About: I’m new to rover, but I’m anything but new to pet care! I grew up taking care of all sorts of animals — goats, ferrets, guinea pigs, lizards, you name it! And in the last ten years, I’ve unintentionally built up quite a resume with pet sitting just because of my passionate love for animals. I am many pet owners’ go-to for pet sitting because they trust me to take care of their fur babies in the exact way they would, so you can trust me too:) My husband currently provides the only source of income for us, so my goal with Rover is to turn my pet sitting hobby into a little bit of extra income for us. Your pet can run freely inside or be crated to your preference. The only thing I can’t provide is a fenced in yard, but our yard is huge and far from neighbors, and I have a totally free schedule to walk and entertain your pet however much you’d like. You can also trust me to never take on more pets than I can handle just for the sake of the money, because my main objective is to provide excellent care above all else! About: For as long as I can remember I’ve enjoyed the company of animals over that of people. And after too many years in corporate America (tech recruiting) I’m looking to work with pets and enjoy life again. In recent years I have watched my cousins four cats, as well as friends puppies and dogs for trips and cared for my family’s labs throughout the years. My labradoodle is the best, but I am interested in creating a career where I can look after others pets. I would love to spend time with dogs and make owners feel less stress and anxiety or shame for being at work or off managing other priorities. I am in between jobs and living in Stallings / Matthews area. About: I have two male dachshunds. I have had the. since they were puppies. I had three, but my oldest passed away on Dec. 16, 2025. He was 13 years old and I have had him since I was 21 years old. My second oldest is 12 years old and the youngest is 4 years old. The dogs are allowed on furniture. We have ramps to help them onto the couch and they have a nice ramp up to a comfy window bed area. Our dogs love sleeping there and looking out the window. I am used to dogs with health issues. My oldest dog, Odie, had a very sensitive stomach and had to have a strict diet or he got pancreatitis. Our youngest has had back surgery and was paralyzed and slowly regained mobility. Taking care of dogs with health issues is not a problem for me. When booking with me. Let me know about your pets personality. Be specific with eating schedule. We have a big backyard that is perfect for exploring and running around. When the dogs get hot, we have a small pool that my dog Oscar loves to jump in to cool off. I am 35 years old and live with my husband, 40 years old. We have 2 kids. I taught Elementary School for 12 years and beginning 2026 resigned to stay home with my youngest. I will be home all day to make sure your dog is loved on and gets plenty of outside time. My dogs have a ramp leading up to the window where they also sleep on a platform. The perfect spot for small dogs to look out the window and sleep. I have 5 dog beds. Plenty to pick from. I do allow dogs on the couch. If it's okay with you. We have a BIG backyard and your dog will get lots of loves at my house. We are big dog lovers. I live with my husband and two children. I have a 6 year old and a 3 year old who are gentle with dogs. My 6 year old actually has her own dog. The youngest dachshund, Jack, is hers. They have a great bond and he always sleeps in her bed at night. Oscar likes to sleep in our bed.

About: I've taken care of all types of dogs with all energy levels, and have been regularly dog sitting for friends and family for the last decade, and love doing it! I'm a very active person and am willing to take dogs on long walks, hikes or even runs, but also have a fenced in yard for dogs that prefer to stay close to home. About: Years ago, my mother and I owned a boarding kennel and I was a professional groomer. Now I am semi-retired and loving spending time with furry friends! I am familiar with all breeds and love them all! We have always had a pet in our home and would love to provide care while you have to be away. I currently work outside the home for a partial day on Mondays. Other than errands and appointments, I am home all day to interact with your fur baby! Should an emergency come up, I am available. All our furry guests are treated like family. We have a large fenced in yard with no steps for the older fur babies. We own a cat that pretty much keeps to herself. We are good with pets of all ages and understand they all need different levels of care. We are empty nesters, so have the time and energy to keep up with any needs your pet may have. With the exception of Mondays, someone is home all day to provide personal care and supervision for your pet. Mondays Alice works outside the home for a partial day and pets would need to be left alone for 4-6 hours, or she would need to be able to bring your pet (only one) to work with her. Both Alice and Don love animals and provide a nurturing and loving environment for your pet in their home with regular potty breaks in their fenced in back yard.

I would love to spend time with dogs and make owners feel less stress and anxiety or shame for being at work or off managing other priorities. I am in between jobs and living in Stallings / Matthews area. I find myself with a lot of extra down time, I have plenty of time to walk or check in on pets and give them the love and attention in their owner’s absence In my own home I have a fence and my doodle has access to toys, treats, water, dog beds and a healthy diet. In a clients home I would follow their instructions and care requests, I am comfortable managing pills, meals, and any other needs.
About: I have been an animal lover my entire life, with extensive experience caring for everything from dogs and cats to various exotic pets. Alongside a lifetime of personal pet ownership, I bring 3 years of professional kennel experience and 6 years of pet sitting for family and friends. About: I’ve cared for pets for decades! I’ve cared for cats, dogs, reptiles, fish, rats, bunnies, and more! I’ve cared for all ages and needs levels of dogs and cats. I’ve cared for anxious pets who won’t eat and laid-back let’s who just want cuddles! All animals welcome! Over the summer in free quite a bit! I will have a few things planned here or there but I’m super flexible. During the school year, evenings and weekends are best. I live in an apartment so having your pets in my home will be more difficult but not impossible. I would prefer your home because the pets will be more comfortable and relaxed!
