About: I’ve been caring for animals my entire life. Growing up on a ranch, I helped raise and care for all kinds of animals including rabbits, cats, and dogs, learning hands-on responsibility and compassion from a young age. I bring decades of experience and have a special love for senior pets. Since 2011, I’ve rescued and cared for older dogs, giving them comfort, attention, and love in their final years. Two of my own cats lived to be 20, so I understand the dedication needed for long-term care. Whether it’s a playful puppy, a shy rescue, or a senior pet, I treat every animal like family. Friends and neighbors have trusted me for years to nurture, love, and care for their pets and I’d be honored to do the same for yours. About: I was raised learning how to train dogs in obedience. My dad showed Rottweilers, min pinchers, mastiff, bulldog, and Great Danes. I enjoy working with and being around dogs I work full time close to home. I let my dog out for a lunch walk and if needed I have a break that I can head home to let her out again. I have a very friendly dog (cavalier) who is welcoming and part of the family. She will show your pup around the house and be part of our family.

About: I am hyper-attuned to your dog's needs ensuring your pets sense of trust and well-being is secure. Showing up and being present is my priority! I work primarily from home, and my schedule is flexible from the morning to early evening time, making it easy to schedule service times that work conveniently with your schedule and pet needs. Routines and consistency are important to ensuring a dog's sense of the world and trust because they can anticipate what to expect each day. With my own dogs, I wake up and take them for a jog first thing in every morning. The routine accompanied with the daily exercise makes for very happy, well-behaved and content dogs. I will bring that same perspective to your pet's life. Additionally, I am a long time Rover customer and when I was single and working 9-5, I relied heavily on my dog walker and sitter to show up daily, on time, in a loving, attentive way. For those of you who are away from your pets for long periods, please know that I understand the importance of being that consistent person in their life who shows up on time and meets their needs in your absence. Being a Rover walker and drop-in visitor is my way of giving back and saying thank you for all those who supported my pups for so many years!

About: Lifelong animal lover based in Ventura. I’ve had small dogs my entire life (two currently!) and have cared for three long-lived cats over the years. I’m reliable, calm, and attentive with both energetic and more independent pets. Comfortable with senior pets, medications, and detailed care routines. Available for walks and drop‑ins. Serving Downtown, Midtown, and beach areas. I'm semi-retired and have a very flexible schedule. I'm able to do multiple visits a day and I am often available last-minute. Time of day/evening/night also flexible. At home, my two rescue pups, Lucy and Ethel, have pretty free run. They usually sleep on my bed and are never far away when I’m relaxing on the sofa. When caring for clients’ pets, I aim to provide the same consistency and comfort they’re used to, following your routines and preferences as closely as possible.

About: Experienced in caring for senior cats and dogs, especially pets that need medicine or have mobility issues. Grew up in a house with lots of pets including ducks, chickens and fish. Please note that I NO longer sit/walk dogs over 40lbs, no exceptions. I’m semi-retired and have a flexible schedule. To walk, sit or take care of a pet as well as I take care of mine would be a joy. I often pet sit friends’ pets when they travel on vacation or for business. I’m go-to person to take care of pets while friends and family are out of town, busy at work, or they need to take pets to vet appointments. I also walk, sit and sometimes stay overnight with them. During 25+ years of doing so no one has had a complain about my care or how I handled their pets.

About: Hi, I’m a passionate pet sitter and walker with years of experience mostly interested in caring for small dogs and cats, like Chihuahuas, Pomeranians, Shih Tzus, Yorkies, and papillons. For small dogs, I provide calm, one-on-one walks tailored to their pace, reading body language (lip licks, tucked tails) and using positive methods to build confidence and leash manners. For cats, I handle play sessions, enrichment, litter care, meds, and cuddles to keep them stress-free and happy. Clients love my detailed photo updates, punctuality, and family-like care. About: When I was young, I spent time in my grandfather’s farm playing with dogs, cows, pigs, horses, and chickens. We take care of dogs in my community, and we also look after a bunny. I am currently studying a Health Coach Program in Holistic Nutrition virtually so, I am flexible on time and days. I love walking and being active. We could not ask for a better person to spend time with our little buddy! Jessica is such a sweet and kind person, I knew right away I had found a perfect match for us. This is going to sounds crazy, but our cat can pick up on "high strung" or "anxious" types of personalities so he isn't always as comfortable with those kinds of people.. we know from certain family members interacting with him lol! But Jessica is honestly such a sweet soul and mellow personality that I knew Ralph would instantly connect and feel comfortable with her & he totally did!! We will absolutely be asking Jessica to sit with him from now on whenever we need someone! She sent several pictures and gave updates, couldn't ask for anything better. It gave us such peace of mind knowing Ralph had someone loving on him while we were gone. We could not thank you enough, Jessica!”
