“As a first time user of Rover I have to say our experience with Rachel was 10/10. She listened to our advice and what our pet likes and sent us frequent updates to reassure us that our pet was happy and healthy. We were nervous to leave our dog as she has some separation anxiety but Rachel's dog Maggie is a sweetheart and made the time our dog spent there full of fun. Rachel was professional and courteous throughout the process and we couldn't be more thrilled! Thank you!”

“The only difficult part of writing this review is finding enough good things to say about Cody and Sienna. Every interaction, from our first communication to picking up Puck after his stay, conveyed warmth, canine knowledge, and professionalism. Puck is a rescue with some serious PTSD and social anxiety, so we had concerns about boarding him where there would be several other dogs in the house. At the same time, we've been working hard with these issues and felt that he was ready for some "fun with furry friends," but only in the right environment. Cody took the time in several lengthy exchanges to provide detailed information about how they would work with Puck to help him overcome his anxieties and feel safe enough to be himself, and boy did he come through. When we dropped him off, we spent time in the backyard with Puck while Cody and Sienna brought out the other dogs for introductions one at a time, watching for any issues. There were none . . . they knew the other dogs well, and make it a point to not take aggressive dogs. Puck was shy but clearly not panicked or overly anxious . . . the easy pace comforted him. We left in confidence, and in the following days received regular updates, photos and videos about Puck's progress. He made friends, relaxed, and began to come out of his shell. I love that Cody and Sienna are both so affectionate with the dogs; there is a lot of love there, and it shows in the demeanor of all the dogs. When we picked up Puck, he was of course delirious with joy to see us, but again, not overcome with nervousness or anxiety. We could see that he had developed a relationship with Cody and Sienna, and that he felt safe and loved. When we arrived home, he slipped right back into normal routines without needing decompression time. Thank you Cody and Sienna for providing Puck with a warm and loving home-away-from-home, and for the priceless experience of positive socializing with other dogs . . . . you best believe we will be reaching out to you again on our next visit to SoCal!”
