“Jen and Stephanie were amazing with my Jack Russell. The space for the dogs outside is super secure and both Jen and Stephanie are so sweet with my pup. He’s a typical Jack Russell and his energy is unmatched- when I picked him up he was happy and cheerful like he was on vacation there :). Will def have Vincent stay with Jen and Stephanie again. Ten out of ten”

“2nd time I've had Tiantian take care of my dog for a week. She is very caring and knowledgeable, provided updates every day, and gave him his medications as requested. It's obvious she is a dog lover and takes her caretaking role seriously. What more could any human want for their precious furbaby?!! Thank you 🥰”

“Once again Ashley provided great care of our dog. She kept us updated throughout his visit, and it was apparent he had settled in comfortably. It’s so nice to have peace of mind when you’re away from your pet.”

“I had only had my dog Freddy for 3 weeks, since he came from a shelter. I was hesitant to leave him so soon, especially after never having used Rover before, but I believe everything went well. I was kept updated with pictures and videos. Freddy seemed very happy there with the family and with other dogs.”

About: For us, this isn’t just dog sitting it’s a second home. We don’t treat dogs like bookings or numbers. Every dog that stays with us becomes part of the family, receiving plenty of attention, affection, and supervision throughout the day. We provide a calm, safe, and loving environment where dogs can relax, play, and feel comfortable, especially those who may be shy or adjusting to a new place. We’ve been caring for friends’ and family members’ pets for the past three years, with stays ranging from one week to as long as two months. We’re happy to provide recommendations if needed. We also have a friendly 5-year-old mini Goldendoodle mix at home, so your dog will always have a companion to play with and feel at ease. We keep owners updated with regular photos and messages, so you’ll always have peace of mind while you’re away. What truly sets us apart is the consistency and genuine care. We treat every dog like our own. Pet care fits naturally into our daily routine, as we’re home most of the time and able to give dogs consistent attention throughout the day. We plan our schedule around their needs, including regular potty breaks, feeding times, playtime, and rest. Our whole family is involved in caring for the dogs. We have a 24-year-old son and a 19-year-old daughter, so there’s almost always someone at home to provide attention, supervision, and companionship. Dogs are never left alone for long periods, and we make sure they feel included in our day-to-day activities. Whether it’s relaxing indoors, supervised outdoor time, or just being nearby, they’re always cared for and watched over. On a weekly basis, we keep things consistent so dogs can settle into a routine quickly, which helps them feel comfortable and secure during their stay. Your pet’s safety and comfort are always our top priorities. In our home, we provide a clean, secure, and pet-friendly environment where dogs can relax and feel at ease. We primarily care for small to medium-sized dogs, allowing us to maintain a calm, safe, and more personalized setting. We take time to understand each dog’s routine, personality, and any special needs so we can care for them accordingly. We supervise dogs closely throughout the day and never leave them unattended for long periods. Our home is a great fit for dogs who enjoy companionship, consistency, and a quieter environment. We’re experienced with longer stays, ranging from one week to as long as two months, and we help dogs settle in comfortably as if they’re part of the family. We’re also comfortable caring for senior dogs and administering time-sensitive medication, including an 11-year-old Maltese we regularly care for who requires medication twice daily. We follow all feeding instructions carefully, ensure fresh water is always available, and maintain a consistent schedule for potty breaks, playtime, and rest. If needed, we can separate dogs to keep everyone safe and stress-free. Communication is very important to us, so we provide regular updates, photos, and messages to give you complete peace of mind while you’re away. Above all, we offer a true home environment with consistent, attentive care—we treat every dog like our own.
“Sheena took such good care of Mango. She went above and beyond most Rover hosts we have asked to take care of Mango in the past. She sent us so many videos and photos of Mango to us. Our Mango loved her kids and really enjoyed her time with them. In addition, it was a rainy day and Sheena washed and dried Mango’s sweater and also made sure Mango was dry from the rain. Would highly recommend and would book again.”

