“Millie Mae had such a wonderful daycare experience with Lorri and the other pups. I was deeply impressed by the care and effort Lorri provides to each dog as well as her attention to the interactive, dog-friendly features throughout her house and backyard. We look forward to sending Millie Mae back again soon! 🐾”

About: We are a pet-centered family. Fur babies have been at the heart of our home for over 20 years. We've rescued dogs and cats across various stages of life, some with special needs, and loved them well into their senior years. I provide personalized care, tailored to the specific needs of your pet. Whether it's adhering to the dietary requirements of their meals, administering medication, or modifying walks and play to accommodate any physical limitations or developmental needs. Animals of all types tend to gravitate to me. I'm patient and playful. If they just need a calm presence to cuddle with or a buddy to play fetch and get their zoomies out, I adapt to the needs of your pet. Our home is filled to the brim with a love for pets and their care. My wife leads a community for pet parents and my daughter is a future vet who makes every animal she meets her best friend and desires to rescue as many she can. I'm a retired engineer and my wife works from home. Pets are family and our schedules are adjusted accordingly to ensure they are not alone. I love nature and giving pets the opportunity to relax and play where they feel the most comfortable. We can walk the park grounds right outside our door, relax on the deck, or snuggle on the couch. We can also hop in the Jeep and go exploring if they prefer. Every pet is different and my goal is to always meet them right where they are.
About: I grew up with a dog at home and my family members have always told me how patient and loving I am with animals! I love working with them and spending time with my own two dogs at home as well. They’ve made me very happy since I was very young. My soul dog recently passed away, and I learned so much about patience, senior dog needs, behavioral changes, and so much more throughout my 14 years with him. I intend on caring for your little friends like they’re my own! I have plenty of time to play with your beloved buddies during the days available. I’ll do everything I can to ensure your friend gets consistent attention! When it comes to any services offered, I want to make sure that your pet and I are safe at all times! Aside from safety, their comfort is very important to me. I will do my absolute best to make sure your pet feels safe and comfortable under my care!

About: Hi I’m Val! I’m 26! I work in healthcare and I’ve also spent years caring for dogs, accompanying a dog trainer on daily visits, walks, and house calls, making sure every dog in his care was safe, happy, and comfortable. I also have two dogs of my own who are my entire world, so I understand the joy and companionship they bring. Living just steps from the beach, I love giving dogs gentle strolls by the water and providing a calm, sunny, and welcoming space where they can truly feel at home. As I take care of your fur baby I will ensure communication will stay consistent with updates and photos! I believe it is important for you to see and know what your pup is up to:) about my schedule I work remotely as an MRI technologist, so I’m home throughout the day and able to give dogs plenty of attention, gentle walks, and a calm, comforting environment. I work evenings and nights, which means your pup gets consistent care, companionship, and supervision during the day while they relax and settle into a peaceful routine. For drop-in visits and walks, I’m available before 2pm on weekdays. For boarding and daycare, I offer owner drop-off and create a flexible, easy schedule to make things smooth and comfortable. about my home 🏡 My fiancé and I live in a quiet two-bedroom home that we own, which allows us to create a calm, stable, and well-kept space for the dogs in our care. We have a fenced yard and a cozy, secluded nook that stays peaceful throughout the day. Living just steps from the beach means plenty of fresh air and gentle outdoor time. Dogs are able to settle in comfortably, enjoy the sunshine, and feel safe in a space that’s intentionally kept clean, calm, and welcoming. care and safety 💓 Whether I’m caring for dogs in my home, during walks, or through drop-in visits, their safety and comfort are always my priority. I provide close supervision, gentle attention, and a calm presence so each dog feels secure and understood. During walks, I stay aware of my surroundings and focused on the dog, making sure they are safe and comfortable at all times. I treat every dog as if they were my own, with patience, care, and responsibility so each visit feels relaxed and stress-free. Meet and greets before booking! 🐾 If you’d like to request to meet beforehand, I do meet & greets in a public location first to make sure it’s a good fit (usually at our local beach/pier)😊 For safety and privacy, I don’t host home tours beforehand, but you’re welcome to see the space at drop-off once the booking is confirmed. I also have photos of our space in my profile. Making sure both of us feel comfortable and safe is really important to me!
“Very easy to work with. Love that she wanted to meet prior to booking to make sure her dogs were good with my dog. Great communication. Nice house with large backyard. Will book again.”

