About: Helped take care of a geriatric dog who was incontinent and lost the use of her legs in the last year of her life. I have had animals in my home all my life, from dogs, cats, birds, and lizards. I usually work a couple of days a week for half days at Michaels. I am available for check-ins most mornings and in the afternoons. I live in a condo with tons of space for running around. I have two of my own cats, and any boarders would have to be fine with them. About: I've taken care of many dogs ever since I was the age of ten. Neighbors, friends, roommates, and family would rely on me to drop by if needed. I have always loved animals, and I will make sure your animals are healthy and happy. I have experience with all kinds of dogs, from small to large, and I even cared for all three of my siblings' dogs at once for about a full year. My schedule is pretty flexible! Wednesdays can be pretty busy, but other than that, feel free to request a booking, and I will respond as soon as possible. With my previous dog, I made sure she lived her life to the fullest. I took her on walks twice a day to the dog park right next to the neighborhood, but at specific times. As she aged, of course I had to decrease walks or distance. We gave her medication orally. The last dog I dog sat, she had a leg injury, so I had to make sure she didn’t jump off the couch or do anything to stress her injuries. I always accommodate what the owner wants for their pets, and I love playing with the dogs.
