“Emily was such a great hep during this crazy week with our dog! She made sure Kenai was super happy and always sent great updates about her status! I can’t tell you how much of a great help she was to our family. Thank you again Emily!”

About: When I had a dog, one of my favorite things to do with her was taking her on walks around the neighborhood. Unfortunately I'm not in the position to have my own dog at the moment, so I'd love to walk yours instead! My life has always revolved around animals, whether caring for my own critters or for others. Throughout my life, I've had guinea pigs, hamsters, lizards, snakes, and tarantulas. In high school and college I would regularly care for my neighbors' and family friends' various pets while they were away including dogs, cats, rabbits, fish, and birds. In recent years while getting established in my field professionally, I worked part-time at a non-profit animal rescue caring for resident animals and boarders. I have experience in basic obedience and can look out for medical concerns. If your pet has any special medical or behavioral needs, I can give medications and reinforce any training you are working on. I work from home most weekdays so my schedule can be flexible. For a more detailed explanation of my availability, on Mondays and Thursdays I can do early morning and evening visits only. Tuesdays, Fridays and weekends, I can be available most times of day with notice. On Wednesdays, I'm available after 11 AM. When it comes to your precious animal companions, safety, reliability, and trust are always my top priorities. As a long-time pet owner, I know daunting it is to leave them in the care of another person, especially when you are opening your home to them. I am committed to understanding the individual needs of your pet to ensure they receive the best care possible. I appreciate the opportunity and sincerely thank you for considering me!

“Daniela took great care of our pets. She is top of my my list for a sitter.”

“I can’t say enough about Sara and the service she provided. She took care of our cat and was so wonderful to him. She was kind enough to send us updates and photos everytime she checked on him and spent quality time with him. We did a meet and greet with her before we went out of town...which was a great component. As long as she is available we will hope to have her care in the future. Plus, she is just really nice and kind!”

“Patricia was available when I needed her. She was flexible with my schedule changes. Reliable and will definitely ask her again.”

About: Hi, I’m Kyle! I’ve been off Rover for a while but now I’m back and ready to give your pups alllll the love. I have experience with all types of dogs, from a 3 month old weenie to an 80 pound Doberman. I’ve spent a good portion of my life living with and caring for dogs. It’s important to me that your pup feels safe and loved in my care. From running with them to giving lots of loves, I will make sure they feel right at home! I have experience administering meds and caring for senior dogs, as well as tiny dogs who need some time to warm up and need patience during potty training. I also have experience training my dogs using lots of positive reinforcement and treats! If your dog is reading this with you right now, 1) wow congratulations, that’s amazing, and 2) who’s a good pup????? I can’t wait to meet you and spend time with your dog! Currently I am working part time (my schedule changes almost weekly) but I have plenty of time to love and take care of your sweet babe. I have a lot of experience with an array of breeds, sizes, ages. I know how to love and take care of a dog with the best of ‘em, if you have particular rules/schedules, I’ll follow them to a tee.

“Stacy was great with our 2 cats! She dispensed them medication and followed all the instructions we wrote out. We’ll hire her again next time!”

About: Hi im Alexandra, im a student at moorpark college currently taking online classes so im available most of the time. I have 12 years of experience walking dogs, staying at others home house sitting/pet sitting, checking in on & in general caring for animals starting at a young age because my mom owns her own dog grooming business. I will love your pet and care for him or her as if they were my own. I know sometimes leaving your dog/cat/etc. with someone you do not know can be a little scary but, I promise your baby is in good hands and will be taken care of, cuddled, played with, pet, and loved. I will send regular updates with pictures letting you know that everything is ok. Im comfortable giving medication or accommodating to any special needs your baby might have. If I am staying in your home I do not mind bringing in the mail, rolling out the trash cans, watering the plants or any other everyday tasks you need done. During walks I will make sure your pup is securely fasened in their harness/collar and on a leash at all times. My eyes will be on them the whole time because it only takes a second for something bad to happen. I have many references you can contact if needed. I look forward to hearing from you and meeting your dog/cat etc. I am currently taking online classes that I can do pretty much anywhere, which enables me to be available almost all of the time. I will have plenty of time to love & play with your pups(: I know it can be a little concerning letting a stranger into your home. So feel free to have cameras or call and check in as many times as you want lol I like to stay with the animals most of the time, I might run out to grab food , go to church, run by my parents etc. But, I will stay with them a majority of the time. I watch doors so they do not get out. I like to sleep with them if it's an over night gig. I am good with giving dogs meds or special feeding instructions. I've had many clients so feel free to ask for references. Being a student taking online classes so im available most of the time. I will do walks and check in appointments for multiple clients during the same day. I'm only unavailable if I'm doing overnight stays where the family prefers I don't leave during the day. Although, leaving for an hour once or twice a day usually is not an issue. I also have a remote job which doesn't interfere with this one. During this time I don't care for any pets in my own home, I usually travel to the clients home. While I'm caring for your animals I treat them as if they were my own. I am cautious to make sure they do not accidental get let out, feed or if needed give medication on time. I do not have any guests over. I always send pictures and updates during my stay. I have many references if needed, I know it can be nerve racking leaving your babies with someone new. I will also meet with you before to go over details, meet your animals and overall, make sure it's a good fit. I am comfortable giving medication if needed. I am also CRP certified.

