About: I have taken care of and pet sat mat dogs of different sizes from a big German shepherd to a tinny little Chihuahua so there is no dog to big or to small for me to take care of I just graduated high school and am applying to college but I won’t be able to go until next year so until then I’ll be free the whole year unless my family needs me When it comes to taking care of any pets even my own I make sure to keep them on the same schedule they are used to as to make sure they don’t get stressed I also make sure to set alarms for set feeding times of any animal I watch over as well as playing with them and taking them out to use the bath room as needed I also will make sure that if I pet sit over night at someone’s house that the house will be perfectly clean when they come back and that there animal will be happy no matter what.

About: I work from home and would love an excuse to get up from my desk and what better excuse than to get some puppy and dog cuddles while also getting exercise by walking. I currently have a corporate work from home job that requires me to be at a desk. This type of schedule fits into my routine because it allows me to visit pets before starting work, at lunch or breaks, and also after work. My schedule is very flexible that I can meet you where you need it. I am very detail oriented and a huge pet lover at heart so when I am visiting your house, I respect the house rules and follow instructions to a T. I also am very high energy due to ADHD and am a great partner for fetch and walks.

About: Former Executive and mom with a passion for pets. Leaving your pet can be stressful for you and your pet. Rest assured that your pet and home will be well cared for while you are away. You will find I am reliable, communicative, and professional. My daily schedule is very flexible with availability seven days a week. Multiple visits per day and multiple pets are welcome. I can work with nearly any pet schedule and can ususally accept bookings with 1 day advance notice. My goal is always to set my clients' minds at ease while they are away. It can be stressful on pets and pet owners to be separated which is why I am sure to communicate regularly, keep to the agreed upon schedule and give lots of love to your pets while you're away.

About: Years ago, my mother and I owned a boarding kennel and I was a professional groomer. Now I am semi-retired and loving spending time with furry friends! I am familiar with all breeds and love them all! We have always had a pet in our home and would love to provide care while you have to be away. I currently work outside the home for a partial day on Mondays. Other than errands and appointments, I am home all day to interact with your fur baby! Should an emergency come up, I am available. All our furry guests are treated like family. We have a large fenced in yard with no steps for the older fur babies. We own a cat that pretty much keeps to herself. We are good with pets of all ages and understand they all need different levels of care. We are empty nesters, so have the time and energy to keep up with any needs your pet may have. With the exception of Mondays, someone is home all day to provide personal care and supervision for your pet. Mondays Alice works outside the home for a partial day and pets would need to be left alone for 4-6 hours, or she would need to be able to bring your pet (only one) to work with her. Both Alice and Don love animals and provide a nurturing and loving environment for your pet in their home with regular potty breaks in their fenced in back yard.

About: I’ve cared for pets for decades! I’ve cared for cats, dogs, reptiles, fish, rats, bunnies, and more! I’ve cared for all ages and needs levels of dogs and cats. I’ve cared for anxious pets who won’t eat and laid-back let’s who just want cuddles! All animals welcome! Over the summer in free quite a bit! I will have a few things planned here or there but I’m super flexible. During the school year, evenings and weekends are best. I live in an apartment so having your pets in my home will be more difficult but not impossible. I would prefer your home because the pets will be more comfortable and relaxed! About: I’ve had dogs my entire life, so caring for pets has always come naturally to me. My most recent pup was very high-energy and required daily stress-reducing exercises, which gave me hands-on experience in keeping active dogs both happy and balanced. Before that, I cared for a blue pit with severe allergies who needed daily medication, so I’m also very comfortable supporting pets with special needs and extra routines. Through it all, I’ve learned that every dog deserves patience, consistency, and plenty of love. I treat every pet as if they were my own, making their safety, comfort, and happiness my top priorities. On a personal note, I’m currently saving for my wedding, which makes me extra grateful for every family who trusts me with their four-legged loved ones—it’s an honor I don’t take lightly. I work from home full time, which means I can give pets plenty of attention throughout the day. If I’m dog sitting or dog boarding at mine, you can feel confident knowing someone will always be home with your pup. I’m available for dog sitting and dog boarding any day of the week, and I can also provide drop-in visits after 4:00 p.m. on Fridays as well as all day on Saturdays and Sundays. My flexible schedule allows me to adjust to each pet’s needs, whether that’s extra walks, playtime, or cuddles. When pets are in my home, I make sure they feel like part of the family. They’ll have a safe, comfortable space, plenty of playtime, and lots of love and attention throughout the day since I work from home. I follow their normal routines as closely as possible—whether that’s mealtime, walks, or quiet time—so they feel secure and at ease. When I’m caring for pets in a client’s home, I treat their space with respect while keeping their pets on the same schedule they’re used to. I provide regular updates and photos so you know your furry family member is happy and well cared for at all times.

