About: Hi! My husband and I are both hybrid workers, so we’re home often and have flexible schedules that allow us to spend quality time with the dogs we watch. We live in a two-story home with no kids or pets of our own, which means your dog will have a calm, quiet environment with plenty of space to play and relax. Since there aren’t other animals or distractions, we’re able to give your dog our full attention, lots of love, and care tailored just to them. My experience with dogs goes back to when I was 3 years old, and had my first family dog that I grew up with like a sibling! From that moment, I always treated dogs as part of the family. I rescued my second dog while I was in college from a shelter, and I also spent many years pet sitting for my neighbors, which was truly a dream job because I got to spend all day long playing with dogs. I also have experience caring for senior dogs and understand the extra patience, gentleness, and routine they often need—whether it's administering medications, helping them up stairs, or just giving them a peaceful spot to nap. We work full-time, but have hybrid schedules where we work from home most of the week. We make sure to rotate our in office days so one of us is always home. I have a good sized fenced in yard. I am available for boarding on weekends and in the summer and walks/drop ins all year! We will play outside, snuggle on the couch, and may even take a walk at a local park! If you need drop ins or walks I am available pretty much anytime in the summer. About: Growing up, my family always had dogs. Once our children started playing high school and college sports, we became too busy to have a dog of our own. For the past several years, we have taken family and friends dogs for long weekends, week-long stays...whatever we could do to get our "dog fix". “Ronald and his family are incredible. We left our dog Daisy for the very first time in his care this past week and she loved it there. My wife was very apprehensive, and that’s an understatement, about leaving Daisy with anyone. Ron sent us pictures and updates every day we were away and we could tell she was having a great time. His fenced in yard gave Daisy lots of room to run and play safely with the other dogs and is the perfect setup for dog sitting. Ronald loves dogs and knows how to care for them. We felt that he treated Daisy, not just as a dog to care for, but also as one of the family. You can tell dog sitting is a labor of love for Ronald and his family. After this trip we are booking Ronald to watch Daisy for 4 more trips we have planned this year.
