We’ve been caring for friends’ and family members’ pets for the past three years, with stays ranging from one week to as long as two months. We’re happy to provide recommendations if needed. We also have a friendly 5-year-old mini Goldendoodle mix at home, so your dog will always have a companion to play with and feel at ease. We keep owners updated with regular photos and messages, so you’ll always have peace of mind while you’re away. What truly sets us apart is the consistency and genuine care. We treat every dog like our own. Pet care fits naturally into our daily routine, as we’re home most of the time and able to give dogs consistent attention throughout the day. We plan our schedule around their needs, including regular potty breaks, feeding times, playtime, and rest. Our whole family is involved in caring for the dogs. We have a 24-year-old son and a 19-year-old daughter, so there’s almost always someone at home to provide attention, supervision, and companionship. Dogs are never left alone for long periods, and we make sure they feel included in our day-to-day activities. Whether it’s relaxing indoors, supervised outdoor time, or just being nearby, they’re always cared for and watched over. On a weekly basis, we keep things consistent so dogs can settle into a routine quickly, which helps them feel comfortable and secure during their stay. We’re also comfortable caring for senior dogs and administering time-sensitive medication, including an 11-year-old Maltese we regularly care for who requires medication twice daily. We follow all feeding instructions carefully, ensure fresh water is always available, and maintain a consistent schedule for potty breaks, playtime, and rest. If needed, we can separate dogs to keep everyone safe and stress-free. Communication is very important to us, so we provide regular updates, photos, and messages to give you complete peace of mind while you’re away. “Sheena took such good care of Mango. She went above and beyond most Rover hosts we have asked to take care of Mango in the past. She sent us so many videos and photos of Mango to us. Our Mango loved her kids and really enjoyed her time with them. In addition, it was a rainy day and Sheena washed and dried Mango’s sweater and also made sure Mango was dry from the rain. Nancy keeps Murphy anytime we’re in need of someone we can trust and we love her! The entire time on my trip I received updates, photos of my baby playing at the park, & videos of her being spoiled with pup cups (way more than she gets spoiled at home).