“Rajarshi is absolutely amazing! He watched our dog like as if he was his own child! He sent us regular updates with pictures and videos of what our dog was doing during the day! Gave him 3-4 walks during the day, played with him and took such great care of him! We will always leave our dog with Rajarshi! Rajarshi’s background and experience in fostering dogs makes him one of the most experienced & well rounded pet sitter who you can trust blindfoldedly! I would say that anyone and everyone can trust him with their pets! I wish I could give him 10 stars ⭐️ but 5 is the maximum we can give so giving him 5 stars!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“This was my first time leaving my new girl with anyone. I was nervous because she is not good with other dogs. I was referred to Neda by my neighbor who also had a pitty breed and was so happy to have found her. Neda was so accommodating. She made Rosie feel at home and sent me multiple pictures and updates all 4 days of my trip. She cuddled and loved on her and made a nervous experience a great one. Thank you Neda!! We will see you again, I am sure! I would highly recommend Neda to anyone.”

“I’m quite convinced that my baby misses Stephanie, her wonderful family and the amazing time he had with them? “I couldn't be happier with the exceptional care that was provided to my cat, Luna, by Maureen. Not only is she a fantastic caretaker, but her kind and nurturing nature made Luna feel right at home. I truly was at ease knowing Luna was in such capable and caring hands. Maureen was so kind to update me daily and even sent photos/videos throughout the day. I highly recommend her for anyone seeking a reliable and caring pet sitter, especially for those who have anxious/shy cats! Luna and I are immensely grateful for the outstanding service provided by Maureen in her loving home.”

“Kathleen arrived on time, devoted the full half hour to Kalea. Our dog is nervous having recently had surgery and is in pain. Kalea opened up, trusting Kathleen. She was able to get massaging and some deeper rubs even some prom moves.”

About: Trusted care, daily updates, and peace of mind while you’re not there. I’ve taken care of chameleons, hamsters, fish, birds, bunnies, cats, and dogs. Those are just my pets. I’ve also cared for water turtles I am retired and my time is very flexible to be able to help with routines and needs for care throughout the day and evening. I will not be able to keep animals in my home as I have too many but I am willing to stay at your home I would treat them as if they were my own

About: I currently have two cats, a 2-year-old and a 1-year-old, and I’ve raised them both since they were tiny kittens. One of them definitely has a feistier personality, so I’m very comfortable handling cats who are a little spicy, shy, or selective about their affection. I understand cat body language, personal space, and how to create a calm, safe environment where they feel in control. I truly love animals, and I treat every cat with the same patience, care, and affection I give my own. Whether your kitty wants playtime, cuddles, or just someone who knows how to respect their vibes, I’m here to make sure they feel happy and secure while you’re away.

About: I have been taking care of cats since childhood. Family, friends and neighbors have all relied on me to care for their cats throughout the years. I have experience giving cats medicine and taking them outside on a leash, if that’s what they need.
About: I have a great deal of patience and compassion for animals. Any animal I meet usually trusts me right away and end up having a bond right when I first arrive to watch them. I promise I will provide them with the best of care! I will always update with tons of pictures and always let you know what is going on. While growing up I've cared for a wide variety of animals for most of my life, from farm animals, to wild animals, to pets. I work part time but would love to accommodate anyone at anytime if they need a walker or someone to drop in for a quick visit I make sure the dogs are fed, watered, exercised outside with a bunch of playtime. Take them on walks in a nice safe environment unless owner says otherwise.

About: Cats have been a constant in my life for over 30 years. I’ve lived with both male and female cats and can honestly say there have been very few years of my life when I didn’t have a cat in my home. Caring for cats isn’t something I do occasionally—it’s part of my everyday life and identity. I have extensive experience fostering kittens and adult cats, including very young kittens who need extra patience, routine, and hands-on care. I’m comfortable with feeding schedules, litter box maintenance, administering medications, and recognizing subtle changes in behavior that often signal stress or illness. I understand how important it is to respect a cat’s boundaries while still providing consistent, attentive care. I’m especially mindful of helping cats feel safe and secure in their own space, whether they’re social, shy, independent, or slow to warm up. I take time to build trust, follow established routines, and make sure each cat feels calm and cared for while their humans are away. Your cat won’t just be checked on—they’ll be genuinely understood and cared for by someone who truly loves cats.