“She was super helpful keeping me updated about my pup, she sent constant updates and photos of him, and the best part is he looked so happy in all the pictures! He was completely worn out from the park and the walks, that by the time I picked him up he just crashed:), shout out Alexandria!”

About: I grew up in the Bay Area with pit-labs and was taught how to train dogs when i was about 6. I’ve worked for Rover years ago in college and have even worked at a dog daycare called Camp Bow Wow. I miss my childhood dogs every day but now have an 8-year-old black mouth cur rescue I flew out from Maui, HI 😇 I love all animals but dogs are definitely my favorite pets to be around. I’m currently unemployed waiting on “big girl jobs” to get back to me (which takes centuries) so in the meantime I am VERY available! Living silver strand with lots of space to walk dogs, the beach, and friendly neighbors. Your trust and your dog’s safety is priority for me. Making sure the dog(s) always have water, comfortable temperatures, 1-3 outings a day depending on age breed etc, are fed, rested, and cuddles if they enjoy is important! Dogs are so vulnerable, social, emotional and need almost as much care as toddlers.
“Daniela was great and so flexible with our drop off and pick up times with Poppy! We really appreciated the photo updates throughout the day, and Poppy was sleepy and happy after a fun day of playing! We will definitely book Daniela again in the future!”

“Saige did such a wonderful job taking care of our Sunshine! There is always a little anxiety around leaving our baby somewhere new, but immediately upon meeting Saige we knew our Sunny was in safe and loving hands. He is still a puppy so he does have some special needs, but Saige made us feel completely at ease. We were able to go about our day with no worries and she sent us the sweetest updates throughout! She even went above and beyond and taught him something new. We will absolutely book again and are so glad to have a trusted sitter nearby!”

“Absolutely fantastic dog sitter! Reliable, caring, and attentive to my furry friend's needs. She was super loving to my little one who loves to be held and she played fetch with my more active dog. Provided updates and went above and beyond to ensure my dogs felt comfortable and loved while I was away. Highly recommend!”

