Sierra was awesome đ she was so sweet with our cat Daisy Mae and sent lots of photos at each drop in visit and was here promptly at each visit our cat is skittish and she came out for belly rubs at the second visit would definitely have Sierra back again for Daisy Mae thanks Sierra !!

Jordan has taken care of our dog multiple times, and we couldnât be happier with her! She is always reliable and dependable, which gives us real peace of mind when weâre away. She has such a good-natured, calm presence, and our dog absolutely loves when she comes over to visit. Itâs clear that she genuinely cares, and that makes all the difference. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring sitter!

Kristin did a great job looking after our 2 doodle dogs and Mia our new kitty. Special attention was needed for our Luca pup as he is only 1 week post knee surgery and is on very strict limited activity and having to be carried up and down stairs- leash potty walk only, and is in a leg sling that has to be wrapped on and off for every potty. Kristin provided the special care that was needed. Will definitely request her again!!

Iâm a repeat booker of Ranekqwaâs and I highly recommend her. Both of my fur babies are special cases, ones a feisty grump and the other is a ball of energy who is slow to warm up to new people. Ranekqwa was extremely patient with my baby who is slow to warm up. She showed up as scheduled, was communicative, and showed extreme care for my big baby. I would highly recommend her.

Jamie is truly the best when it comes to caring for our pets! đ She goes above and beyond every single time â giving the sweetest updates, asking thoughtful and intuitive questions, and capturing the most adorable photos of our cats đž. Itâs clear she genuinely loves and understands animals, and that makes all the difference. We always feel completely at ease knowing our cat crew is in her caring, capable hands đť. Thank you so much, Jamie, for treating our fur babies like your own â we appreciate you more than words can say! đąđ

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