“Kim did a great job watching my cat for an extended period of time. She sent pictures daily and it was apparent that my cat was very happy and comfortable with having Kim watching her. Kim also brought in the mail and several packages that were delivered. My highest recommendation for her pet sitting services. She is very reliable and trustworthy.”

“Jennifer was great! She played with the dogs during the visits and sent plenty of pictures of their happy faces. It really helped to see that our fur babies were in good hands while we were away for the weekend. Will be booking with her again in the future!”

“Trey was a life saver! He took great care of our two dogs for two drop in visits. He even arrived a few minutes early! He was very communicative, sent photos and gave me updates which is always a huge plus!! I will definitely be booking with Trey in the future. “Tiantian is great. She is so knowledgeable about dogs. She has given us a lot of great tips. On one occasion when I dropped off our dog she noticed a wound he got when I took him to a dog park the day prior. She dressed his wound for us. She is awesome :)”

“Absolutely incredible!! Very nice and genuine and felt the care for dogs through her eyes and conversations. Felt comfortable leaving Hazel with her. Kept us very informed throughout the day. Hazel came back very happy and worn out from the walks and excitement! Highly recommend Sheena will be booking again with her!!”

“Mariana and her family provide safe and fun dog care - my doggo Annie loves them and gets excited every time i drop her off. They are professional and responsible and I can tell my dog is getting special attention each and every day.”

“Nancy was very nice and sweet to our babies. Soon after we left them, the photos showed them already very comfortable. When we picked them up, they were relaxed and not in a hurry to leave. 😄We will definitely book Nancy again when we are in the area.”

About: I’ve had dogs since I was about 10. I took care of my doggies as a little girl as well as an adult, (feed, train, love, bathe). They were a sweet part of my family. I’ve also had a couple cats and birds to love on as well. I’m currently a stay at home momma so I have extra time to walk and play with your fur baby. My family loves dogs and kitties but we don’t have one of our own yet. So the opportunity to love and care for your doggie and/or kitty makes us so happy. Just having your furry at home with us and living life with us is so exciting. We have a couple beautiful nature walks that we would love to walk them on and a fun dog park about 5 min from our house. We also would be open to and love to care for your hamster, guinea pig, bird, snake, etc. Message me for prices on those types of animals.
“My boys LOVED spending the day with him! I knew the moment I picked them up, because they were happy to see me, but not desperate. (Happy like you'd expect after a walk, instead of desperate like you'd expect after a grooming.) If I ever need dog sitting in the area again, I'm absolutely bringing them back!”

About: I’ve had pets almost my entire life and can’t imagine a home without at least 20 extra legs romping around! I love caring for pets of all kinds—dogs and cats, whether they’re easygoing or have extra needs. I’m calm, attentive, and tuned in to their routines, comfort, and subtle cues. I also have experience with more complex situations, like fostering pregnant dogs (including one on strict bed rest with a broken leg) and supporting her and her puppies through pneumonia. I’ve provided breathing treatments, assisted with chest therapy, bottle-fed sick puppies, and administered medications when needed. Beyond that, I’ve raised puppies with and without their moms, hospice-fostered senior dogs, regularly dog- and cat-sat for friends, and fostered kittens and cats. I treat every pet as if they were my own, so you can trust they’ll be safe, happy, and truly cared for. Pet care is already woven into my daily life. I currently have two cats and three dogs, so feeding schedules, walks, potty breaks, playtime, and engagement are a consistent part of my routine. I’m home regularly throughout the day to provide meals, companionship, and attentive care, rather than fitting pets in around long absences. Because my household already revolves around animal care, welcoming additional pets into my space doesn’t disrupt my routine—it simply means adding more friends to it. I’m thoughtful about maintaining structure, ensuring everyone gets individual attention, and keeping the environment calm, safe, and comfortable. Your pet will be cared for as part of a well-established, loving routine, not treated like an afterthought. I tailor care to each pet’s individual needs and preferences to create a calm, low-stress environment. I’m attentive and proactive about supervision, and if any concerns arise, pets are calmly and safely separated. I have experience managing mixed households and ensuring all animals have their own safe spaces. My home includes a fully fenced, secure backyard that is always closed and locked for safe outdoor time. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I closely follow their routines to maintain comfort and consistency. Above all, my priority is that every pet feels safe, comfortable, and genuinely cared for.
“Ashley was very communicative and sent updates throughout Millie’s stay with her which made us feel very comfortable. She knew very well how to read her body language and did a great job getting her to be comfortable around other dogs.”

