Timeliness is key—we carefully plan around drop-off and pick-up windows to respect everyone's schedule. If something changes, just let us know as early as possible and we’ll work with you to reschedule. Your dog will stay with us in our home for the duration of your trip, enjoying comfort and care until your return. 𝗗𝗔𝗜𝗟𝗬 𝗣𝗜𝗖𝗞𝗨𝗣 & 𝗗𝗥𝗢𝗣 𝗢𝗙𝗙 𝗛𝗢𝗨𝗥𝗦 8𝗔𝗠 - 9𝗣𝗠 𝗘𝗫𝗧𝗘𝗡𝗗𝗘𝗗 𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗘 𝗣𝗢𝗟𝗜𝗖𝗬 Our nightly rate covers a full 24 hours of care, starting at your pet’s drop-off time and ending at the same time on pick-up day. 𝙒𝙚 𝙙𝙤 𝙣𝙤𝙩 𝙤𝙛𝙛𝙚𝙧 𝙤𝙣𝙜𝙤𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙙𝙖𝙮𝙘𝙖𝙧𝙚, 𝙟𝙪𝙨𝙩 𝙤𝙘𝙘𝙖𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝙙𝙖𝙮𝙘𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙙𝙖𝙮𝙨. 𝗗𝗥𝗢𝗣-𝗜𝗡 𝗩𝗜𝗦𝗜𝗧𝗦 we’ll visit your home to care for your pets—feeding, potty breaks, playtime, medication, and more. Each visit typically lasts 30–60 minutes, and we can stop by up to four times per day, anytime between 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM. 𝗛𝗢𝗨𝗦𝗘 𝗦𝗜𝗧𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗚 we stay in your home overnight with your pets (9:30 PM–8:30 AM). Each overnight includes two 30 minute daytime drop-in visits (12:30 PM and 5 PM) for meals, potty breaks, playtime, and walks. We’re also happy to bring in mail, water plants, and take out the trash—just let us know! 𝗠𝗘𝗘𝗧 & 𝗚𝗥𝗘𝗘𝗧𝗦 we require meet & greets for all new clients. These 15–20 minute visits give you a chance to meet us and see where your pup will stay (for boarding/daycare) or allow us to come to you (for drop-ins/house-sitting). When meeting at our home, your dog can explore our space and get familiar with the environment. For safety, current boarding guests will be outside during the visit, and we’ll rotate dogs during the tour so you can also check out our fenced backyard. 𝙒𝙚 𝙙𝙤 𝙣𝙤𝙩 𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙤𝙬 𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙘𝙪𝙧𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙍𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙧 𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙮𝙨/𝙥𝙚𝙩𝙨 𝙩𝙤 𝙢𝙚𝙚𝙩 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙣𝙚𝙬 𝙘𝙡𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨 𝙙𝙪𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙢𝙚𝙚𝙩 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙜𝙧𝙚𝙚𝙩𝙨 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙨𝙖𝙛𝙚𝙩𝙮 𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙨𝙤𝙣𝙨. However, you’re welcome to book a daycare day to see how your pup adjusts before a longer stay. After drop-off, we’ll introduce your dog slowly and calmly—one-on-one—with our own pets and other Rover guests. We’ll share photos and videos shortly after! 𝗗𝗥𝗢𝗣-𝗢𝗙𝗙𝗦/𝗣𝗜𝗖𝗞-𝗨𝗣𝗦 please pull down our driveway to the garage area and message us upon arrival. We’ll come out to greet you and help with your dog’s belongings (food, bags, blankets, etc.) After you leave, we bring your dog to the backyard to potty and explore, then introduce them one at a time to the other pups. Kevin and I are very experienced in pack introductions, and we ensure the transition is calm and safe. For pick-ups, please send us your ETA and message us upon arrival—we’ll bring your pup out to you! 𝗦𝗜𝗧𝗧𝗘𝗥 𝗣𝗜𝗖𝗞-𝗨𝗣 & 𝗗𝗥𝗢𝗣-𝗢𝗙𝗙 if you’re within 5 miles of our home, we offer pet pick-up and drop-off between 8 AM – 9 PM for $50 roundtrip or $25 one-way. *𝙋𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙨𝙚 𝙡𝙚𝙩 𝙪𝙨 𝙠𝙣𝙤𝙬 𝙞𝙛 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙥𝙚𝙩 𝙞𝙨 𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙣𝙚 𝙩𝙤 𝙜𝙚𝙩𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙘𝙖𝙧𝙨𝙞𝙘𝙠* 𝗕𝗔𝗧𝗛 𝗔𝗗𝗗-𝗢𝗡 if you would like your pup to come home squeaky clean after their fun doggie vacay at our house, you can add on a bath for them before pickup! Bath time would include an all-over warm water rinse in our stand-up shower followed by a scrub with Earth Bath hypoallergenic shampoo and conditioner. Then we'll towel them off and get them ready to head home. **𝙋𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙨𝙚 𝙣𝙤𝙩𝙚, 𝙬𝙚 𝙙𝙤 𝙣𝙤𝙩 𝙤𝙛𝙛𝙚𝙧 𝙛𝙪𝙡𝙡 𝙜𝙧𝙤𝙤𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙜 - 𝙝𝙖𝙞𝙧𝙘𝙪𝙩𝙨, 𝙘𝙡𝙞𝙥𝙥𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙨, 𝙣𝙖𝙞𝙡 𝙩𝙧𝙞𝙢𝙨 𝙤𝙧 𝙨𝙩𝙮𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙜.** 𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗛𝗢𝗠𝗘 all Rover guests are welcome in the common areas of our home. Our fully fenced backyard has a straw-covered play area, a cement patio, and cozy outdoor furniture. It’s well-maintained and perfect for safe outdoor fun! 𝗦𝗜𝗭𝗘𝗦 & 𝗕𝗥𝗘𝗘𝗗𝗦 All breeds big and small are welcome in our home. We have a lot of experience with dogs of all sizes, and personalities. We can make sure all your pet's personal needs are met during their stay with us. We do accept unspayed female dogs, so unfortunately 𝙬𝙚 𝙘𝙖𝙣𝙣𝙤𝙩 𝙖𝙘𝙘𝙚𝙥𝙩 𝙞𝙣𝙩𝙖𝙘𝙩 𝙢𝙖𝙡𝙚 𝙙𝙤𝙜𝙨 𝙖𝙩 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙨 𝙩𝙞𝙢𝙚. A quick note about puppies: We 𝙙𝙤 𝙣𝙤𝙩 𝙗𝙤𝙖𝙧𝙙 𝙥𝙪𝙥𝙥𝙞𝙚𝙨 𝙪𝙣𝙙𝙚𝙧 6 𝙢𝙤𝙣𝙩𝙝𝙨 𝙤𝙡𝙙. Little pups need extra training, frequent overnight potty breaks, and specialized care that our boarding setup isn’t designed to provide. We want every dog to have the safest, most comfortable stay possible! 𝗠𝗘𝗗𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦 & 𝗦𝗣𝗘𝗖𝗜𝗔𝗟 𝗡𝗘𝗘𝗗𝗦 We are both very experienced when it comes to administering medicine to pets. It is very important to give us detailed instructions on your pet's medication dosages and times. We are experienced with diabetic dogs and can administer insulin as needed. 𝗗𝗔𝗜𝗟𝗬 𝗨𝗣𝗗𝗔𝗧𝗘𝗦 You’ll receive daily updates via the Rover app with photos and videos—at least a couple per day! Want more? Just ask!
