“Courtney was absolutely amazing. I'm a crazy dog mom & hadn't ever left my girl. She's a therapy dog & my medical service dog & she goes everywhere with me but we were going to an airshow & I was worried about her ears so I didn't want to take her. We were camping in Malibu & it was difficult to find someone because everyone was a good distance from here but Courtney was agreeable to come to our RV park. She hadn't been here before & was so great at following directions. My dog loved her, I could see from the photos how happy she was. Courtney walked her & played with her. I couldn't recommend her more highly She kept me updated, communicated well, was on time, and most importantly made my pup so happy. She sent me updates for both visits and a lot of really cute pictures. About: Since highschool, I've been watching family and friend's homes & pets. I have experience with all shapes and sizes of dogs, cats, fish and even some farm animals. I only ever had my own animals when I was a child so as someone who loves being around them, I am grateful for any experiences I get to do so 😊 I am a digital freelancer so all my work is done on my laptop. About: I'm a sensitive, caring responsible individual who loves to play with dogs and with whom dogs love to play. I've worked at the Glendale, CA Humane Society Shelter walking dogs and really enjoyed the experience. I've owned dogs for a good part of my life. However, I recently had to put Taffy, my last dog, to sleep. She was 16 and not doing well. It was heart wrenching and I thought perhaps that rather getting another, I could give the love I have for dogs to others, without having the ultimate burden of ownership. I live in Agoura Hills, CA. There lots of room for dogs to walk and play, lots of trees and grass for dogs to sniff and explore. There are also lots of other dogs in the community and opportunities for dogs to socialize, if the owners and the dogs want. I have a fenced yard and I work from home. I have a flexible schedule. About: I love dogs and have had dogs all of my live, and had taken care of them when they were puppies, so potty training, playing and keeping and eye on them, and also when they were sick and old, so giving extra attention to their wellbeing. Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
