It was nice seeing our dogs snuggling up with her looking comfortable and relaxed. One of our pups was having some allergy issues while we were away. We received pics pretty quickly when she started looking a little rashy and asking us to confirm how we wanted her to handle it (as we had discussed before the trip). She reacted fast and our dog was happy and healthy by the time we got home with no rash or redness at all. We're very happy to recommend her. “This is the second time we've had Karena petsit for our 3 smaller dogs ranging in age from 3 to 10 and we were just as happy this time as before. She sends daily updates even if the pups aren't doing anything different than the day before. She would still send us cute pics of them snuggling into their beds or chilling with her on the couch. She's responsive and picks up / cleans up after herself so the house is as tidy as when we left. Highly recommend!!!”
