Janice W treats her boarders with the same level of love as if it was her own dog. Her house is set up to be a dog resort. She has everything a dog would want to include toys and treats. Janice would text us with updates on how our Hetman was doing to include pictures. Hetman was on some medications and she would notify us when the pills were given. Carson was absolutely amazing with Lola during our 12-day trip. Leaving your dog that long is nerve-wracking, but she made the entire experience so much easier and more comfortable for me. She kept me updated consistently with messages, pictures, and videos, and it was obvious Lola was being loved and cared for the whole time. Carson was patient, attentive, and really took the time to learn Lola’s routine and personality quirks. She treated her like her own instead of just “watching a dog.” Lola can be particular sometimes, and Carson handled everything so well. I truly felt like Lola was safe, cared for, and in good hands the entire trip. I would 1000% book with Carson again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone trustworthy, communicative, and genuinely caring!
