About: I have owned dogs since I was very young. I always love meeting new animals and seeing what makes them their own unique individual self! I am a full time college student at UNC Charlotte. About: I’ve taken care of a dog ever since I’ve got my first one when I was eight, and now that I’m older and living on my own I have my own dog who is almost 3, who still acts just like a puppy. Since joining Rover, I have taken care of a variety of different dogs of all breeds, and sizes with all kinds of different needs. I'm currently doing Rover full time so I can be with your fur baby just about all the time! The only catch is I'm pregnant (due March 13th,2027) so I will be gone periodically, to doctor's appointments. Shin did a great job. My cats are all shy babies. Two hid the entire time she was there. But they came out the rest of the time, so they didnt feel that threatened. My boy Milano, usually super shy, sermed to really like her. One cat vomited on the couch and Shin cleaned it up. She took better pictures than I do! Thank you Shin.
I was able to enjoy my first vacation in years because I was so comfortable with Yasmein taking care of my babies. I have a senior pup 14 a 5 yo pup and a kitty. I got updates and pictures with each visit. she went above and beyond when my pups wouldn’t eat their food initially. Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
