About: Since my teenage years, I’ve been paid to house sit and do drop ins for the pets of friends and family, in addition to growing up with a family dog, Darla. After she eventually passed, in 2018 my family adopted Millie, a beagle-mix who is a lover of walks and still full of surprises after almost seven years! She has taught me so much about the way dogs communicate and what they need from us to live their best lives. I am a recent college graduate and back in my hometown for the moment. I keep a pretty flexible schedule at the moment but I’ll always be prompt about letting you know when/if there are any schedule conflicts. I think an important part of building trust with a client is sending them regular updates such as photos or videos of their pet(s) in addition to a report on how they’ve been doing. Trusting others to care for your pet is hard, especially if you don’t know the sitter or walker personally. Things like that are how I try to ensure that a client knows they are getting the service they paid for and that their pet(s) are well looked after.
About: I have taken care of and pet sat mat dogs of different sizes from a big German shepherd to a tinny little Chihuahua so there is no dog to big or to small for me to take care of I just graduated high school and am applying to college but I won’t be able to go until next year so until then I’ll be free the whole year unless my family needs me When it comes to taking care of any pets even my own I make sure to keep them on the same schedule they are used to as to make sure they don’t get stressed I also make sure to set alarms for set feeding times of any animal I watch over as well as playing with them and taking them out to use the bath room as needed I also will make sure that if I pet sit over night at someone’s house that the house will be perfectly clean when they come back and that there animal will be happy no matter what.
About: I have cared for many pets over the past 30 years (dogs in the past decade). I am also a foster for the Humane Society of Union County. About: Animals have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up with five dogs, and I got my first cat about 10 years ago. I originally had allergies to cats, but over time I was able to build up a tolerance, and cats have been a huge part of my life ever since! About: Years ago, my mother and I owned a boarding kennel and I was a professional groomer. Now I am semi-retired and loving spending time with furry friends! I am familiar with all breeds and love them all! We have always had a pet in our home and would love to provide care while you have to be away. I currently work outside the home for a partial day on Mondays. Other than errands and appointments, I am home all day to interact with your fur baby! Should an emergency come up, I am available. All our furry guests are treated like family. We have a large fenced in yard with no steps for the older fur babies. We own a cat that pretty much keeps to herself. We are good with pets of all ages and understand they all need different levels of care. We are empty nesters, so have the time and energy to keep up with any needs your pet may have. With the exception of Mondays, someone is home all day to provide personal care and supervision for your pet. Mondays Alice works outside the home for a partial day and pets would need to be left alone for 4-6 hours, or she would need to be able to bring your pet (only one) to work with her. Both Alice and Don love animals and provide a nurturing and loving environment for your pet in their home with regular potty breaks in their fenced in back yard.

About: Grown up with animals all my life. They are my people and I treat them how I want to be treated. I have had all types of dogs ranging from a headstrong frenchie to a diabetic abused beautiful Great Dane. Standard poodles are my spirit animal and I have had the luxury of having three (so far) in my life. About: Although I don’t have any pets of my own (only chickens) I love all dogs!! And I did have a family dog growing up that we sadly lost. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