“Jana is truly a dog lover and my dog could tell! She absolutely loves Jana! Jana is an amazing dog sitter! She took care of Lele like we would! She took her on 3 walks in one day! Lele’s a Golden Doodle and high energy so she loved it! She’s snoring on the couch now! You can honestly trust Jana with your beloved pups! She’s the absolute best! ❤️”

“I left Sully my 4.5 month puppy with Melissa for the first time leaving him with anyone. When I dropped him off after meeting Melissa I was confident he would be well taken care of. Sully had an amazing time with Melissa’s 1 year old play puppy & when i came to pick him I wasn’t sure he wanted to come home : ) There is nothing better than knowing you have someone like Melissa to care for you dog when you need to be away from home. One of her reviewer said 10/10. I agree! Thank you Melissa for taking such good care of Sully!”

“Brittany is great! We had never used a sitter or taken our dog to doggy daycare before so we were a little nervous, but Brittany responded quickly, sent multiple pictures throughout the day, and our dog loved her. Will definitely book with her again!”

About: We are life long animal lovers that just don’t have time to adopt with our frequent travel schedule. That is why we have signed up to Rover. This is an opportunity for us to help other families whilst enjoying the company and companionship of a dog. Without writing too much, we promise to love and care for your pet like they’re our own and will also send updates/ pictures as often as you wish! We know how hard it is to leave your fur baby so we want to make the experience as pleasant as possible for you both. We promise to treat yours like family (because they are). Please reach out! I have a toddler who i am home with during most of the days. We also have 2 lovely teenage boys in school and my husband works full time…sometimes from home or sometimes flying out of town. You have to walk up 5 steps to get to the main level of our house which the dog will be welcome in. We have our upper level gated off at the staircase due to our toddler.
“Meredith took amazing care of Maki! She got to play with her dog and cat, and I really appreciated how patient and understanding she was when Maki had an 💩 accident inside her home. Maki came home happy, tired, and went straight to sleep. Will definitely book again. Highly recommend! 🐾💛”

About: Hello! I am a retired RN and the mom to a wonderful, friendly chocolate lab. It would be a privilege to combine my love of dogs and cats, and Nate's love of play, and welcome your pet into our house. I am retired, so now have a flexible routine and schedule! I can easily watch or walk your pet. I walk my dog 1-2 times a day so it would be a pleasure to add your pet to our crew! I live in a quiet neighborhood, with a fenced yard. There is ample outdoor space to walk dogs, that is not on a busy street! I am comfortable with caring for a pet with health needs, having had many pets in my lifetime, and being a retired RN.
About: I have worked with animals since I was 13 years old, Have been worked in Rover for several years. I have been a pet owner, carer and lover all of my life. I know how hard it is to leave your fur-babies behind when you have to go away. I will give them the love that you yourself give them. It's my great pleasure to be a surrogate Mommy. I will always send photos, texts and, we can even make video calls. Being in touch and getting happy smiling updates is an important part of knowing all is well and good with your animals. So I am always happy to do that for my clients. Animals are my passion, and I would treat your pet as if they were my own. I work from home, so I’m available all the week and weekends. Your dog can be around all of our house which is only one story (good for older dogs). They will never feel alone! I have a big fenced yard, where they can run, play or just chill, they can come and go inside and out of the house to the backyard as much as they wish.
About: I have a decade worth of experience caring for my babies. I’ve been referred as an animal whisperer, so I take first impressions very seriously. I am home 24/7, so you can trust that your babies are being attended to during their visit. That also means my schedule is very flexible and I am open to unique situations as well. My babies freely roam my home, but are very disciplined. They’re taken potty/walked ideally every 2 hours. Whatever my client needs, I will make sure I do my upmost to make it happen.
“Bruno had his first stay here and I can tell he felt right at home with her and her family. He had a sleepover and got to play all day, while I slept after working. I feel totally comfortable with him doing a long stay with them now and I know he’ll get lots of cuddles and play time.”

