“Clarissa exceeded every expectation we had about the level of care our dogs would receive. This is the first time we had a sitter for them since moving to Charlotte over a year ago. All of our interaction with Clarissa was very positive, from the first appointment to meet "our girls" to a trial run at her suggestion, to the actual care dates. We were confident that she would take their care very seriously. She won over our very shy older dog who in record time, evidenced by lots of photos. Brittany was great with rex. She sent me daily pictures of him and he looked happy and relaxed. During her stay with rex he did develop a sore on one of his paws but Brittany kept me up to date with him daily and even went so far as to get him a cone to prevent further issues with his paw. I would recommend Brittany as a house sitter and dog sitter any day.
Cassie took wonderful care of our one-year-old Australian Shepherd mix and our 16-year-old cat. Frankie is full of energy and needs lots of exercise and attention, and Cassie handled it all with ease, sharing great photos and updates along the way.
