Many years of experience working with animals. 10 years of experience working with animal rescue and other dog shelters. I grew up raising dogs for the majority of my life. I currently own three dogs. 1 Havenese pure breed, 1 Chocolate lab, 1 Pomeranian tea cup pure breed. They are all very friendly and playful. During your pets stay I will provide basic needs to your pets, feed them, provide water, and shelter, play time, treats, and walks. I am available Monday through Thursday I. Can do fridays if asked ahead of time. I currently work part time at my other job on the weekends only. I am home the majority of the time so I will be very attentive to your pets needs.

About: Hi I’m Lizzy, new here as sitter but have been on Rover for 8+ years. I’ve cared for many dogs over the years myself, having fostered and rescued and it brings me joy every time helping these amazing souls find the loving homes and humans that my dogs have. I work from home so I am here to give the love, care, and attention that your pet will need. I have senior care experience as well as puppy care. My loves are Zoei (14yr old Dachshund mix) and TaMollie (4 month old Miniature Dachshund). I have a fenced back yard for plenty of play and exercise. I have cared for 3 litters consisting of 7 puppies each at a time even having to supplement bottle some at times. I know first hand how important it is to find a safe and caring sitter for you pet while you are away and if I can help to ease the anxiety that comes with that task by looking after them, that right there is what it’s all about! I work from home, so I’ll have plenty of time to play and exercise your pet. Also being available for bathroom breaks as needed. Minimal crate time is what I like to go for. I have fenced yard and two small breed dogs to keep your dog company. They love meeting new friends and playtime is a blast. Safe supervised freedom is how I am with my pets.

“Frankly, I couldn't ask for a better sitter -- and this was our first time. Miranda is reliable, friendly and clearly is an animal lover. Her children are as well. I am so grateful to have met her through Rover. I have a small dog and am particular about where he stays. This is not a personal slight to anyone other than how easily something unfortunate could more readily happen to fragile small ones -- like having a "baby-proofed" home. Until recently, family and friends volunteered to have him, but his go-to's (Grandma) moved out of State and good friend got a Pitbull, so his go-to's are no longer possible. Anyway, I knew instantly he was in her safe care during our introductory meeting -- with added bonus to have the extra loving from her children. Our first night was a tester (not for me to be assured about Miranda) but for her comfort that Ernie is "as advertised" so she wouldn't have any surprises while I was many miles away & that Ernie had one experience of me returning to take him home again. Thank you again, Miranda. I've already raved about you to friends. You deserve all 5 stars!!”

Cayley was awesome with Duke and Addie! From her update pics, I could tell they were getting taken care of and were comfortable in her care. She was also very responsive and easy to communicate with. Thank you Cayley for taking care of our pups while we were away :)
Couldn’t recommend Travis enough! We left our 5 month old pup with Travis for boarding, and the experience was incredible from start to finish. Travis kept us updated the entire time and treated our dog like one of his own. Not only did our pup come home happy and well cared for, but noticeably more disciplined and responsive than when we dropped her off! It’s clear Travis knows dogs and truly enjoys what he does. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We couldn't have asked for a better experience with Jenny during our dog's spring break stay from 04/07/2025 to 04/14/2025! From the moment we met her, Jenny was incredibly warm and connected with our sweet fur-son, Beau, right away. Throughout the week, she kept us updated with daily photos and videos—which meant the world to us while we were on vacation. Jenny went above and beyond, even taking Beau to the beach, hiking, and giving him the chance to socialize and play with other dogs. When we picked him up, it was clear he had a fun, happy, and love-filled week. He was relaxed, content, and clearly adored his time with her. We are so grateful for the care and attention Jenny gave Beau, and we will definitely be trusting her again in the future. Highly recommend!
