I’m also very flexible on weekends and holidays. For boarding, I’m happy to coordinate dates and times in advance so everything is clear and organized. You can count on me to communicate openly, arrive as scheduled, and make your pet’s care a priority. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and well-being are always my top priorities. I make sure pets have access to fresh water, are fed properly and on schedule, and are kept in a clean, comfortable environment. I also have experience with crate training and understand the importance of using crates safely and positively. I closely follow each pet parent’s instructions and routines so your furry family member feels secure, cared for, and at home while they’re with me.

If they just need a calm presence to cuddle with or a buddy to play fetch and get their zoomies out, I adapt to the needs of your pet. Our home is filled to the brim with a love for pets and their care. My wife leads a community for pet parents and my daughter is a future vet who makes every animal she meets her best friend and desires to rescue as many she can. I'm a retired engineer and my wife works from home. Pets are family and our schedules are adjusted accordingly to ensure they are not alone. I love nature and giving pets the opportunity to relax and play where they feel the most comfortable. We can walk the park grounds right outside our door, relax on the deck, or snuggle on the couch. We can also hop in the Jeep and go exploring if they prefer. Every pet is different and my goal is to always meet them right where they are.

About: We’ve taken care of dogs & cats since we were young. We would house sit for friends and family. We’ve grown up around pets all our lives and we will treat your babies like our own! Thomas works night shifts and is able to come sit or check in on your fur baby during the day. Veronica works during the day and is able to check in during the evening. We have senior dogs ourselves so unfortunately we can’t spend 24 hours with your baby but we can check in and hang out anytime. We can take care of your babies at your homes with walks, letting them outside in the back yard whatever their needs may be we have handled it before.

About: I have been a dog mom coming up for 9 years. The love and care I have for my own I enjoy giving to all dogs. At the moment I do not have a job that requires me to be at a certain location during the day so I am free mornings and afternoons. I make sure all pets are walking normally before and after and make sure that they don't consume anything off the streets. About: When I was 8, my family got a Shih Tzu pup that I learned so much from over his 15 years of life. Because of the tight-knit bond I had with my Shih Tzu, I'm most familiar with the needs of small/toy breeds like grooming, exercise, and senior health issues. I recently volunteered at the county animal shelter, where I was responsible for providing dogs with enrichment and exercise. As part of the training, I became familiar with interpreting and understanding dog behaviors (regardless of sex/breed), like adjusting to their comfort levels, respecting their boundaries, and reading their body language to ensure everyone's safety (including theirs). Ultimately, I can assure you that your buddies will be cared for like they’re family! I'm currently on medical leave from both college and work, so I'm usually at home all day! This is perfect if you have a cuddly or anxious pet, because I'll have plenty of time to spend with them (napping, cuddling, playing, etc). When it comes to any services offered, I want to make sure that your pets and I are safe at all times. Aside from safety, their comfort is very important to me. I'll do my absolute best to make sure they feel safe and comfortable under my care. I always make sure to introduce myself slowly and will respect your friend’s need for space at any point, especially if they're shy. I usually turn the area under my desk into a mini fort for them with their blanket and other comfort items like beds or toys. This usually helps them have a safe and comfortable space to retreat to if they ever get startled or overstimulated. I've learned to give pets ample time to acclimate to the new person and environment before introducing them to anyone else, especially if they're known to be shy. I do my absolute best to go at their pace and comfort level, not mine.
