“Cristal went above and beyond repeatedly for my boys. I have two senior large breed dogs, and they’re a lot. One has ivdd and has eaten 90% of his tail and repeatedly tries to get to it to chew more off, as well as some GI issues right now and Cristal expressed so much concern and care for his wellbeing while I attended my brothers wedding. She did such a good job that my girlfriend was jealous that she was taking care of the dogs and not her haha, silly I know. But I could not recommend anyone more than I would Cristal. An exceptional human being and incredibly caring pet sitter.”

About: Hello! My name is Pamela but I prefer Katie! I am located in Concord/Charlotre, NC area and am willing to travel up to about 45-50 minutes away from my home base. I have been working with animals as a pet sitter, dog walker, kennel assistant, and as an ICU tech since 2020. I have loved animals my entire life and cared for every pet I have met as if they were my own. I will do my absolute best to accommodate your daily structure for them by following a simple schedule by starting all morning duties between 7-9am, afternoon exercise and stimulation between 12-2pm, early evening for dinner or other activities between 4-6pm and then nighttime duties between 8-10pm. Throughout each day, I love to provide updates and some pictures to keep you feeling relaxed knowing things are going well. Otherwise, whatever you need is what they will get!

About: I have been around animals my entire life and grew up caring for dogs, cats, hamsters, and even reptiles. Over the past five years, my family has had a full house of pets, including one dog, two cats, guinea pigs, hamsters, and a chameleon, so I’m very comfortable with a variety of animals and their unique needs. In 2021, I completed training to have my golden retriever certified as a therapy dog. After becoming licensed, she worked alongside me in public schools, where she provided comfort and support to students. Caring for animals is already part of my daily life with our own pets, so adding additional pet care feels like a natural extension of our routine. My home is very pet-friendly and used to having animals around. I have a family of five with three kids ages 11–16 who all love animals and are respectful of their personalities and space. Since I already have pets in our home, I understand the importance of maintaining routines, providing regular feeding times, potty breaks, playtime, and plenty of attention. When caring for pets in my home, I focus on making them feel safe and comfortable, just like part of the family. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I follow the pet’s normal routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and any special instructions the owner provides. About: I’ve had cats and dogs all my life and have consistently been a primary caregiver. This ranges for when they were puppies/kittens all the way to senior age. I’ve also spent decent amounts of time the past two years pet sitting dogs and cats of various ages for friends and family! I’m currently in between undergraduate and graduate school so I currently just do online gig work. I make my own schedule so my availability is essentially wide open. In your home I’m always going to be very cognizant of the animals needs and their comfortability. If your pet needs exercise I am in great cardio shape and frequently run so I am always open to going on runs with your dog if they are high energy! I’m also very familiar with leashes and harnesses so if you don’t have fencing or if your pet is used to only going potty with a leash I am ready for that. I also love cats and will always make sure they get lots of love and attention!
