“My husband and I highly recommend Peggy. We have 2 cats, and one is very anxious and she ALWAYS runs away when people come over… but not when Peggy came over to meet them on Friday, before we left for our trip. I was shocked when Althea didn’t bolt, and she also got down from the top level of the cat tree and sat down in the living room to observe and listen as we talked with Peggy. 1st time, ever, so it was a direct response to Peggy’s calm and friendly energy We had to attend a friend’s wedding near San Diego, and felt very confident that our “kids” were in very capable hands. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED”

About: I am very reliable, and flexible. I am understanding that sometimes life can get busy and everyone needs a village when life gets too hectic. I am free afternoon/nights week days and all day weekends. I have a full time job monday-friday from 7:30am-5pm. About: What sets me apart? I bring over 10 years of experience, a heart full of love for animals, and a calm, dependable energy that pets (and their humans!) appreciate. About: I've had cats my whole life and only recently gotten a dog in the last 5 years but that 1 dog has resulted in 2 years working at a doggy daycare, 3 additional dogs in our household and with 1 of those pups being differently-abled and using a wheelchair! I do work full-time during the week but I'd absolutely love to help entertain and walk your pup on the weekend in case you have plans or I'd love to come sit with your kitty cat in case you they need some company! I prefer to come take care of your pets in your home environment to minimize the stress that they may feel - keeping your pet in their home environment will result in much better pet sitting for your baby's stress levels and I love that!

“First time we have used Riley and she was wonderful. Oliver was a happy clean cat when we got home. Riley communicated and let us know how he was doing and sent pics. Also did a few other things like feed our fish and get our mail. We felt very comfortable with her and will definitely use her for any trips she’s available !!”

About: I work at a doggy daycare where I’m in charge of watching, playing, feeding, and bathing, many dogs. I have learned to act quick on my feet while still being proactive. I am a student and a part time worker but my schedule is still pretty flexible. I like to hang around dogs whenever I can. *If I don’t answer right away I’m probably working but I’m still available unless I text otherwise! I have a barking dog of my own so he is a vocal player but does not bite. If needed he can be separated from your dog so I am able to focus on your dogs needs and wants. I am easily trained so I can work around your dogs needs. I’m currently a student with a flexible schedule but I still have a dog of my own and I work at a doggy daycare. So I practically see dogs everyday and care for them. I am glued to them 24/7. I like to feel secure so I am often just playing, resting, stimulating them the whole time I’m in the clients home or at my home.

“Charisma communicated throughout from the beginning and was easy to work with. Our pup loved her and she was clearly well taken care of. We hope/plan to book Charisma again she was great!”

“Meagan is AMAZING! We have five spoiled dogs, two of them are not people dogs and usually do not like others coming around. We usually have to crate them when unfamiliar people come over. They INSTANTLY loved Meagan. We were shocked. She has watched our dogs several times. We recently had a last-minute trip we needed to take for a few days and she made herself available. Meagan is the only one we will use to watch our dogs. She is THE BEST!”

Oxnard pet parents share their Rover experiences
We couldn't be happier with the care Kallista, provided for our six cats while we were on vacation. She was incredibly responsible, thoughtful, and clearly has a genuine love for animals. What really impressed us was the extra effort she put into making sure we felt connected to our kitties while we were away—sending us daily updates and photos, even managing to capture pictures of our shyest cats, which meant the world to us. Her communication was excellent, and her detailed daily reports reassured us that our beloved pets were in good hands. Thanks to her, we were able to truly relax and enjoy our trip without worry. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for a compassionate and trustworthy pet sitter!

Tonisha was a life saver! We needed a pet-sitter in an emergency for our cat, and she came through! She also made us aware through video that our cat was sick. He ended up being fine, but she helped by giving him fresh food and comfort. We would absolutely use her again!

We’d love to book Ross and Jess again! Kimiko and Musashi were in good spirits upon our return, a sign of well cared for kitties. The photo updates were reassuring and allowed us to enjoy our vacation, especially knowing that Musashi was getting his insulin injections. Thank you so much for treating them like your own!
