About: I have taken care of animals my whole life. Growing up we always had dogs/cats/fish. I am very active and love going on walks/runs. I'd be happy to have your pup tag along. I am familiar with puppies all the way to hospice senior dogs. More recently, we had to let our 14.5 years old bulldog go due to kidney failure. I am experienced in routines, meds, special harnesses, & subcutaneous fluid IVs. I like to live an active lifestyle outside of my 8-5 job. While with your pups, we can go on numerous “snifaris” - play fetch or keep away in a fenced yard - or even just snuggle on thr couch & watch tv! I currently don't have any pets. I live in a 3-story townhome with a minimal yard with no fence - but plenty of common areas and leashed walking space.

About: Although I don’t have any pets of my own (only chickens) I love all dogs!! And I did have a family dog growing up that we sadly lost. About: I've taken care of others pets for many years and will love them and care for them as if they were my own! I have a four year old spoiled rotten mini dachshund named Winnie, a black cat named Sweetie and a leapard gecko! My neighborhood also has a private pond and walking trail so if your baby loves to go for walks then this is the place for them. I am currently a stay at home mom with three older children that are in school the majority of the day. I will be home to love and care for your pet and give them all the attention they deserve without distractions I have a fenced in backyard with a loving dog of my own to keep your pet company! I only take on 2 to 3 dogs at a time so I can accommodate any specific requests needed for your fur baby such as crating, specific dietary requests, ect. I also have lots of ramps and stairs for smaller dogs and a gate that blocks my staircase leading upstairs.

About: I have two male dachshunds. I have had the. since they were puppies. I had three, but my oldest passed away on Dec. 16, 2025. He was 13 years old and I have had him since I was 21 years old. My second oldest is 12 years old and the youngest is 4 years old. The dogs are allowed on furniture. We have ramps to help them onto the couch and they have a nice ramp up to a comfy window bed area. Our dogs love sleeping there and looking out the window. I am used to dogs with health issues. My oldest dog, Odie, had a very sensitive stomach and had to have a strict diet or he got pancreatitis. Our youngest has had back surgery and was paralyzed and slowly regained mobility. Taking care of dogs with health issues is not a problem for me. When booking with me. Let me know about your pets personality. Be specific with eating schedule. We have a big backyard that is perfect for exploring and running around. When the dogs get hot, we have a small pool that my dog Oscar loves to jump in to cool off. I am 35 years old and live with my husband, 40 years old. We have 2 kids. I taught Elementary School for 12 years and beginning 2026 resigned to stay home with my youngest. I will be home all day to make sure your dog is loved on and gets plenty of outside time. My dogs have a ramp leading up to the window where they also sleep on a platform. The perfect spot for small dogs to look out the window and sleep. I have 5 dog beds. Plenty to pick from. I do allow dogs on the couch. If it's okay with you. We have a BIG backyard and your dog will get lots of loves at my house. We are big dog lovers. I live with my husband and two children. I have a 6 year old and a 3 year old who are gentle with dogs. My 6 year old actually has her own dog. The youngest dachshund, Jack, is hers. They have a great bond and he always sleeps in her bed at night. Oscar likes to sleep in our bed.

About: I am a total dog lover! My husband and I rescued our dog Roscoe almost 6 years ago. He is one of the most spoiled dogs I know and is a huge mama’s boy. We enjoy hiking together, and going on walks and for runs along the local greenways in Charlotte and in the neighborhood. He enjoys having other dogs to play with and we pet sit for a few friends and neighbors when they go on vacation, having their dog come and spend time in our home. They always get excited when I pick them up and go home tired from all our walks and outdoor play in our fenced in yard. I send pictures and updates daily. We love spending time playing with other dogs, especially Roscoe! I’m a special education teacher and my husband works in the restaurant business, so he’s home most days and I’m home after school and evenings. Otherwise, we block the stairs off when we need to leave with Roscoe upstairs and your pet downstairs.

About: Years ago, my mother and I owned a boarding kennel and I was a professional groomer. Now I am semi-retired and loving spending time with furry friends! I am familiar with all breeds and love them all! We have always had a pet in our home and would love to provide care while you have to be away. I currently work outside the home for a partial day on Mondays. Other than errands and appointments, I am home all day to interact with your fur baby! Should an emergency come up, I am available. All our furry guests are treated like family. We have a large fenced in yard with no steps for the older fur babies. We own a cat that pretty much keeps to herself. We are good with pets of all ages and understand they all need different levels of care. We are empty nesters, so have the time and energy to keep up with any needs your pet may have. With the exception of Mondays, someone is home all day to provide personal care and supervision for your pet. Mondays Alice works outside the home for a partial day and pets would need to be left alone for 4-6 hours, or she would need to be able to bring your pet (only one) to work with her. Both Alice and Don love animals and provide a nurturing and loving environment for your pet in their home with regular potty breaks in their fenced in back yard.

We were so lucky that we found Clayton and his family. He was very easy to communicate, prompt to respond, had a meet & greet with us as soon as we contacted him. Bear even had a play date with his dogs prior to the stay as I was very nervous it would work out. Bear had a blast over Clayton's house. We will definitely send Bear there again. Thank you again!!!”
