About: Hello. My name is Veronica. I live close to Pleasant Valley High School in Camarillo. I took a break from dog sitting, walking, etc. the past several years as my job required me to be out of town in office on several days. My office work has since changed. I now work only part time (gradually easing into retirement) and work remotely from home. When my beloved Dexter passed away, I rescued my current dog, Dakota. Unfortunately, due to his traumatic start in life, he does not get along with other dogs; therefore, I can no longer watch other pet parents' dogs in my home nor can I stay overnight in their homes. However, I am available to dogsit during the day in your home and also walk your fur babies. I do love to be outdoors. I am an enthusiastic animal lover (the reason for my vegetarian lifestyle). I especially love dogs. I am very active. I regularly hike trails and walk daily. I will text or e-mail you constant updates including photos of your loved one(s) while in my care. About this sitter: I am a passionate animal lover.......the reason I am a vegetarian. I especially love dogs and could not imagine life without at least one dog in my family. I love being outdoors and lead a very active lifestyle.....canyon hikes, beach walks, and neighborhood walks/jogs. My current best friend, Dakota certainly keeps me moving! I have had at least two dogs in my family my entire life....and as many as four dogs for many years. My last two senior dogs passed away several years ago, leaving me with only one dog, my Boxer, Dexter, who then passed away almost 3 years ago due to advanced heart failure at age 11. Within a month later, I rescued Dakota, a labrador. I couldn't imagine my home without at least one dog sharing it with me.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats since I was a kid. I have years of experience working with large dogs with anxiety and high energy, especially German Shepherds. I have been trained in reconditioning and desensitization training for anxious/traumatized dogs. I also love working with small and medium dogs. I am very attuned to the body language of cats and dogs and am attentive to their nervous system to ensure everyone’s safety and comfort. I’m currently working part time and my schedule is very flexible. I can also do most of my work remotely so I can be with your pets even more. I can be available most days and nights. I strive to maintain your pet’s normal routine, whatever that may look like. I know that when you are away, that can be more stressful for your pet so I try to do whatever I can to make your pet more relaxed and happy. If I am house sitting overnight, I will clean any dishes I have used, launder any sheets or towels if I am able and generally leave a tidy space for you to return to.

About: I have taken care of dogs since I was a little child, ranging from Yorkies to Great Danes. Along with taking care of friends and family dogs I have had to pleasure of owning my own. I recently purchased my own working dog and hope to bring to the table all of the knowledge I have learned through this experience! I recently finished my commercial fishing season which leaves me with plenty of free time. That being said I tend to start my mornings off early to beat the heat for the dogs! Over the years, i've cared for everything from newborn kittens that needed bottle feeding to senior cats and dogs who required extra patience, medications and specialized care. About: I am 39 years old and I love animals of EVERY kind. I grew up with Golden Retrievers, Pit Bull Mixes, and cats in the house so I am no stranger to larger dogs and I’m 5’9” myself. I have been working in sales for the last 10 years and therefore unable to have pets of my own but I have wanted to for the longest time. This gives me a chance to hang with some pets. We both make one another happy and put each other at ease. I currently work for my nonprofit doing pickleball charity work in Central America and have lots of flexibility in my schedule. I’m active and love to see a happy pet even though I can’t have one of my own. I have a flexible schedule. You can catch me frolicking on the pickleball courts (or hanging with the pups attached to them) in my free time. I try to be as hands on as the pets will let me. I have a genuine happiness knowing that they are being kept as comfortable as possible when things are a little abnormal. We generally adapt very quickly to each other and become fast friends but I am patient and will make sure the animals are happy.

About: I am Native American and currently own a French Bulldog he is now 3 years old. Before that I owned an American Pitbull with my ex girlfriend before this dog. My family and I owned a couple of dogs. Just before I owned the Pitbull. Pets are life. Right now I have open availability. Monday through Friday anytime. I can and will work weekends. I am new to this however I have been around pets my whole. I grew on a farm in Texas. I don't care for pets I my own home. I live in a apartment. I'm not allowed to have other pets here unfortunately, they are strict.

About: I have a great deal of patience and compassion for animals. Any animal I meet usually trusts me right away and end up having a bond right when I first arrive to watch them. I promise I will provide them with the best of care! I will always update with tons of pictures and always let you know what is going on. While growing up I've cared for a wide variety of animals for most of my life, from farm animals, to wild animals, to pets. I currently work part-time, which gives me a flexible schedule for pet care. Whether you need a dog walker, a drop-in visit for your dog or cat, or care while you're away, I'll do my best to accommodate your needs. I understand that every pet owner has a different schedule, and I'm happy to work with you to provide reliable, dependable care. Your pet's safety, comfort, and well-being are always my top priorities. I'll carefully follow your pet's routine and any instructions you provide to help them feel comfortable while you're away. I'll make sure they have fresh food and water, a clean environment, plenty of love and attention, and the care they need. For dogs, that includes walks, potty breaks, exercise, and playtime. For cats, I'll provide playtime, litter box cleaning, enrichment, and affection while respecting their individual personality and comfort level. I'll also keep you updated with plenty of photos and messages so you always know how your pet is doing.

About: I have been boarding and caring for animals through Rover for almost 6 years. Due to my recent move, I am unable to accomodate boarding in my unit. However, I am available to walk your puppies or drop in to check on them. I have experience with all kinds of breeds and temperaments. Let me know how I can help! I have two dogs of my own and am willing to help someone else out around my work schedule. Just let me know what you need. I am no longer able to support boarding dogs in my new unit do to the space. However, I am able to walk and drop in on your puppies.