“Trevor took excellent care of our 75lbs dog while we were away. He kept her food and water bowls full, gave her meds daily and took her on 2 big walks a day. Would definitely contact him again the next time we need someone to take care of our dog!”
About: I’ve been caring for pets since I was 16, so I have years of experience with animals of all ages and personalities, from energetic puppies and playful kittens to older pets who need extra patience and love. I currently have two dogs and a cat, and I’ve raised them since they were young, so I understand the attention, training, and care every animal needs. I’m an athlete and love going on walks, so I can keep up with high-energy dogs or take long, leisurely strolls with older pets. I’m also comfortable handling feisty or shy pets, and I always focus on building trust, keeping pets safe, and making sure they feel happy and loved while their owners are away. Whether your pet needs walks, playtime, cuddles, or just companionship, I treat every animal like family and adapt to their unique personality and needs. I’m willing to go the extra mile (literally and figuratively) to make sure your pets feel cared for, safe, and comfortable. I just finished school and currently work as a waitress for about 4 hours a day, which leaves me with plenty of free time. I’m looking to spend those off-hours doing something I genuinely love caring for pets. My schedule is really flexible, so I’m able to fit in walks, drop-ins, and pet sitting throughout the day and week. Whether you need regular visits or last-minute help, I’m happy to make it work around my shifts. When I’m caring for pets in my client’s home, I follow their routine as closely as possible so their pet feels safe and comfortable. I stick to feeding schedules, walk times, playtime, and any special instructions you leave. I take the time to get to know each pet’s personality whether they’re playful, shy, or extra cuddly and make sure they get plenty of attention, exercise, and reassurance while you’re away. I also respect your space by keeping everything clean, secure, and exactly how you left it. When caring for pets in my own home, I have a fully fenced yard where dogs can play and explore safely. My dogs are kept in my garage during visits so your dog has full freedom to roam in the yard or, if they are an indoor dog, stay inside the house comfortably. I already have two dogs and a cat, so I’m used to managing different personalities and making sure everyone feels safe and happy. Walks, playtime, and lots of love are always part of the day. No matter where your pet is, my goal is always the same: to keep them safe, happy, and loved just like they’re part of my own family.
About: Does your dog like casual strolls through parks? Me too! Do they like going to beach and dipping in the ocean? Me too! Or do they like snuggling on couch and watching Gardeners World & Northern Exposure??? Me too!!! Let’s be friends!!! 🥹❤️ I have had dogs and cats and other pets mostly my whole life. I have a lot experience caring for friends and family dogs, such as Labradors, German Shepherds, Rottweilers, Chihuahuas, Chow-chows, Bichons, Mastiffs, and other mixes. Now that I currently have free time, I would love to care for yours. I have lived with roommates with dogs from Bulldogs, Pitt-bulls, Boxers to Pomeranians. I worked and lived many years on a farm where taking care of three Rottweiler farm dogs at the same time was part of the job description. It did not seem like work at all, because farm life with dogs is absolute bliss. I have an interest in learning about the holistic approach when caring for my dog. I want her to have the most optimal life in the most natural way. I admire Juliette De Baïracli Levy a lot and am currently learning about her work with animals. My approach is friendly yet stern enough for the big furry friends. I love big dogs as I have had lifelong friendships/experience with many Rottweilers and an entire littler of Labradors who are now Seniors. When I was caring for the dogs on the farm, two Rottweilers came as puppies while I was caring for another who was middle to eventually Senior. I would give the Senior medicine. And eventually one of the puppies grew up and got sick and needed medicine too. I believe the Rottweiler is my spirit animal for they always magically show up in my life. <3 My current dog is a big German Shepherd Cattle dog mix, sweetie girl. She is two years old and acts like a big puppy. She is curious with high energy. She is very cute and smart so she tries to test limits, but overall thrives to be a good girl. It makes me proud when I get positive feedback from those that meet her. I am currently working part time as well as studying which allows me to very easily fit in pet care every day in my routine. I am currently unable to share my home for boarding care. I’d be happy to care for them if they need someone present for overnight stays.
About: Hello. My name is Veronica. I live close to Pleasant Valley High School in Camarillo. I took a break from dog sitting, walking, etc. the past several years as my job required me to be out of town in office on several days. My office work has since changed. I now work only part time (gradually easing into retirement) and work remotely from home. When my beloved Dexter passed away, I rescued my current dog, Dakota. Unfortunately, due to his traumatic start in life, he does not get along with other dogs; therefore, I can no longer watch other pet parents' dogs in my home nor can I stay overnight in their homes. However, I am available to dogsit during the day in your home and also walk your fur babies. I do love to be outdoors. I am an enthusiastic animal lover (the reason for my vegetarian lifestyle). I especially love dogs. I am very active. I regularly hike trails and walk daily. I will text or e-mail you constant updates including photos of your loved one(s) while in my care. About this sitter: I am a passionate animal lover.......the reason I am a vegetarian. I especially love dogs and could not imagine life without at least one dog in my family. I love being outdoors and lead a very active lifestyle.....canyon hikes, beach walks, and neighborhood walks/jogs. My current best friend, Dakota certainly keeps me moving! I have had at least two dogs in my family my entire life....and as many as four dogs for many years. My last two senior dogs passed away several years ago, leaving me with only one dog, my Boxer, Dexter, who then passed away almost 3 years ago due to advanced heart failure at age 11. Within a month later, I rescued Dakota, a labrador. I couldn't imagine my home without at least one dog sharing it with me.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats since I was a kid. I have years of experience working with large dogs with anxiety and high energy, especially German Shepherds. I have been trained in reconditioning and desensitization training for anxious/traumatized dogs. I also love working with small and medium dogs. I am very attuned to the body language of cats and dogs and am attentive to their nervous system to ensure everyone’s safety and comfort. I’m currently working part time and my schedule is very flexible. I can also do most of my work remotely so I can be with your pets even more. I can be available most days and nights. I strive to maintain your pet’s normal routine, whatever that may look like. I know that when you are away, that can be more stressful for your pet so I try to do whatever I can to make your pet more relaxed and happy. If I am house sitting overnight, I will clean any dishes I have used, launder any sheets or towels if I am able and generally leave a tidy space for you to return to.
“Thanks so much for accommodating our very last minute request. Jennifer was on time and walked her for the whole 30 mins.Freya was super tired when she got back and we were so glad to be able to get her that walk while we were busy. She went straight to her mini pool to cool off!”

