About: Lifelong animal lover based in Ventura. I’ve had small dogs my entire life (two currently!) and have cared for three long-lived cats over the years. I’m reliable, calm, and attentive with both energetic and more independent pets. Comfortable with senior pets, medications, and detailed care routines. Available for walks and drop‑ins. Serving Downtown, Midtown, and beach areas. I'm semi-retired and have a very flexible schedule. I'm able to do multiple visits a day and I am often available last-minute. Time of day/evening/night also flexible. At home, my two rescue pups, Lucy and Ethel, have pretty free run. They usually sleep on my bed and are never far away when I’m relaxing on the sofa. When caring for clients’ pets, I aim to provide the same consistency and comfort they’re used to, following your routines and preferences as closely as possible.

About: Hi, My name is Saul and I just got to LA. I am originally from Mexico. My experience with dogs is the following: I used to have a cocker spaniel (Dixie) and a basset hound (Frida) when at the age of 8 and from there on they became my best friends! Unfortunately due to time and age Dixie passed away and Frida is now to old to do any activities. She still lives with my parents back home. The main reason why I want to babysit dogs is for me to pass time with them. I love dogs and love playing with them. UPDATE I recently started foster and unfortunately was a foster fail. My new puppy Baffy loves all dogs and is very playful. Will only take dogs that are friendly with other dogs. Currently working full time but work from home Mondays and Fridays where I usually go for hikes and walks on the beach. I am avail those days and weekends! I am very open to your pets needs. At home I allow them to be at the bed and furniture after getting used to Rocky being the owner of the house. However, understand each dog is different and will accommodate to the best. At home have plenty of space in case of a crater and at your place will follow all rules.

About: I’ve worked as a pet sitter since high school and have cared for all kinds of pets, large and small. From tarantulas to Pitt bulls, I love them all and I strive to ensure that their routines are followed and that they feel comfortable and loved. My work as a personal assistant allows for an extremely flexible schedule so I am available most week days and all weekends for check ins and walks. Although I am unable to bring pets into my home, I am available for home stays in a client’s home and can provide daily check ins and pet pics.

About: I grew up in rural Washington state with all sorts of animals around, but always dogs and cats! I volunteered with the humane society through high school, and now have two dogs with my lady. Ralph is very much of a dog like kind of cat that gets lonely and needy for love and cuddles so it's always so hard leaving him. We could not ask for a better person to spend time with our little buddy! Jessica is such a sweet and kind person, I knew right away I had found a perfect match for us. This is going to sounds crazy, but our cat can pick up on "high strung" or "anxious" types of personalities so he isn't always as comfortable with those kinds of people.. we know from certain family members interacting with him lol! But Jessica is honestly such a sweet soul and mellow personality that I knew Ralph would instantly connect and feel comfortable with her & he totally did!! We will absolutely be asking Jessica to sit with him from now on whenever we need someone! She sent several pictures and gave updates, couldn't ask for anything better. It gave us such peace of mind knowing Ralph had someone loving on him while we were gone. We could not thank you enough, Jessica!”

About: When I was young, I spent time in my grandfather’s farm playing with dogs, cows, pigs, horses, and chickens. We take care of dogs in my community, and we also look after a bunny. I am currently studying a Health Coach Program in Holistic Nutrition virtually so, I am flexible on time and days. I love walking and being active. About: I started with taming and caring for all the stray cats (and owned 2 outdoor cats) in my childhood neighborhood since kindergarten! I would also be hired to take care of my neighbor's dogs, cats & koi fish when they went on vacation. As I got older I spent more time caring for my own lovely pup Dosquie, and used Rover many times for her, so I'm very familiar with the Rover process. Currently, I'm a digital nomad that works for my friend's video game company & does creative writing remotely. I travel while I work, and enjoy the company of furry friends on my adventures! Colorado has become my new favorite place to roam, and in my free time I mountaineer, climb, hike, and kayak. I'm also a big film buff & went to film school! I can work around your pet's schedule and typical routine so their day feels normal while you're gone. I also enjoy taking dogs & leash-trained cats out on little field trips for hikes if you'd like me to! I treat your home with the respect of my own, and will leave the place as I found it when you return. Trash will be taken out & floors will be swept/mopped for you. I am currently a nursing student at Westmont College. I have school Monday-Thursday, but only Mondays and Thursdays are completely booked. All other days I can work something out :) I do not offer pet care at my house, (I have two kitties of my own) however, when I take care of your fur babies wherever that may be, I will not stray from your rules, way of care, or any schedules you have already in place.
