“Catherine was a lifesaver!! She took amazing care of our fur baby and was super flexible when we needed extra days of dog sitting due to a medical emergency when we were out of town that prevented us being able to pick him up on time. We are so grateful for her compassion!”

“We couldn't be happier with the care Skilly received! From the moment we dropped her off, it was clear she was in great hands. They made Skilly feel comfortable, loved, and right at home, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. We received updates and could tell she was being treated like part of the family. When we picked her up, she was happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for. Thank you for taking such amazing care of Skilly. We will absolutely be using your services again and highly recommend you to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring dog sitter!”

“Stephanie and Jen are AMAZING!! They took wonderful care of our Bentley and Charlie! We got daily pictures and our pups were happy and healthy when we picked them up. We will definitely be booking Steph and Jen for all our doggie needs! Thank you for letting us have an awesome vacation and know that our fur babies were in the BEST hands!”

“Cooper and Nora are wonderful people, they are true animal lovers. They were wonderful with our puppy, Marley. Marley is usually very shy, and won't warm to other people very quick, she has to really trust someone before she let's them pet her. She was having a good time with Cooper and Nora, she warmed up to them quite fast. Plus their rates are truly affordable, they bring a lot of value. We would definitely bring her to them again. Thank you very much Cooper and Nora.”

“Sara was an absolute amazing care taker to our poocher Indie! We got updates and pictures throughout the whole stay! She took Indie on several walks, had plenty of play time, and made sure she was so comfortable and loved the whole time! Couldn't be happier with Sara and her love for our baby girl!!”

“Sheena took such good care of Mango. She went above and beyond most Rover hosts we have asked to take care of Mango in the past. She sent us so many videos and photos of Mango to us. Our Mango loved her kids and really enjoyed her time with them. In addition, it was a rainy day and Sheena washed and dried Mango’s sweater and also made sure Mango was dry from the rain. Would highly recommend and would book again.”

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
