I work from home so am always around minus trips to the gym or errands. Morning breakfast, several potty breaks. Dinner at anytime that suits the pup. I have a 10 year old grumpy rat terrier/chi mix. He seems scary at first but once we can sniff another dog he calms down and coexists with other calm dogs just fine.

About: I grew up with indoor/outdoor cats.. i’m a good cat whisperer! I know when to cuddle and went to give space. I got my pet-sitting start with greyhounds — basically giant cats that can hit 40 mph and then lounge for 20 hours straight. If there's a dog bed, a couch, or a sunny patch of floor, these couch potatoes will find it! I love working with all breeds and sizes, from small dogs to big mixed breeds. It's through greyhounds that I first learned every pet has its own personality; even within one breed, and I pay attention to what each one actually needs. Walks or sprints (within fences of course), cozy downtime, and feeding and dietary needs — raw diets, allergies, or just keeping mealtime on schedule — are all part of the care. I always keep a close eye on leash handling. Sighthounds especially can sometimes get distracted by everything from a rustling leaf to a squirrel three yards away. Since every dog pulls, weaves, or settles differently, I read each one and adapt. When I'm not on pet duty, I'm an artist and researcher. I grew up in this area and recently moved back after 25 years in New York City. I'm still getting reacquainted with the area, and always up for local recommendations!

About: I am retired, have trained and shown dogs for over fifty years, live in a condo with one sheltie and one cat. I like to sit ONE dog at a time so it can have special one on one attention. Special arrangements can be made with two dogs that are from the same family. My floors are tile and I sterilize them between visits. I do NOT have a fenced yard but we have a 20 x 80 fenced dog run right outside my back door and we walk every two to three hours and once during the night. Since I am retired, I can be with your dog 24/7 with small exceptions. The dogs are allowed on the furniture and in the bed. I do insist that dogs be house trained and crate trained since we feed in crates or crate them if I have to be away. If you want personal care and attention for your dog, we would love to supply that service. We do NOT do meet and greets. We find that those brief encounters simply put stress on my dogs and yours. I take about an hour when a dog has arrived to acclimate him safely and comfortably. I only care for small dogs, under 30 pounds, and no puppies. Since I am retired, my schedule is pretty much staying around the house. There are no children and things are pretty quiet most of the time. The best times to schedule me are between 8am and 8pm, but I am open to other hours with planning in advance. :) I have a screened in yard, as well as 2 crates for small dogs and cats, comfy beds, and toys for them to play with! I also have treats and a dedicated space within my home for them to relax in.
About: I’ve had pets of all shapes and sizes all my life and have been heavily relied on by friends and family for their pets care. I have experience in all stages of life for pets including senior care and medication management. I had a Golden Retriever for 18 years! He had a lot of health problems including a lot of ear surgeries, skin allergies etc. I never gave up on him or any animal! I’m dedicated to providing the best care for animals as I do at the hospital with my patients as a Labor nurse. I’m a Labor nurse and I currently work 3 days a week from 7 am to 7 pm. These days tend to fluctuate but I have 4 days off. This encouraged me to find something I love to do on my free time. I’m flexible as long as the pets are happy and well cared for. I just want them to be okay and the client to be satisfied with the quality of care. My pets are probably more spoiled than most and very high maintenance.
About: A lifelong cat lover, I got my pet-sitting start with greyhounds — basically giant cats that can hit 40 mph and then lounge for 20 hours straight. If there's a dog bed, a couch, or a sunny patch of floor, these couch potatoes will find it! I love working with all breeds and sizes, from small dogs to big mixed breeds. It's through greyhounds that I first learned every pet has its own personality; even within one breed, and I pay attention to what each one actually needs. Walks or sprints (within fences of course), cozy downtime, and feeding and dietary needs — raw diets, allergies, or just keeping mealtime on schedule — are all part of care. I always keep a close eye on leash handling. Sighthounds especially can sometimes get distracted by everything from a rustling leaf to a squirrel three yards away. Since every dog pulls, weaves, or settles differently, I read each one and adapt. When I'm not on pet duty, I'm an artist and researcher. I grew up in this area and recently moved back after 25 years in New York City. I'm still getting reacquainted with the area, and always up for local recommendations! I generally work from home on my laptop computer, with occasional trips to my studio. Making your pet a priority and arranging my schedule around theirs is not a problem. I make sure all house rules stay intact! From feeding time to bathroom breaks. My flexible schedule allows me to put your pets needs first!
About: My family and I have fostered and adopted rescue dogs over the past 8 years. I also have experience doing drop ins and house/pet sitting. I’m currently a part time college student and am working part time. I have class 2 days a week and work 5 days a week for 4 hours. I have experience with caring for pets in a safe and loving environment. I make sure they have fresh water, food, and plenty of attention while keeping their space clean and secure. I will also follow the owner’s instructions and make sure their pets feel comfortable and cared for.
About: I’ve taken care of dogs before with rover I’ve always watch after my neighbors dog my friends dogs . Pretty much well experienced with dogs my whole life Full time mom, my schedule is pretty open. I dont do much but stay home majority of the time and watch after my daughter . About: I’ve been surrounded by dogs my entire life and caring for them has always come naturally to me. Growing up with six family dogs, I gained experience with all kinds of personalities, ages, and needs. Recently, I helped care for three of my senior dogs through their later years, teaching me the importance of patience and attentiveness.