“Kathleen cared for my elderly pitiful 2-3 times a day for over a month after it had surgery. She was very reliable, communicative and great with following postponed instructions and caring for our dog.”

“I’ve been using Nancy for my pets for years so I was really excited when she joined Rover. She’s very reliable and I trust her wholeheartedly with my pets to know that what I ask will be done right the first time! My dog and cat both adore her and get so excited when she comes over!”

About: We're an animal-loving family, offering calm, reliable care for animals of all ages and sizes. I was mom to a Belgian Malinois her whole life and grew up with cats. While we can't have pets of our own right now, caring for others' furry friends is our happy compromise. My schedule is flexible. I work from home full time, 5 days a week and can therefore provide regular potty breaks, stimulation, and cuddles as needed. There is also a dog park and facilities to wash dogs 500 feet from my home. Whether you have high-energy dogs that need regular exercise and stimulation, or low-key cats or dogs that just want naps and cuddles, I adjust to meet the needs of your furry friends. If you're comfortable, I can take your doggy on short, local hikes or adventures. Or ride around town as my errand companion. If you have more low-key dogs or cats that just want a quiet, calm place to relax and receive snuggles, my home is just the place for peaceful decompression.
“We loved working with Sara! She was a great fit for our energetic goldendoodle and sent us updates and pictures every day! We will definitely ask for her help again next time Leo needs some extra walkies!”