About: About our home & pack Hi, we’re Elise and Brad :) … dogs are our kids, and we keep things small so every pup gets real attention. We’re at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in Ventura on an ~8,500 sq ft lot with a fully fenced yard --great for zoomies, fetch, and potty breaks. Brad and I own the house and rent bedrooms to long-term roommates — all of whom are working professionals in their thirties who love dogs. One of our roommates works from home and so our adult household means someone responsible is home 24/7, so pups are pretty much never left home alone. Our resident doodles are friendly, well-mannered playmates: • Joey (2yo 15 lb cockapoo): shy, sweet, loves chase games. He’s my soul dog. • Mia (1yo 50 lb goldendoodle): playful, social, and very protective of smaller dogs. She’s got sweet, protective mama energy. Safety & setup • Fully-fenced yard with easy, frequent potty access (sliding door open when we’re home). • We do have a pool, but it’s off-limits unless supervised. A retractable fence blocks access when needed, and there’s a surface alarm as a backup. • Dogs can be separated for meals or decompression anytime; we have plenty of space. Experience, seniors & care style Between Brad and I, we have 32 years of combined dog-owning experience (not counting caring for family pets as kids)… we’re lifelong poodle/doodle people. Brad handles our pups’ grooming at home (baths, trims, nails, ears), so just know we are big dog-people and super attentive. We’re very familiar with caring for dogs of all ages, including seniors who may need assistance. We also have plenty of experience with disabilities; one of our poodles became a tripod due to cancer… and we cherished him even more when that happened. A typical day Morning potty and light play in the fenced yard, breakfast per your schedule. Seniors get shorter, sniffy walks and extra nap time; playful guests get more fetch and yard time. With permission, we add a safe neighborhood walk. Dinner, wind-down, and cozy sleep in our bedroom with us. Dogs are allowed on our furniture if that’s your style also. You’ll get daily photo updates so you’re never guessing. Good fit & requirements Friendly, house-trained dogs with no aggression history. Small–medium pups are our sweet spot; larger gentle dogs considered case-by-case. Seniors are absolutely welcome. Please have rabies vaccine and flea/tick prevention up to date, and bring food, leash/harness, meds, and a familiar bed/blanket. Logistics & options We’re flexible on pickup/drop-off—share your window. Meet & greets welcome. Optional extras upon request: extra neighborhood walk, beach trip to C street, light bath/brush, simple swim lessons (accompanied swim to find the steps and get out) - Morning: breakfast, walk and/or potty in yard, then set up indoors in a comfy area to rest - Mid-day potty break in the yard (our roommate who works from home takes care of!) - ~3p-ish - another roommate comes home so it's time for another potty break, lunch/snack and playtime - 5ish - Brad and I get home so it's playtime, dinner, treats, cuddles, walk or yard potty, and bed Dogs are our kids and we treat them as the treasures that they are. Our yard is fully-fenced in and front door/gate is always closed. We live at the end of a safe cul de sac on the east end of town where the sun usually shines. Pool is off-limits unless we are right there — it’s cordoned off with a retractable fence as needed plus a surface alarm (Bcone) as a backup. We also offer optional "find the steps" swim lessons, if that's of interest. :)
“What a great stay Louis had! Moving house day for me, so really needed to make sure he was taking care of and not in the midst of chaos. I got so lucky with Adelle, Kyle and Sandy, who played with Louis all day long. They sent me several videos, pics and updates and were cool with some timing issues I had. Would definitely use them again, I know Louis can’t wait to get back there. I’m honestly grateful I found them and despite having just moved to LA now, I will make the drive, knowing my dog is well taken care of and will come back tired and all happy. Thank you guys, you truly were a lifesaver.”

“Victoria was absolutely amazing and took such wonderful care of Lupo. I had complete peace of mind knowing he was with her. He was genuinely happy to see her when she arrived in the morning, which says everything. She is without a doubt my first choice whenever I need help with my little one .”

“My dog really had a great time at Julie and Scott’s. I’m so glad we trusted them with our baby’s first daycare experience. They sent us pictures and videos and made sure we’re always updated. We’ll book them again for sure!! 😊”

“Cindy was so great with our two dogs! She sent lots of pictures and updates, and made them feel right at home. One of our dogs is shy around new people, but she opened up quickly to Cindy and was cuddling in her lap by the end of the visit. Her two golden retrievers were also really friendly with our dogs and got along great! Will definitely rebook with Cindy when we’re back in the area ?”

About: My first job when I was 17 was working at a doggy daycare and I fell in love with every single dog that came into the daycare! I have many years of experience walking dogs for neighbors, family, and friends! I am a college student that also has a part time job, but I can work around my schedule after classes to find time for walks with dogs. I have a fenced backyard and two dogs at home that can easily keep company with your dog as well, and can also use crate if needed.

I’m very happy with Kobe’s stay at Lori’s house for his first stay there. I felt very comfortable leaving him there, Lori is very friendly and seems to care very much about the pets that stay with her . I would totally return again when I need a pet sitter again. She was able to care for Kobe at a last minute request and I really appreciate that.

My husband and I have two 65 lb boxer dogs and she was fantastic at taking care of them! She was able accept my request last minute and you can tell she was very comfortable handling my 2 boxer dogs. They had so much fun, they are still tired from their visit with Madison. Will book again in the future when needed. Thank you so much for giving our dogs such a fun day, hope to see you again soon. 😄
