I adopted my two dogs from CARL and ever since they have loved their new home! Before I adopted my dogs, I helped my mom foster a variety of dogs, kittens and rabbits through VCAS.

In my own home, I feed and play with my two cats along with walking my two dogs while allowing them a full outdoor experience! If it is raining, then I ensure they are still able to use their noses by having them “play a game” where they have to find all the low-calorie treats around my house.
Ratings and reviews
This is the second time Alexis has stayed at my home, and this time she sat both my resident Aussie, Max, and a foster dog, Marley. This was a big experiment since it was the first time Marley had stayed with a sitter. Alexis was incredible. She dealt with so much with the stressed and anxious foster dog while I was gone (potty accidents, giving medicine, cleaning up a broken glass he pulled off the counter, etc.). Marley is a bit of an escape artist, and she made sure he was safe the whole time and couldn’t sneak out. She also kept in regular communication with me which was essential for this stay. I’m so grateful for her care and effort while I was on my weeklong vacation! Thank you so much, Alexis! :)
