I can’t recommend this dog walker enough! From day one, they’ve treated my dog like family. They’re reliable, professional, and genuinely care about the dogs they work with. My pup gets so excited every time they arrive, which says everything about the trust and bond they’ve built. I always have peace of mind knowing my dog is getting plenty of exercise, attention, and love while I’m away. They communicate well, are dependable, and consistently go above and beyond. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares for your pet as if it were their own, I highly recommend them!

About: I have always had a good experience with meeting dogs for the first time and do not get easily intimidated by their size. The more the dog, the more there is to love! I have had a pet my whole life and so I have learned what they love most and what they dislike. Northridge/Valley Monday-Thursday in the afternoons and evening. Friday-Sunday Ventura county, times vary I would never force a dog into my schedule for the sake of making money. It is only when I know I can be fully present and treat them the best to my abilities is when I accept an offer. I have a large fenced backyard for my Siberian Husky, many of his siblings live nearby and I will occasionally walk him with them and let them play with one another. I love to run and hike with my dog but never push him past his limits. I typically run with my dog in the early morning or evening to prevent overheating. I will NEVER run with your dog if it is outside of your wishes. If it is something you would like me to do then I would be more than happy to :)

Isaiah is amazing. Very attentive to what I would like for my dog and Her needs. He is detail oriented & keeps me notified about ANYTHING my dog is going through so that I am aware, like her behavior all the way down to how healthy her bathroom routine is ( her poop quality) so I have & will continue to keep Isaiah walking my dog multiple times a week from here on.

About: I care for all types of pets equally. I'll walk, feed, clean, play, and care for your special pal. I'm intuitive to your animals' needs and am able to calm animals with both separation anxiety and general anxiety. I came to Rover because I love taking care of all pets and get a lot in return from taking care of them. Trust and communication is big and that's what I deliver. I care for them as if they were my own! I provide daily updates and photos while you're away. And choosing me I also respect your home and keep it in the same condition you leave it. Thank you for the consideration and hope to hear from you! Currently located on the Navy base Port Hueneme with my husband. I work my normal office job M-F 8:00am-4:00pm, prefer weekends stays unless your friend is OK to be alone while I’m at work. I’ll always make sure your home is safe before leaving. If you prefer to crate your pets, I’ll make sure they get enough time out before leaving. Leashes are usually always on unless you have a fenced yard. I don’t mind having them in my car as well, they’ll always ride in the back seat with your permission!

About: I’ve been caring for dogs and cats of all kinds since I was 6. Having my own dog was literally the dream of my life since I remember. I’ve always loved animals and have had pets my entire life, - at different times, my family had 3 dogs, 4 cats, parrots, hamsters, and even chickens. I’ve always been the go-to person in my family for walking, feeding, bathing, and looking after our pets, and I truly enjoy every part of it. I love all animals, and I genuinely believe they feel my positive energy and trust in return. I’d be happy to help with pet sitting, drop-in visits, or dog walking any time of day, including overnight stays. Please feel free to reach out anytime. I’m flexible throughout the day and will be glad to take care, home sitting or walking your pups, including overnight stay, please feel free to contact me. I can care for your pets in your home or spend time with them in your backyard. Unfortunately, I’m not able to host pets in my own home at the moment.

About: I’ve been a proud dog owner for over 12 years and can’t imagine life without them! Over the years, I’ve cared for dogs of all sizes, ages, and personalities — from energetic puppies to sweet senior dogs. I understand the importance of daily routines, exercise, and affection. I’m confident handling feeding schedules, walks, training basics, and giving lots of love and attention. Caring for dogs isn’t just something I do — it’s a part of who I am. Pet care is a natural part of my daily routine! I start my mornings with walks and playtime, and I build my day around feeding, exercise, and cuddles. Whether I’m working from home or out on a walk, caring for pets fits seamlessly into my schedule. I love staying active and making sure every pet feels happy, safe, and loved throughout the day. Whether pets are staying in my home or I’m visiting theirs, I always focus on keeping them comfortable, safe, and loved. I follow each pet’s normal routine — from feeding times to walks and play — and make sure they get plenty of attention and affection. I send regular photo updates so owners know their pets are happy and cared for. My goal is to make every pet feel at home, wherever they are.

About: I’ve been surrounded by dogs my whole life from Huskies and German Shepherds to Goldens, Great Pyrenees, and my current Chow (the sweetest girl ever!). I understand different temperaments, training needs, and energy levels, and I always match their vibe whether it’s a long walk by the beach or a cozy nap at home. Every pet I watch gets the same love and care I give my own. Pet care is naturally part of my daily life — I start and end every day with walks, playtime, and cuddles with my own dog. I run my own business and have a flexible schedule, so I’m able to give your pets the attention and consistency they deserve. Whether it’s morning walks, midday visits, or overnight care, I make sure each pet feels loved and cared for like they’re my own. Safety and comfort always come first. I have a fully fenced backyard where pets can play freely and safely, and I live just a block from the beach perfect for daily walks, fresh air, and happy tails. Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or yours, I make sure they feel secure, loved, and part of the family. I keep routines consistent, double check gates and leashes, and give every pet the same care and attention I give my own.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.

If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
