While I have been working with dogs behavioral for 8 years, I know have credentials as well- I will begin setting up my profile to include pet training services, starting August 2026. ----->A special note- when you contact me as a new client I will review your pet's profile, any past sitter comments and your request itself then reply with a detailed reply ensuring I understand and can meet your unique needs. I will spend as much time as you spent considering me as your caregiver, considering if you and your pet are a good fit for me. Typically any availability has been taken by private referrals, but the recent fires unfortunately misplaced 2 of my long term families and I have an unexpected opening. This is for sitting your pets in your own home. I have high standards of care, security, cleanliness and respect when in clients homes and expect equal reciprocation in communication, expectations, and cleanliness (in accommodations provided) from my clients. Please understand I have long term recurring clients that book at peak hours during the week and, unfortunately, Wednesday afternoon has 0 availability. My busy schedule means I often cannot schedule a meet and greet quick enough, meet and greets are mandatory for me, and I need to allow potential clients ample time to vet someone else if it's not a great fit for either of us. ----->UPDATE 1/4/2023: I have recently onboarded several new recurring walk clients for midday M/W/F and am likely unable to accommodate anything else midday on those days at this time. Feel free to reach out, however, and I will reply quickly to let you know whether your request might work for my current schedule. Requests with timing flexibility still remain the easiest for me to accommodate. ------->UPDATE 7/30/22: Wowza! I am BUSY! My existing clients keep me booked about a month out. I am most flexible to accept cats who have flexible check in times, or dogs with 2-3 hour drop in window flexibility. ------>UPDATE 3/28/22: I removed previous irrelevant update notes. As of today all below information is current and applicable. I prioritize existing clients during peak/holiday weeks, and am almost exclusively servicing the city of Camarillo. Special shout out to potential cat clients, I do love kitties and find them to be the easiest clients to fit into an otherwise busy schedule because their timing needs are often more flexible than canines. ++++I am specifically seeking clients in Camarillo. It is the rarest circumstances that a client outside that area is a fit for me at this time. ++++++ Please understand that my existing clients keep me quite busy, and while the Rover calendar may show me as available for your request if existing bookings overlap in a sense that I feel may detract from the level of service I can offer in any way I will unfortunately have to decline. I often receive multiple bookings a day, and have long term clients book months in advance. It's my belief that continuing to serve and work with the same furmilies help me build strong bonds with my clients and their pets and provide the best of care and companionship. This all being said, if understanding the above you want to reach out with your request and see if it's a fit I always welcome the chance to make new furriends, when possible. --------------- I currently have recurring walks around the lunchtime hours Wednesdays and Fridays. Please keep this in mind when considering your pet's needs. -------------- Animals have been a passion of mine my entire life. I am an experienced 30-something who has no time or schedule constraints outside of you and your best friend. I'm flexible, patient, and happy to provide as many frequent updates and pics as you'd prefer. My own pups and I are locally insta-famous and I am happy to focus solely on your pets during your time away, or provide them companionship with paws in the form of playtime with my pups. (For those who would love socializing.) Because I am mature I am self-reliant, flexible, and eager to tailor my services to your unique needs. It's my focus to not offer cookie cutter routines, but to actively listen to you and your pet to tailor a visit or stay that serves you both. I have cared for guinea pigs, koi ponds, doves, cats, and dogs and am always willing to discuss your family's unique needs. I am comfortable administering oral medication in the form of pills or crushed pill solutions and subcutaneous injections, as well as experiencedin insulin administration. I know how to apply over 10 types of harnesses, including gentle leaders, and doggy diapers. I am comfortable feeding raw, bathing animals, cleaning drinking fountains and trimming nails. As touched on above I have experience with Saltwater Fish, Birds, Rodents, Small Mammals, and Turtles, in addition to Cats from Kittens to Senior and special needs, and Dogs from 2lbs to 120lbs/ Puppy to 18 years old. ++++I generally will collect mail/place trash out and bring it in/basic plant care and similar tasks for free during my bookings, just ask! ++++ Your pet will never be around another clients pet/s), or my pets (unless you expressly say you want my dogs around yours.)
