“Karen and Xavier are true professionals and amazing with our dog. We have a senior bulldog who has very particular needs and they were so attentive to everything he required. They have warm loving personalities that made it easy for both us and our boy to feel instantly comfortable with them. They do a fantastic job of house sitting in our Uptown high-rise which also presents some tactical challenges, like parking and access. But they were both familiar with how to make sure they were always on time and able to access our place without problems. They send descriptive updates and great photos to make you feel super at ease while you are out which makes the experience of travel that much better. We are thrilled to find such reliable dog sitters in Charlotte and will be calling them back any time we travel.”