“Meghan was a great cat sitter. She has done drop in visits for us twice now. She is very thorough and a great communicator. I will definitely hire her again anytime I have to leave out of town and she’s available. Thank you Meghan for being so attentive and awesome.”

I do follow instructions to a tee because as a pet owner I know that every animal is different.

About: I have 2 dogs currently but have been around all different sorts of animals in my life, big dogs, small dogs and even cats. I have a few years of experience working with animals and i always love being around them! I have lots of time to spare so i hope you book me for your petsitting needs ! Weekdays work best for me but also available on weekends. I love to go on walks with my dogs, they love going to the dog park and i also have experience with senior dogs as well and try to keep them active.

About: I have taken care of cats and dogs of many kinds for friends, family, neighbors and roommates since I was 11 years old and I’m a cat mom myself. I’m currently a student in college but my classes are online so I have open availability for weekdays and weekends, any time of the day. I do not have a yard, and I have protective gates if your fur baby requires that, and if your pup or kitty wants company then I have two friendly cats.

About: I’ve been taking care of our two fur babies who are big doggos, alongside my wife who is a retired K9 Handler. I love to homeschool our rescue dog because she learned some naughty habits, while our other dog teaches me that every dog is unique! I treat your dog as if I were taking care of my own, and to learn what makes your dog happy and what makes them anxious. Proud Filipina 🇵🇭 I love being a weekend helper so that you can enjoy time away from home and feel like your fur baby is taken care of — whether it’s a short play time or with a walk around the neighborhood! I primarily work remotely from home, and can house sit during the week with notice. I love clear instructions, expectations, and boundaries! I strive to leave someplace as good as (or better than) I found it. My complex has green space and a few parks with walking paths perfect for a walk together. Since I have reliable car service, I travel between both Ventura and Los Angeles County.

About: As an exceptional pet sitter with over 15 years of experience, my passion for nurturing dogs from the playful days of puppyhood to the golden years is unmatched. With an unwavering commitment to their wellbeing, I have honed my skills in providing comprehensive care and addressing their unique needs at every life stage. Whether it’s potty training, energetic play sessions, administering medications, or gentle care for aging companions, I approach each responsibility with the utmost attentiveness. Entrusting your beloved canine companion to my care guarantees a nurturing environment filled with love, compassion, and a deep understanding of their evolving requirements. With my job, I have carefully crafted a schedule that seamlessly integrates my love for pet sitting. My flexible schedule allows me to cater to your pets needs during my free time, ensuring they receive the attention, exercise, and care they deserve. Whether it’s early mornings, evenings, or weekends, I’m dedicated to accommodating your pets schedule and making sure they feel cherished and attended to while you’re away. When it comes to caring for my personal pets, I go above and beyond to ensure their health and happiness. I firmly believe in providing them with the best possible care, which includes cooking fresh and nutritious meals tailored to their specific dietary needs. I’m also well versed in administering daily medications, ensuring they receive their prescribed treatments without any hassle. Playtime is a big priority of mine with my fur babies and I will always make sure your companion feels like they’re having a great time when I care for them!

About: I grew up raising chickens, ducks, pigs, and all kinds of farm animals in the countryside of Taiwan. I love animals and they have always been a great part of my life. When I moved to America, the focus switched to dogs and cats largely. I have three daughters, and the youngest one just started college so you could call me an empty-nester. I’m reliable, consistent, great at communication (just ask my Poshmark and Etsy clients!), and love being outdoors. Whatever your pet needs, I’m sure I can take care of it. With my children gone and husband at work, I spend most of my time gardening and would love to share that extra free time with your furry friends. They will receive a lot of attention and I have a big yard for them to play in as well. I’ve spent most of my adulthood caring for my three daughters. Now that they are adults and in the grown world, I can give all that time and attention to your pets. I have a large backyard that is surrounded by giant brick walls. It is very safe for all dogs and cats to play in. My house is pet-friendly. If house sitting is requested, just let me know your pets’ special needs and I will be sure to attend to them, whether it be a potty schedule, administering medication, or walks and feeding times.

“We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Jes went above and beyond with our timid terrier and got her to warm up. We highly recommend her!”

13. Courtney M.
“Hi my name is Kaylee and I have known Courtney for over 14 years. Courtney is a caring and loyal person not only as a friend to me but to any animal she comes by, i mean truly if we saw a deer in the woods she would try to pet it. Courtney is a quite nurturing person as well, this has been proven by how she treats her pets currently and how I have seen them in the past, she will throw toys, go on walks , give treats I mean she and her dogs even sleep in the same room , if that doesn’t show you how much the pets love her just as much as she loves them I don’t know what will. Book Courtney for your next dog sitting need and you will not regret it and I know your dog, cat, or any other animal will love her too.”

16. Eric P.
“i have known Eric for many years and can attest to the kind of caring and responsible human he is. He has watched my miniature dachshund many times over the last 5 years. My wife and I are extremely particular about leaving him with anyone due to his timid nature and his potential for having IVDD.
