gave us so much peace of mind with all the photos of them playing. Best cat sitter I’ve ever had, hands down! Joseph was amazing!!! Highly recommended!! Took Finny out for long walks around town and stayed for a little bit and hung out with Finny while we were working. Followed directions and made sure Finny was happy and comfortable. We will be absolutely having Joseph walk and hangout with Finny again. Finny loves him!
Kaylee is the best! She was willing to come out before the weekend to meet with my dog and I and she was so communicative and friendly throughout the experience. She was patient and gentle with my fearful dog who ended up loving her by the end. Would highly recommend!

She uploaded pictures which eased my mind while i was away, and she not only fed and handled potty breaks but gave them attention and affection! Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
