Dog Walking in Oxnard

About: I've had dogs since I was thirteen; I've trained them since they were pups. I know how to care for them, play with them, feed them, and bathe them. I'm currently working part-time and have a pretty flexible schedule to take care of any sweet critters! On weekdays, I'm available to house-sit mornings until 1 pm and nights/overnights after 6 pm! For weekends, I'm available all day on Saturday. Sunday, I'm available from morning until 12 pm. I will care for your pets the way I care for my own. I'm one to stick to a routine they're familiar with and am extremely patient with slowly introducing myself to your pet. I do my best to make sure they're comfortable and have their own space. I will ensure they get plenty of play time. For your dog's safety on walks, I avoid approaching other dogs unless told otherwise.

About: I've had pets all my life, and I've cared for many different animals and reptiles. I enjoy spending time with them, and since I don't have pets of my own, I'd enjoy spending time and caring for your pet I am available weekdays during the day or overnight, I work part time on some weekends during the day so I am available to care for your pet pretty much all week I can walk your pet, feed them, and take care of all their needs. I could either watch them during the day or pet-sit them over night.

About: We’ve taken care of dogs & cats since we were young. We would house sit for friends and family. We’ve grown up around pets all our lives and we will treat your babies like our own! We are a team and between the both of us we can fit into your schedule. We both work full time but our schedules are a bit different. We are both available for any over night stays that you may need. We can take care of your babies at your homes with walks, letting them outside in the back yard whatever their needs may be we have handled it before.

About: I love take to long brisk walks around the neighborhood and am looking forward to your pup joining me! I’ve pet sat for friends and family. I have kids in school so I’m available during school Hours! I’m flexible and available to take your dog for a spin around the block! I’m also available on weekends and some evenings. About: When I was 8, my family got a Shih Tzu pup that I learned so much from over his 15 years of life. Because of the tight-knit bond I had with my Shih Tzu, I'm most familiar with the needs of small/toy breeds like grooming, exercise, and senior health issues. I recently volunteered at the county animal shelter, where I was responsible for providing dogs with enrichment and exercise. As part of the training, I became familiar with interpreting and understanding dog behaviors (regardless of sex/breed), like adjusting to their comfort levels, respecting their boundaries, and reading their body language to ensure everyone's safety (including theirs). My family members have always told me how patient and loving I am with animals in general. When I was a kid, I was bitten by a dog, and although it terrified me then, I never developed a fear or resentment towards dogs. If anything, it made me want to show them more love and compassion throughout my adulthood. Ultimately, I can assure you that your buddies will be cared for like they’re family! I'm currently on medical leave from both college and work, so I'm at home most of the day and will have plenty of time to spend with your beloved pets throughout their stay. When it comes to any services offered, I want to make sure that your pets and I are safe at all times. Aside from safety, their comfort is very important to me. I'll do my absolute best to make sure they feel safe and comfortable under my care. I always make sure to introduce myself slowly and will respect your friend’s need for space at any point, especially if they're shy. I usually turn the area under my desk into a mini fort for them with their blanket and other comfort items like beds or toys. This usually helps them have a safe and comfortable space to retreat to if they ever get startled or overstimulated.

About: My pup was my child for 16 years. She just passed away and I’m trying to get my pet love through other peoples pets! I have experience and references for over 18 years. I will take care of your pet like my own. I can walk, check in, bathe, give medicine, whatever the pet needs I will take care of them. I love all different animals and I consider them my friends. I recently got laid off so I am fully available on weekdays and on the weekends to spend time with your fur babies. I have standing walking job Tuesday-Saturday 7-7:30, Monday-Friday 12-1 and Tuesdays and Fridays with another pup but that time can vary. So completely available as soon as those walks are taken care of :) I can’t care for pets in my own home since I live with my grandma and a lot of my family comes to visit and I wouldn’t be comfortable with people going in and out. I will do whatever the owner requests when it comes to the pets home environment. I would stick to their routine to make the pet as comfortable as possible. I have regular house sitting jobs and have references for that as well! I keep a tidy home and will respect your space entirely!

About: I’ve been a dog owner for over 10 years now. Grew up with dogs, love training and taking care of them. I know all the basics of dog care. I’m only working part time, gives me plenty of extra time to take care of some pups! Super flexible and reliable. Just trying to make some extra income helping out! About: PLEASE NOTE: - I'm only boarding 1 dog at a time (sometimes 2 dogs at a time, depending on the situation) I can only accommodate dogs who.. - Do not have prior history of aggression - are not destructive - are house trained EXPERIENCE: I’ve adored animals my entire life and have 25+ years experience with dogs, cats, birds and other small mammals. My husband is also fond of animals and has been a proud "dad" to all types of pets throughout his life including dogs, cats, fish, reptiles and amphibians. 24/7 SUPERVISION: I'm a full time homemaker and my husband works remote from home so at least one adult will be home with your pup majority of the time. CHILDREN: Our two children are ages 5 and 7 and have been around dogs and cats their whole lives. They are very mild mannered around pets and have been taught the importance of safety and respect of animals. RESIDENT PETS: Maya is a 10 year old Maltese/Shih-Tzu who has been socialized with all types of other dogs. She loves to play, do her tricks for treats, go on walks and be a lazy bum around the house :) We also have a Torbie cat (Tabby/Tortie Mix), named Monet - pictured. She’s 7 years old, spayed and up-to-date with her vaccines and flea medication. Monet is chill and keeps to herself, especially around guest dogs. ACTIVITIES & LEISURE: If you have an energetic pup, you can rest assure that they’ll get their fair share of exercise - We can do daily walks up to 4 miles in our very safe and walking-friendly neighborhood. If your pup is more mellow, elderly and/or has any injury or condition, a leisurely stroll just around the block or simply lounging in our home or sunbathing in our spacious backyard is sure to please :) THE SPACE: Our home and backyard is kept tidy with plenty of dog beds, toys and access to water. The backyard is completely fenced, secure and surveillanced with plenty of grassy areas and access to coverage from sun or rain. I'm a fulltime homemaker and also homeschool my 2 children. My husband also works remote and is home majority of the day so at least one adult will be around at all times to give your dog on-demand love and attention. I have a large fully fenced yard and a playful dog to be a companion to any guest dog. I'm happy to accomodate any care requests (crating, exercise, extra attention for anxiety, etc)

About: Dogs have been in my life since I was very young, I'm certified with ABC to be able to learn how to improve the lives of dogs. I absolutely love dogs. I'm currently working with the School District schedule, during the summer, specially during the 4th of July, and any other holidays I'm available. I know the importance of keeping our 4 legs furry family members safe. My back yard is well secured my fur baby has access to the house and backyard I keep the my slide door open to the backyard during the day.

About: Hello, my name is Chantal and I have always had a love for dogs and animals as a whole. As a kid I was raised in a home where we never once went without a dog in the home, so you could say I have a lifetime of experience with dogs. And as a fellow doggie parent I understand that the comfort of dogs always comes first. Though I don’t have career experience with pets, I have done dog sitting in the past for family friends which included a wide variety of breeds and different temperaments. Although I don’t have professional experience with dogs, I hope to give all dogs the same level of love and care that I have since I was a child. I currently work part-time in the evenings, which means I have most of the day to take care of my pets needs, including walks, feeding etc. As a dog walker I would love to offer that time to help take care of someone else’s pets needs for some good exercise and comfort. I currently live in a two bedroom apt with a balcony, but no backyard, so I always make sure to walk my own pets in a timely manner so they can have their potty breaks comfortably. I have access to a vehicle so I would apply this to any dog I visit to walk them, regardless of wether that live in an apartment, or a big house with a backyard.