About: I have been a pet sitter since I was in middle school and have had the pleasure and opportunity to care for many different furry companions! I am no stranger to administering medications and have pet-sit many different dogs and cats of all sizes and shapes! I am currently a college student who loves taking care of all kinds of fur babies! You can be sure I will have plenty of time to play with your pups and kittens to their hearts’ content! I’m still getting used to how this app works with its settings, so if you have any questions about pricing and schedule, shoot me a text so we can discuss it! I'm willing to talk things out if you can't initially afford my rates! ¡También soy fluida en español! My clients will always receive the best care that I can possibly give them. Every animal is different and has different needs, and I am prepared to meet them all! If necessary I will administer medications and clean up messes! I take great pleasure in making your best furry friends feel safe and loved! Your pets are my clients too!
About: My 400+ hours of experience training shelter dogs make me the perfect caretaker for any breed of dog. Every interaction we have with our dogs teaches them something and I’m dedicated to teaching them the skills they need to be successful: impulse control, leash manners, and confidence. I tailor my sessions to the dog in front of me: their mood, personality, breed, health, and confidence. Seniors, reactive dogs, bullies, giant breeds, pullers, fearful dogs, jumpy, mouthy, and more all okay — I’ll walk anything! I’m a college student freelancing and running a jewelry business between classes. My days are flexible. You can see which days and times I’m free on my calendar. Free on holidays, sometimes with extra charge. For in-house visits: I bring to your home only items you’ve approved: you must let me know if your pet has any food allergies or tendencies to eat certain toys. I can walk your dog, offer training sessions, and give food enrichment like puzzle feeders and lick mats for dogs and cats by your request. I can send in pictures and video. My experience with a variety of cats and dogs has taught me how to read body language and meet an animal where it’s at. For dog walking, I like to bring treats to build and maintain your dog’s obedience on leash. If this is something that aligns with your goals for your dog, I can use your treats or my own (in which case you must inform me of any allergies or intolerances). I strive for a 15 foot distance between the dog I’m walking and any other animals.
About: I have been house and petting sitting for over 25 years. I have cared for every type of animal you can think of! I have mostly cared for dogs, cats and smaller animals, however, I also have extensive knowledge when it comes to large livestock animals. I grew up participating in a club called 4H where I raised lambs and pigs. I have also had several job opportunities working for dog obedience trainers and breeders doing handler work and even some show training. I have had many clients over the years, many of whom I’ve been with for 10+ years. I grew up with dogs in the house but, for the last 20 years this has been a cat domain! My last cat Sugar was with me her entire life. I rescued her from the street and had to learn how to bottle feed her and everything else that comes with a newborn kitten. I feel very privileged I got to spend her 17 years with her. Now I have 3 rambunctious boys taking over this house but I wouldn’t have it any other way. I would love the chance to get to know you and your fur family, I assure you they will be in the best of care. I am not currently working a 9-5 job so I can provide any care needed, anytime you need it! Schedule is open to new clients! Your pet is my priority, I want to a make sure the time i spend with your pet works out best for them. I have small fenced-in yard with a very high height. I have a crate set up in a spare room or your pet can roam freely if you choose. I can provide many other services around your home should you need additional care. I very much enjoy spending time with animals in their own environment, I want your pet to feel safe and assured when you are unable to be home.
About: I have been caring for fur babies for 6 years. I started watching dogs because my little girl at the time was terrified of dogs. I knew the only way to help her overcome her fear and learn to read the cues of dogs was to work with them one-on-one. We started with one fur baby and have since welcomed many beautiful fur babies who have become part of our family. We will treat your babies like family, and they will live their best vacation life with us. We document daily with pictures and videos so you can feel like you are a part of their days. We have also taken care of senior dogs and puppies. We look forward to taking care of your babies and meeting you all! As of now, pet care is my primary job. I take care of many babies, and they require a lot of my attention. If we go somewhere and they are small enough, we take them on outings and put them in our doggy stroller. Bigger dogs, if events are pet-friendly and the parents agree, we take them with us. We also love to take them to the dog park and on walks. I have a fenced yard. I do not have a pet of our own. When we do drop in care, we are very respectful of your home. We follow all directions given and make sure to keep you updated on your pets care.

