I have over a decade of experience handling dogs of all shapes, sizes and needs. Specializing in active pullers, rescues, and reactive dogs. I am comfortable and proficient with a variety of training equipment to fit your dogs needs and your specific training protocols. By scanning the environment for triggers and monitoring your dog's body language I'm able to ensure a safe calm experience. Every dog deserves a chance to get the mental and physical stimulation they need to thrive.

Mike was on time and courteous, and most importantly, developed an instant rapport with my skittish shepherd. He was great at handling her when she tried to bark at a little dog, and got her under control without being harsh. I feel good about him walking her alone.
Mike is one of the few people I know who will not only work with reactive dogs, but relishes the opportunity. He'll walk any dog, including my fearful, sensitive shepherd mix who I trust to him daily, but he has a special love for the "difficult" ones. I've watched him take more than one reactive, pulling, barking dog to calm, loose-leash walking with nothing more than patience. He genuinely enjoys dogs, and it shows.
We adopted a larger dog recently who became reactive to other dogs including our smaller dog. We tried training on our own and became reluctant and worried about having to rehome her. Michael was referred to us and was super responsive and was able to begin training immediately. With his help we were able to not only help with the aggressive behavior but now she is a wonder on the leash and so well behaved. Michael not only is great with the both dogs but including our whole family in the training. I don’t know what we would have done without him.
