I have experience caring for both cats and dogs, including administering medications. I am also experienced in providing attentive care for senior dogs and understand the patience and extra support they often require. Auntie Layla, as she is known in our house, is amazing. She and her family have taken care of Finley many times, and he is so excited every time we pull up to the front of her house. His latest visit to Auntie Layla's was for two weeks when we were traveling. He became ill and Layla kept us informed from the very start, made sure he went to the vet and received the care he needed, and managed his medication as part of his follow up care. When we got back he was almost back to 100% of his spunky self. We are so grateful for Layla and her family for caring for him so beautifully and for knowing we have a place for Finley when we go away where he is loved and cared for like he would be at home. Gretchen was wonderful! She watched our cat and dog while we backpacked the Channel Islands.
