“I cannot say enough positive things about Mr Daniel. He sends updates all day, everyday. First time using Rover and he was the man. Thank you for looking after Piper, she is a needy/talkative dog and you had no complaints. I look forward to using Mr Daniel again to watch Piper!”

“My pups love staying with Clayton and enjoy their ‘vacation time’. I love getting pictures and videos of their ‘vacation activities’ and appreciate great service and communication!”

“My girls had a great time staying with Cheryl over Thanksgiving. I know they got lots of love and attention. Cheryl sent me lots of pictures and kept with how they were doing. Thank you Cheryl, we will be back!!”

“Bozena did a great job taking care of both my dogs. You can tell she really cares for your pets and she sent me pictures throughout their stay which was very nice. I definitely recommend Bozena to others.”

“Mara is very caring, friendly and accountable person. She took care of my pet very well. She posted pictures time to time to show me what my pet is doing that made me feel very comfortable and secure. I would recommend her very strongly to take care of anyone's pet. Thank you Mara for everything and you will be Mimo's caretaker whenever I needed and until you can take care of him:)”

“Maria went above and beyond making our dog Zoey feel comfortable. We do not normally leave Zoey with a dog sitter so she is not used to being with someone new. Maria sent lots of message updates and pictures to let me know how Zoey was doing. I will definitely reach out to Maria again to care for Zoey. I highly recommend her!”

“Cocoa and Stormie enjoyed their stay. We never leave them anyplace and they don’t do well in boarding camps. But we felt like there were right at home and were very well taken care of. They will be staying there again.”

“Deborah did a fantastic job caring for our two bulldogs. We received excellent communication and pictures of our dogs. Thank you Deborah for providing the pups with excellent treatment. And the doggy door was an absolute hit!”

“Just is amazing 🙌🏼🩷 Not only keeping and wonderful fun and peaceful place for the pups, but her personal demeanor is absolutely lovely as well! She understands dogs greatly and you can be sure your best friends are safe with her!”

“I felt at ease with Carolina’s service. She sends updates with pictures and videos of your dog, and she treats them as if they are her own. I especially love how involved her family is with helping care for my pet. If she would have Renegade again, I definitely will book with this family again .”

“We had an amazing experience with Kayla and family watching our Tate! From the moment we dropped Tate off, we knew he was in great hands. They truly treated him like he was their own—making sure he was well cared for, loved, and comfortable the entire time. What we appreciated most was the constant communication. They stayed in contact with us throughout our vacation and sent plenty of photos, which gave us a peace of mind. We will absolutely be bringing him back and using Kayla and family again. If you’re looking for someone who will care for your dog like family, we highly recommend them!”

“Yevheniia did an amazing job looking after my dog when I was out of the country for two weeks. She’s very kind, courteous and responsive. I got a ton of photos and updates on my pet while I was away which put me at ease. I will definitely request her again!”

“I was so nervous leaving my Snoop with someone for the first time and Hope made things so much better. She sent pictures and messages the whole time! Snoop loved it I will definitely use her again if I need to!”

“This was my first rover experience in Charlotte. Linda was great with my dog Riggins! She sent tons of pictures and updates. Riggins had a great time with her! She even accommodated me when my flight was canceled which gave me such peace of mind! Will def book with her again!”

“Monica was amazing!!!! Our dog Charlie was in the absolute best of hands, and we appreciated the sweet pictures and videos. Will absolutely rebook and highly recommend!!”

“Christal is so sweet. I can tell she really cares. She gave updates and was a great communicator. She took excellent care of our almost 16 year old beagle. I trust her to be our dog sitter when we leave town.”

“Our puppy Rosie had a great time with Jeff and Lilia. They took such good care of her, taking her for walks every day, playing with her and even got her to eat her breakfast, which we can never do. They sent pictures and updates a couple of times a day, which being this was the first time we left her made us feel quite confident that we had made the right choice in choosing them. We would definitely use them again!”

Tina took amazing care of our dogs while we were away. I got a lot of detailed updates and pictures that gave me great peace of mind during our trip. It was clear our dogs were getting a lot of love and attention. I would definitely book her again and recommend her to others.

Carson was absolutely amazing watching our dog while we were out of the country 2 weeks. She was so kind, thoughtful and caring for Bella. She kept us constantly updated with how Bella was doing and sent pictures daily. She thought of every detail before Bella’s arrival and was very thoughtful preparing for an awesome stay. We highly recommend Carson and look forward to booking with her in the future!!!!
We can’t say enough good things about Summer. She has been watching Roxy for us since 2018. There are very few people we would trust completely with Roxy, but with Summer we never have to worry. She treats Roxy like she is one of her own and gives her so much love, attention, and care. It’s obvious how comfortable Roxy is with her and how much she loves being around her and her family. Summer knows Roxy’s personality, habits, and routines so well after all these years, which gives us a tremendous amount of peace of mind whenever we are away. After having Summer care for Roxy for so many years, we honestly couldn’t imagine using anyone else. We would recommend Summer without hesitation to anyone looking for someone they can truly trust with their pets.

This was the first time with Ciara. She took good care of our hyperenergetic dogs, a husky and a Labrador retriever. She followed the instructions given. The dogs looked happy when they came back to us. Her kids were very friendly with the dogs and take good care of them as well. I will definitely use her in future.

Natalie is absolutely wonderful! She took fantastic care of Peanut and Bella and followed every single instruction to a T. Since Peanut is diabetic, it can be nerve-wracking leaving him, but Natalie made sure he ate every meal and received the correct dose of insulin right on schedule. She sent tons of picture updates, which gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a responsible, attentive, and caring sitter!

Madison was wonderful! This was my first time leaving my dog, Joey, with someone outside of friends/family, and she set me at ease immediately. She let me bring him by beforehand to meet her and get familiarized with her home, so the actual dropoff went smoothly! Within two hours of leaving him, she told me he was napping on the couch, so I know he was completely comfortable with her. Madison was extremely easygoing and flexible throughout this whole process. Very thankful to have had her loving on Joey while I was away!

Sandra took a last minute booking to watch my 2 small dogs while I went out of town. My pups are on the shy side and take a while to feel comfortable in new surroundings, and she kept me updated with messages, photos and videos throughout the day. She completely put my mind at ease and they both seemed happy and well cared for when I picked them up at the end of their stay. Such a great experience!

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
