My journey into pet care began at the age of 10 when I took on the responsibility of caring for my own dog. Over the years, I've had the privilege of being involved in raising two litters of adorable puppies with my family, and I've watched over our family dogs well into their golden years. We had a special place in our hearts for Doberman Pinschers, along with a few lovable mutts, as our loyal companions. Additionally, although I'm slightly allergic, I've shared my life with two charming cats during my upbringing. I've often been the go-to person for family and friends when they needed a trustworthy caregiver for their dogs and cats while they were on vacation or weekend getaways. I've had the privilege of caring for a wide range of breeds, from small and feisty to large and gentle giants. I take great pride in my attention to detail, particularly when it comes to pets with special needs or requiring medication. Currently, I have a beautiful 60-pound Boxer mix, and I understand the importance of a pet's comfort in their own environment. I understand that life can get busy, so I'm here to accommodate your pet's needs in my schedule. I'm most flexible from Friday through Sunday, making it the perfect time to ensure your pet has a weekend full of fun and love. For occasional visits throughout the week, I can certainly make arrangements, but it would require further inquiry due to my full-time job. My love for walking is a perfect match for your dog's exercise needs, and it's a wonderful way for me to stay active too. Long walks are preferred, and I stick to safe, well-known routes to ensure the utmost security for your furry friend. The safety of your beloved pet is my number one priority. I'm meticulous when it comes to securing and double-checking leashes, especially for energetic puppies. Ensuring your senior cat or dog receives their medications on time is a responsibility I take very seriously. I believe in treating your pets just as I've always treated my own, with love, patience, and respect. I follow their normal routines, including feeding, walks, potty breaks, and playtime. About: I’ve raised and cared for dogs of all ages, sizes, and breeds, and I absolutely love being around them! I have a 3 year old mini Bernedoodle who is my best buddy & we love going on walks, playing in the yard, and lots of couch cuddles. We’d love to welcome your pup into our daily routine and make them feel right at home! I’m happy to accommodate each dog’s individual personality, routine, and needs, and I’m always available to answer any questions you may have. My goal is to make you feel completely comfortable and at ease while your pet is in my care. I’m available most days for dog walks, drop-in visits, and daycare. I’m not currently accepting boarding requests. I work from home most days of the week, so I am available during many hours of the day & am able to go on walks and play with your pet throughout the day. I ensure pets are properly secured in yards/ crates and am experienced walking dogs in a safe manner, especially hyper or timid dogs. In both my home and my clients homes, I make sure that safety, trust, and a pet friendly environment are top priorities. For dogs, this includes a fenced in backyard leash-trained walks, and supervised playtime. I’m more than happy to follow bathroom and feeding schedules!
