About: I’ve been caring for animals my entire life. Growing up on a ranch, I helped raise and care for all kinds of animals including rabbits, cats, and dogs, learning hands-on responsibility and compassion from a young age. I bring decades of experience and have a special love for senior pets. Since 2011, I’ve rescued and cared for older dogs, giving them comfort, attention, and love in their final years. Two of my own cats lived to be 20, so I understand the dedication needed for long-term care. Whether it’s a playful puppy, a shy rescue, or a senior pet, I treat every animal like family. Friends and neighbors have trusted me for years to nurture, love, and care for their pets and I’d be honored to do the same for yours. I work part-time remotely, which gives me a flexible schedule to dedicate to your pet. This allows me to provide consistent attention, care, and companionship tailored to each animal’s needs. Your pet’s safety and happiness are my top priorities. I follow your pet’s routine closely, provide attentive supervision, and maintain a calm, comfortable environment. About: i’ve lived with various kinds of animals since i was born, my first family dog was a 200lb mastiff, i have taken care of my sisters mastiff great dane st. bernard mix who is about 200lbs as well, i have four cats and two little dogs currently, i have also helped my siblings with pet sitting jobs and i have experience volunteering at an animal shelter. i care for animals very well and know how to handle big dogs, little dogs, puppies (kittens too of course) and even seniors. i’m currently looking for something part time while i look for a more permanent job, i have open availability on monday friday saturday and sunday! i have class from 3-6pm tuesday-thursday. my cats get the best care they could need, we have multiple litter boxes we clean everyday as well as feeding in morning and evening, we feed them treats sometimes and they have lots of toys to play with and enjoy going outside in the yard whenever they like, i take my cats on stroller walks occasionally because they like to get out of the house. i brush my cats fur and clean their eye boogers or any nose crusties they might have and i can do specific care if needed for a certain breed of cat. i have taken care of 4 Persian cats and my cat is a scottish fold.

About: Pets have always been a special part of my life. I’ve cared for my own pets, friends’ and family members’ dogs, and the dogs and cats of families I’ve babysat for since I was 13. After 15+ years of caring for dogs and cats, I’ve learned that every pet has their own personality, routines, and little quirks — and I love getting to know what makes each one unique. As an elementary school teacher of 6 years, I bring patience, attentiveness, and a nurturing approach to everything I do. I understand the importance of creating a safe, comfortable environment where each animal feels loved and cared for. I currently offer house sitting with pets and would be honored to care for your dog or cat like they’re part of my own family while you’re away. Pet care fits naturally into my routine because I truly enjoy spending time with animals and creating a safe, comfortable experience where they feel happy and cared for. I am available outside the hours of 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, with availability for early morning check-ins, afternoon visits, and evening care after 3:30 PM. I’m available for drop-in visits, walks, house sitting, and dog or cat sitting, with weekend availability when scheduled in advance. I understand how important routine, attention, and consistency are for pets, and I’ll treat yours with the same care, patience, and respect I would give my own. I care for pets in their own homes so they can stay comfortable and keep their normal routines while you’re away. I will carefully follow your instructions, respect your space, and provide the same patience and attention I would want for my own pets. During visits and house sitting, I focus on companionship, playtime, and helping your pet feel safe and cared for. For walks, I’ll follow your dog’s usual routine and take them on routes you approve of, where they feel comfortable. I’m happy to provide updates at whatever frequency works best for you, so you can feel confident knowing your pet is receiving thoughtful, dependable care.

About: I was raised learning how to train dogs in obedience. My dad showed Rottweilers, min pinchers, mastiff, bulldog, and Great Danes. I enjoy working with and being around dogs I work full time close to home. I let my dog out for a lunch walk and if needed I have a break that I can head home to let her out again. I have a very friendly dog (cavalier) who is welcoming and part of the family. She will show your pup around the house and be part of our family.