About: Hi Im Reese, a recent graduate from IU with a degree in Animal Behavior. I’ve grown up with cats, dogs, turtles etc and in college, I got to work in a doggy daycare in which I cared for dogs of all ages, breeds, and sizes. I also volunteered as an animal care intern at an animal rescue and adapted care to animals with disabilities. Open to taking care of any pets and excited to make fury friends! I am currently living at home over summer after graduating from IU. I plan to be here with full availability until August, and am hoping to fill my schedule with lots of time with wonderful pets. I have a fenced yard and a fenced off pool, and lots of backyard space. I live in a two story home with plenty of space and am able to spend several hours a day with pets. My sister has a cat that stays in her room and I will keep any pets away from the cat (even though she is a sweetheart and would do no harm)
About: I have a big dog and can confidently take care of any kind of dog. I love going on walks and playing with both dogs and cats. I also have experience taking care of chickens, goats, rabbits, and ducks. I am a college student home for the summer with a lot of free time. I have a car as my mode of transportation and love spending my days taking care of animals. I can absolutely schedule my day around taking care of your baby. I do not offer services in my home. I can take your pet for a walk around the neighborhood or to a nearby dog park, and am comfortable putting animals in their crates. I live in a smoke free house.
About: What sets me apart as a sitter is that I’ve lived with animals my entire life and truly love caring for them. I have experience with both cats and dogs, and I understand their routines, personalities, and needs. I own cats, and many of my friends have dogs and cats that I’ve helped take care of, giving me hands-on experience with different temperaments. I’m patient, attentive, and reliable, and I always make sure pets feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for while their owners are away. Pet care is already a regular part of my daily and weekly routine. I care for my own pets every day, which includes feeding, cleaning, playtime, and making sure they are comfortable and safe. I plan my schedule around pet care, so I’m used to being consistent, on time, and attentive. Because of this, it’s easy for me to fit pet sitting, walking, and check-ins into my routine and give each pet the time and care they need. I care for pets by following their usual routines and making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved. In my home or a client’s home, I provide fresh food and water, regular walks or playtime, litter box or cleanup care, and lots of attention. I respect the owner’s instructions closely, including feeding schedules, medications if needed, and house rules. I always keep the environment clean and make sure pets are supervised and never left feeling stressed or ignored.

“I could not rave about Jana enough. She has such a great energy, very communicative sent a lot of videos and photos of my boy while I was gone. Thanks so much for your excellent care for my boy!”

“Erin and Ken were AMAZING! I felt very comfortable and happy knowing that my pup was well taken care of in a loving home with another pup to hang with. They sent update photos and were extremely responsive with communication. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to have your pup stay somewhere for a few nights and I will definitely be contacting them for my next trip out of town.”

About: We are a pet-centered family. Fur babies have been at the heart of our home for over 20 years. We've rescued dogs and cats across various stages of life, some with special needs, and loved them well into their senior years. We provide personalized care, tailored to the specific needs of your pet. Whether it's adhering to the dietary requirements of their meals, administering medication, or modifying walks and play to accommodate any physical limitations or developmental needs. We’re conveniently located near 101, making for an easy drop off and pickup. Animals of all types tend to gravitate to me. I'm patient and playful. If they just need a calm presence to cuddle with or a buddy to play fetch and get their zoomies out, I adapt to the needs of your pet. Our home is filled to the brim with a love for pets and their care. My wife leads a community for pet parents and my daughter is a future vet who makes every animal she meets her best friend and desires to rescue as many she can. I'm a retired engineer and my wife works from home. Pets are family and our schedules are adjusted accordingly to ensure they are not alone. I love nature and giving pets the opportunity to relax and play where they feel the most comfortable. We can walk the park grounds right outside our door, relax on the deck, or snuggle on the couch. We can also hop in the Jeep and go exploring if they prefer. Every pet is different and my goal is to always meet them right where they are.

“Jody is so sweet and took such good care of Koda. He got lots of love from her and her family. When we picked him up he seemed like he didn’t even want to go home, he was enjoying it so much. She even washed his doggie bed.♥️ Jody’s location is perfect for us since we need to pass her house on the way to the airport. We will definitely choose Jody again to take care of our Koda.”

Her backyard is fantastic—huge, secure, and perfect for dogs to run around and play safely. Shahrzad kept me updated and took wonderful care of everything. It's such a relief to find someone you can genuinely trust. Highly recommended, and I will definitely be booking with her again!"”

“Christopher was very easy to communicate with making our planning and execution simple. Our dog loved “doggy vacation” and I loved all the pictures and videos. Our dog came home happy, healthy and well cared for.”
