About: I’ve been caring for dogs and cats of all kinds since I was 6. Having my own dog was literally the dream of my life since I remember. I’ve always loved animals and have had pets my entire life, - at different times, my family had 3 dogs, 4 cats, parrots, hamsters, and even chickens. I’ve always been the go-to person in my family for walking, feeding, bathing, and looking after our pets, and I truly enjoy every part of it. About: Hello I’m Diego I just gotta say I have a lot of love for our four legged pals I have two of my own a chihuahua and a chihuahua/dachshund he’s my little mutt. I understand how it is not to have enough time to walk them and play with them do to work now that I have so much free time I’ve had a blast every day at the beach with my two little guys so I figured why not help out other people while you’re at work or to busy doing other things I’ll make sure he or she is being well taken care of and entertain! Hey if their was an app to take care of more animals I would be on it At the moment I have a lot of open availability so anything that you need that I can do to help out with your furry friend I’m here! My house is pet friendly I have a Large balcony so their is room for them to go out and get some air and I’m right infront of the beach so we can go for walks at the beach also.

About: I’m good with dogs. I’m also very patient and interactive with them. No longer have my own but I’ll treat your doggie like my own. I’m am currently working nights during the week so I have time in the morning for some walks or some hikes. Weekends schedule always changes. Previously I’ve dog sat and at the same time house sat while clients were out of town. I’m very cautious and trustworthy as well very vigilant of my surroundings.

I work Monday to Friday, so the weekend is a time I would like to spend doing something fun that brings me joy. It’s good for me. About: I've been a pet-owner since I became an adult, also growing up with pets as a child. My first pet as an adult was my cat, Carpet, who I acquired in the aftermath of the 1994 earthquake. Carpet lived with me for 20 years. During that time my cat, Rocky (aka Rocky Raccoon), joined us as a kitten. And when my neighbors’ dog Roxy needed a home due to her adoptive dad's ill health, I took her in. I adopted Roxy, my Staffordshire Terrier, when she was about 5 years old. I took great initiative to make sure she and the cats got along. Carpet, being older, liked her own space, but after she passed, Roxy and Rocky became forever friends (much like Warner Brothers' Tom & Jerry)! Both Rocky and I were devastated when we lost Roxy in the summer of 2018 at 14 years old. Roxy had struggled with many health issues and had been losing the use of her hind legs for a couple of years prior to that dreaded day. Taking care of Roxy taught me patience and a strong will to match her own. I learned how to care for an invalid and still make her smile. I know the expectations of senior dog care. I know it's hard to leave your senior dog, or any dog, in the care of a new person, but I can assure you that your dog will receive love and attention tailored to his or her needs. For active dogs, we can take a stroll to the jetty or a walk along the beach...all steps from my home.... or play ball in the park or a nearby field...or my back yard which has a nice run! On July 7, 2025, my dear cat Rocky passed away at the age of 20 from Chronic Kidney Disease. I took very meticulous care of her after her diagnosis to help her live her best life while managing the disease. When she was gone, it was the first time in my adult life that I lived in a home without a pet. I have not been ready to get another pet of my own, but I so miss having them around. That’s why I have opened up my home and offered my services to other pet owners. I know how hard it is to find the right fit and a person you can trust. I hope to be the kind of sitter I would have wanted for my own pets. I would love to have the company of your companion while you are away and provide them with a nice vacation home. *Please note: i am happy to travel further for House Sitting bookings or have your pet come to me. Recently, I began working from home, so I am now offering my services as a sitter now that I can be available for the most part of the day and nights. Some days do require meetings or errands so in the event that comes up, we can discuss in advance how to handle. I can also bring your dog for a ride-along in these cases if possible and if they do well in cars. I live next to the beach and would love to take your pooch for a stroll or play some ball or even a swim if mom and dad allow it. I would be happy to day-sit for those working long hours and/or find some regular clients so I can build a relationship with your pet(s). I will strictly follow all rules given to me by pooch parents, as I know both pets and people have their quirks! I am open to watching more than one dog from the same home. I will never have another clients pets in my home when yours are booked to stay, unless and in case of an emergency and where I have your approval. Your pet(s) will have my undivided attention. I am the only human in my househould. On occasion, I will have a visitor. I have a doggy door in the house and dog beds for your dogs use, although, I may allow them up on the couch or in the bed with me if that's what they are allowed to do at home. I have tennis balls and chuck-its for playing, as well as some toys, but best of all, the beach is only one short block away! We can take a nice long walk on the sidewalks or on the beach. My home has faux wood flooring (more of a tile laminate) and an area carpet. I have a nice cement back yard about 12 by 80 feet long where your dog and I can play and/or sun bathe. Your pet would be by my side and taken for outings if they are up to it. If they are not up for outings, they will have access to a doggy door 24/7. For cat parents, I also have cat beds and kitty toys as well as a place to set your baby's own litter box so they can have the smells of their own home! (Due to owner's allergies, some litter products may need to be swapped. Most clumping litters are okay.)

About: I've had pets all my life, and I've cared for many different animals and reptiles. I enjoy spending time with them, and since I don't have pets of my own, I'd enjoy spending time and caring for your pet I am available weekdays during the day or overnight, I work part time on some weekends during the day so I am available to care for your pet pretty much all week I can walk your pet, feed them, and take care of all their needs. I could either watch them during the day or pet-sit them over night.

About: When I was 8, my family got a Shih Tzu pup that I learned so much from over his 15 years of life. Because of the tight-knit bond I had with my Shih Tzu, I'm most familiar with the needs of small/toy breeds like grooming, exercise, and senior health issues. I recently volunteered at the county animal shelter, where I was responsible for providing dogs with enrichment and exercise. As part of the training, I became familiar with interpreting and understanding dog behaviors (regardless of sex/breed), like adjusting to their comfort levels, respecting their boundaries, and reading their body language to ensure everyone's safety (including theirs). My family members have always told me how patient and loving I am with animals in general. When I was a kid, I was bitten by a dog, and although it terrified me then, I never developed a fear or resentment towards dogs. If anything, it made me want to show them more love and compassion throughout my adulthood. Ultimately, I can assure you that your buddies will be cared for like they’re family! I'm currently on medical leave from both college and work, so I'm at home most of the day and will have plenty of time to spend with your beloved pets throughout their stay. When it comes to any services offered, I want to make sure that your pets and I are safe at all times. Aside from safety, their comfort is very important to me. I'll do my absolute best to make sure they feel safe and comfortable under my care. I always make sure to introduce myself slowly and will respect your friend’s need for space at any point, especially if they're shy. I usually turn the area under my desk into a mini fort for them with their blanket and other comfort items like beds or toys. This usually helps them have a safe and comfortable space to retreat to if they ever get startled or overstimulated.

About: I’ve been surrounded by dogs my whole life from Huskies and German Shepherds to Goldens, Great Pyrenees, and my current Chow (the sweetest girl ever!). I understand different temperaments, training needs, and energy levels, and I always match their vibe whether it’s a long walk by the beach or a cozy nap at home.