About: I’ve had experience working at a dog daycare which came with lots of responsibilities including dog watching, bathing, cleaning, and feeding- including administering medications. I currently work at an animal shelter where I handle dogs and cats of all ages, sizes, weight, and breeds. Using balanced training methods, I can also offer light training (puppy teething/mouthing, basic cues, some leash manners, resource guarding, engage/disengage with reactive pups, social bridging with shy ones). I’ve also worked with deaf, blind, and tripod doggos! I currently work a full time job 4 days a week with Sunday/ Monday/ Tuesdays off. Not available the rest of the week since I work long hours. Full honesty and transparency is the way to go! Direct communication is best to achieving the best service without any miscommunications. I’m typically a quiet person, and can provide a calm environment for your pet! Safety is a priority, I’m trained in recognizing dog/cat body language and behavior- recognize when they’re content, uncomfortable, shy, anxious.

About: Hi! I'm a certified dog trainer (Good Pup) and a natural cat whisperer. I worked at a Humane Society. I pet sat for over 50 (and counting) dogs, cats, pigs, bunnies, fish and frogs. I studied Therapeutic Horsemanship. I had my own fantastic furbaby dog (now angel) named Oliver for 10 blessed years. I'm experienced with administering medicine, and with earning comfort and trust from anxious, stubborn animals. And above all, I truly and sincerely love animals. I am at awe with their heart based, present moment, authentic existence. If you wish to schedule a meet & greet we can either: ~Book first, and then happy to arrive sometime before the sit for you to introduce me to your pet (free of charge). OR ~If you wish to have a meet & greet prior to deciding on booking, please book a Drop-In Visit with me. *Personally I don't need it as I have experience of meeting animals in their home for the first time without their owners being present, but I understand if you prefer to have it. So it's completely up to you! I mostly work from home so will be spending good quality time with your fur baby. Whether they need extra exercise, extra couch cuddles, or both! I'm up for it! I care for them like they are my own. They'll have what they're used to, and more! If they have a steady routine, I will honor it. I'm happy to send pics daily, unless you prefer less :) - usually I send once every evening. I'm very clean and tidy and enjoy harmonious environment; so will keep your place that way! ***No indoor, backyard/balcony cameras. Exterior, street facing camera for security purposes is OK Thank you for your trust, I promise to tend to them (and your home) with the outmost reverence and love <3

About: Lifelong animal lover based in Ventura. I’ve had small dogs my entire life (two currently!) and have cared for three long-lived cats over the years. I’m reliable, calm, and attentive with both energetic and more independent pets. Comfortable with senior pets, medications, and detailed care routines. Available for walks and drop‑ins. Serving Downtown, Midtown, and beach areas. I'm semi-retired and have a very flexible schedule. I'm able to do multiple visits a day and I am often available last-minute. Time of day/evening/night also flexible. At home, my two rescue pups, Lucy and Ethel, have pretty free run. They usually sleep on my bed and are never far away when I’m relaxing on the sofa. When caring for clients’ pets, I aim to provide the same consistency and comfort they’re used to, following your routines and preferences as closely as possible.

About: Recently came back to rover. I mostly do private pet sitting. I have experience with all animals small/big including farm animals. I can follow special instructions for different pets that require special attention. Which includes pets that require medication or special feeding routines. I can guarantee that your pet will be loved and cared for under my care.

About: Hi! I'm an animal lover with a strong background in animal care. I studied Animal Science at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, where I gained hands-on experience in animal behavior, health, handling, and basic veterinary care. Although I now work full-time in biotech, caring for animals has always been a passion of mine. I have a friendly dog named Sunny who loves meeting new dogs and enjoys having playmates. During the workweek, I'm away from home for about eight hours a day, so I believe it's important to be transparent about my schedule. Before and after work, Sunny and I go on walks or hikes to make sure he gets plenty of exercise, and your pup will too! On weekends, I'm home much more and can provide lots of attention, playtime, and companionship. My home has a large, secure backyard where dogs can safely run, play, and explore. When I'm home, I love spending quality time with the dogs in my care, whether that's playing fetch, relaxing together, or heading out for an adventure. I've previously provided pet care through Rover, have cared for my family's pets for years, and have experience with a variety of animals and personalities. I understand that every pet has unique needs, and I'm happy to follow your routines and instructions to help them feel comfortable, safe, and loved while you're away. I do work full-time, but I have a big dog myself, and I have to make sure that he is taken care of so your dog will fit right into my schedule with my fur baby. In my apartment my dog is not in a crate so he roams free all day therefore the apartment is very pet friendly. Your pet will get the most attention from me and my pup and probably lots of cuddles (if they want!)
