About: Years ago, my mother and I owned a boarding kennel and I was a professional groomer. Now I am semi-retired and loving spending time with furry friends! I am familiar with all breeds and love them all! We have always had a pet in our home and would love to provide care while you have to be away. I currently work outside the home for a partial day on Mondays. Other than errands and appointments, I am home all day to interact with your fur baby! Should an emergency come up, I am available. All our furry guests are treated like family. We have a large fenced in yard with no steps for the older fur babies. We own a cat that pretty much keeps to herself. We are good with pets of all ages and understand they all need different levels of care. We are empty nesters, so have the time and energy to keep up with any needs your pet may have. With the exception of Mondays, someone is home all day to provide personal care and supervision for your pet. Mondays Alice works outside the home for a partial day and pets would need to be left alone for 4-6 hours, or she would need to be able to bring your pet (only one) to work with her. Both Alice and Don love animals and provide a nurturing and loving environment for your pet in their home with regular potty breaks in their fenced in back yard.

About: We are both big animal lovers and have been taking care of our own pets since we were kids. We moved to Indian Trail from Denver, CO in 2025 and would love to get to know pets in the area! We currently have Cleo, a calico kitty who is a sassy princess, and Georgie, a shepherd mix puppy who LOVES making new friends. Erica has always begged friends and family to pet sit for them, and we would love to extend that joy and love to your furry family members as well! Teddy has never met an animal he didn’t like 😸 Our last dog Zeke was an extremely anxious boy for the 13 years we had him, so we have plenty of experience comforting anxious pets. Teddy previously worked at an emergency vet/kennel business, and has a lot of experience with all kinds of dog breeds and animal behaviors. We both have experience with oral and topical medication administration, and Teddy has injection experience. We would love to welcome your pet into our family and treat them as our own ♥️ Teddy works remotely and Erica is currently thriving as a stay-at-home puppy/kitty mom, so we are always home and someone will always be attentive to your pets. Occasionally one of us may be out of town during a booking request, but we will communicate that to you prior to booking in case you prefer two people. About: I have two male dachshunds. I have had the. since they were puppies. I had three, but my oldest passed away on Dec. 16, 2025. He was 13 years old and I have had him since I was 21 years old. My second oldest is 12 years old and the youngest is 4 years old. The dogs are allowed on furniture. We have ramps to help them onto the couch and they have a nice ramp up to a comfy window bed area. Our dogs love sleeping there and looking out the window. I am used to dogs with health issues. My oldest dog, Odie, had a very sensitive stomach and had to have a strict diet or he got pancreatitis. Our youngest has had back surgery and was paralyzed and slowly regained mobility. Taking care of dogs with health issues is not a problem for me. When booking with me. Let me know about your pets personality. Be specific with eating schedule. We have a big backyard that is perfect for exploring and running around. When the dogs get hot, we have a small pool that my dog Oscar loves to jump in to cool off. I am 35 years old and live with my husband, 40 years old. We have 2 kids. I taught Elementary School for 12 years and beginning 2026 resigned to stay home with my youngest. I will be home all day to make sure your dog is loved on and gets plenty of outside time. My dogs have a ramp leading up to the window where they also sleep on a platform. The perfect spot for small dogs to look out the window and sleep. I have 5 dog beds. Plenty to pick from. About: I am a total dog lover! My husband and I rescued our dog Roscoe almost 6 years ago. He is one of the most spoiled dogs I know and is a huge mama’s boy. We enjoy hiking together, and going on walks and for runs along the local greenways in Charlotte and in the neighborhood. He enjoys having other dogs to play with and we pet sit for a few friends and neighbors when they go on vacation, having their dog come and spend time in our home. About: Since being a teenager, I’ve been paid to house sit and do drop ins for the pets of friends and family, in addition to growing up with a family dog, Darla. After Darla eventually passed from old age, in 2018 my family adopted Millie, a beagle-mix who is a lover of walks and still full of surprises after almost seven years! Now that I’m back at school and away from my own dog, I’d love to help support pet owners who need dog walking services or drop in visits! I am currently a student at UNCG, and have class on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. I think an important part of building trust with a client is sending them regular updates such as photos or videos of their pet(s) in addition to a report on how they’ve been doing. During my high school years, I was at home full-time with our dog, a Westie named Duncan, so I was responsible for feeding and walking him, letting him outside, and playing with him. Since then, I have gained additional experience with house sitting and in-home visits by taking care of friends' and neighbors' dogs. About: I have taken care of and pet sat mat dogs of different sizes from a big German shepherd to a tinny little Chihuahua so there is no dog to big or to small for me to take care of I just graduated high school and am applying to college but I won’t be able to go until next year so until then I’ll be free the whole year unless my family needs me When it comes to taking care of any pets even my own I make sure to keep them on the same schedule they are used to as to make sure they don’t get stressed I also make sure to set alarms for set feeding times of any animal I watch over as well as playing with them and taking them out to use the bath room as needed I also will make sure that if I pet sit over night at someone’s house that the house will be perfectly clean when they come back and that there animal will be happy no matter what.