About: For as long as I can remember I’ve enjoyed the company of animals over that of people. And after too many years in corporate America (tech recruiting) I’m looking to work with pets and enjoy life again. In recent years I have watched my cousins four cats, as well as friends puppies and dogs for trips and cared for my family’s labs throughout the years. My labradoodle is the best, but I am interested in creating a career where I can look after others pets. I would love to spend time with dogs and make owners feel less stress and anxiety or shame for being at work or off managing other priorities. I am in between jobs and living in Stallings / Matthews area. I find myself with a lot of extra down time, I have plenty of time to walk or check in on pets and give them the love and attention in their owner’s absence In my own home I have a fence and my doodle has access to toys, treats, water, dog beds and a healthy diet. In a clients home I would follow their instructions and care requests, I am comfortable managing pills, meals, and any other needs.

About: 10 months out of the year, I am a teacher! As a teacher, I have the care, patience, and love to care for your pets as I do my students! I am off for the summer, so my availability is very flexible! I am doing a few volunteer work events during the summer, however I am more than happy to work with you to get your pet cared for! When caring for pets in your home, I do my best to keep their routine as normal and stress-free as possible. I'll follow your instructions for feeding, walks, playtime, medications (if needed), and any special care your pet requires. I'll also provide regular updates with photos and make sure your pet feels safe, happy, and well cared for until you return.

I’m confident with a leash of any type, reinforcing owner routines, and basic medication administration. For me, I’m available midday most days of the week including weekends! My best hours would be between 11:00am to 4:00pm but let me know what you need! I’m happy to work with you and your pups. About: Having dogs and cats myself that are my family members, I know how important it is to have them cared for when we are not with them! I would care for them as I have trusted others with mine! I will be available to care for your pets as I work for a school and have the summer off. I would love to spend the summer with your pup or kitty’s! About: I’m new to rover, but I’m anything but new to pet care! I grew up taking care of all sorts of animals — goats, ferrets, guinea pigs, lizards, you name it! And in the last ten years, I’ve unintentionally built up quite a resume with pet sitting just because of my passionate love for animals. I am many pet owners’ go-to for pet sitting because they trust me to take care of their fur babies in the exact way they would, so you can trust me too:) My husband currently provides the only source of income for us, so my goal with Rover is to turn my pet sitting hobby into a little bit of extra income for us. Since I have no other job, I am free as a bird with an open and flexible schedule! I can easily adapt to your schedule and your pets’ needs:) I can easily provide whatever is needed for your pet. Your pet can run freely inside or be crated to your preference. The only thing I can’t provide is a fenced in yard, but our yard is huge and far from neighbors, and I have a totally free schedule to walk and entertain your pet however much you’d like. If I am coming to your home, you can trust me to follow whatever directions you have. You can also trust me to never take on more pets than I can handle just for the sake of the money, because my main objective is to provide excellent care above all else! We have one medium-sized dog, but he stays with “grandma and grandpa” while I am pet sitting unless of course you request for your pet to have some company!
